Airport Tower Lodge

Friendly staff

Great place to stay overnight after our flight! Rooms were great, Staff and services were fantastic :) They were very helpful with our shuttle bookings to the airport. Breakfast was also great!

Top

Preis, Nähe zum Flughafen, sicher

Zimmerausstattung, Service (keine Bar, kein Restaurant), kaum Gäste

Le camere sono belle, curate e pulite. Il giardino è stupendo. La ragazza in reception è gentile e amichevole.

The location was not too far from the airport. It is a bit of a mission to check out if you leave out of their office hours.

Room did not have a hairdryer. It was very noisy in front of the room, with people coming and going.

Great, near the airport and good connections for multiple fun things to do in the area.

N/A place was great.

Hotel confortevole, in una zona tranquilla

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura pulita e con spazi ampi. Buona la colazione

Bed was comfy, view was pretty from the room we were in.

Having to climb a bunch of stairs with heavy suitcases and no help. The shower was upstairs above the bedroom, which meant the water pressure was below average (there was a sign in the bathroom that warned us of this but either way, not ideal after a long flight). The shower also leaked into the bed downstairs.

The lodge is a gem. It is exactly as described and presented. The rooms have beautiful rustic features, comfortable beds with all necessary amenities in the room. It was perfect for a family with a child. Customer service was excellent. The lodge accepted to keep our suitcase 2 days ahead of our check in as we had to fly to Harare. Communication was also superb. We spent only ine night but will definitely check it out next time we need airport accomodation.

Nothing but it would be useful to give information about breakfast in the listing.

Aireportu ondoan dago eta gelak erosoak ziren. Langileak ere oso adeitsuak. Gustora egon ginen

shower and architechture and foyer, stair case!

no aircon interior. room need new revamp...curtains, bed was squeecky

Très arrangeant. Répond rapidement au message. Très joli jardin avec beaucoup d’oiseaux.

Rien

Piccola struttura vicino all'aereoporto gestita da una famiglia. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Wij verbleven 1 nacht.

Wat verder van de luchthaven dan gedacht

The staff was mazing and accommodating... Made our stay very comfortable

Everything was beautiful

Rien

Clean and comfortable

Nobody knew how to operate the coffee maker and I couldn't use cash for anything

De wifi lag eruit dus we kregen een heerlijk ontbijtje to go mee ter compensatie, erg attent. Prima bedden, elektrische deken.

Excellent breakfast and they brought in a takeout dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was near a park were I could go birding.

Fijne plek dichtbij het vliegveld. Shuttle service werkte top! Goed ontbijt. Lekkere warmtedeken in bed.

Rien

nothing

everything.... the bed was making an horrible noise and embarrassing that i actually paid for that as it is an old poor quality bed the linen old no proper sanitation in the room...disappointing.

Very nice room and great staff

Smoke from the fireplace seeped into our room

Zeer gastvrij.

Location near OR Thambo as expected Easy to find

There was no hot water in the morning - can only assume the geyser is connected to more than one room

It was cold in the tower.

The place is great and close to the airport

Dat overal aangedacht is!

Bed is 190

Very nice quick stay during airport changes very friendly and there driver Raymond was so friendly and helpful to the lodge and back to the airport.

The bunk bed in the family room isn't child friendly at all. The mattress is higher than the rails so not safe at all. My 3 kids ended up sharing a double bed.

Our room was beautiful, the owner/hostess was very nice and breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great. Can’t comment on the location as we got there after dark and only stayed the one night. It’s a good thing the driver knew where he was going or we might have gotten lost.

The place was clean and the staff was very attentive

Stunning property. Such character. Amazing architecture. Staff were excellent. Bright smiles and radiated immense warmth and hospitality.

Everything the communication, accommodation, the extra care .

Nothing

What was advertised is not what we go

They went above and beyond for our honeymoon decorated room and gave a bottle. Very friendly staff super helpful.

A little cold in the room

Very charming. Nice rooms. Ours had two balconies with lovely views, one onto the pool and the other the gardens. Neat bathroom. Pool looked inviting but it was too cold for a swim. Wonderful staff and breakfast was amazing.

Nothing really.

Cute place, quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Clean and friendly staff

The pool was too cold to use

Such a unique property in a beautiful location right next to the airport! The staff was wonderful and our stay was amazing!! 10/10 recommended!

Manager was very friendly and helpful during our stay. She also personally transferred us back to the airport. Also, the Tower Lodge is a beautiful restored residence with groomed landscaping and trees all about.

The whole setup

No small fridge, would be nice to have.

It has style and charm. The room was neat and clean with plenty of room. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and very tasty. We liked the proximity to the airport.

The place was near the airport, as I was to board on the next day, so it was well located for me.

Nothing, all was well and as represented by the pics

Location

No food available when I arrived. Breakfast was very greasy. No atmosphere

Close to the airport, it was very comfortable and the staff was great!

Great location.

A lot of mould in the bathroom.

Nothing special.

Frankly it was not the sort of accomodation that we expected. The shower tap was broken. The heated blanket didn't work. The coffee at breakfast was terrible.

Great location near the export but quiet green area

Staff could be more attentive, took a while to check out.

Clean. Great shower. Rooms large

Dichtbij het vliegveld. Transfer arriveerde snel op het vliegveld.

Close to airport and lake

Neighbourhood to get there dodgy

Relatively Close to Airport

Towels were hard. Bedding needs changing

Ótima acomodação e localização

Nada

Lovely room, clean and cosy. Good for an overnight stay if you need to get to the airport in good time.

There is no lift so you have to carry all your bags upstairs, not easy. Admittedly we arrived late but looking out of the taxi window, it's in a rather isolated location.

Sehr schöne Anlage in Flughafennähe. Nettes Personal.

Gibt nichts zu kritisieten

Friendly, clean, great stop over.

Food not fresh or made on site but the lovely receptionist/waiter was so lovely we didn’t mind (don’t expect great food choices)

Cleanliness in the room and decor

The towels were very old, they should consider buying new ones

Excellent location and really lovely quirky boutique hotel

Good location for 1 night. They have a nice breakfast and a good pick-up service. All rooms where clean and spacious.

Our pick-up from the hotel back to the airport was 20 min. late. And the bed where not made for tall people.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They do everything to make you feel welcome. The hotel is like a castle very nice.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing g but when I mentioned they did not put it on the bill which for me is very ok.
