Comfort Inn Amherst

Updated room, staff, bed was comfortable.

Power went out. Location.

Super comfy beds, very clean room, nice big TV, allows pets 😀

Location and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, delicious eggs.

Room had a smell when first entered

The breakfast lady welcomed every guest with cheerful good morning greetings. Her positive attitude was a delightful experience at the start of a new day

We didn't like the wooden cutlery for cereal and the paper cups for coffee There were no glasses available for beverage in the room.

Great employees, comfy bed, drive up to room option, clean, a toilet that isn't child height, goid breakfast

Nothing

Modern and clean.

Parking was a small issue due to space being taken up by construction for renovations

Close to food and shopping

Nothing

The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing

Clean, newly decorated, amazing staff. Exceptional stay.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. They helped me to solve a problem in a few minutes that a very lengthy phone call to booking.com staff could only partly resolve. Great location just off main highway, lots of shopping and gas stations close by.

The room was as described and large and spacious. Breakfast consisted of coffee, tea and juice along with assorted baked goods and baco and eggs, waffles cerials fruit and yogurt. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable

Nothing

The staff were nice

The room was not clean no space to move around had my child with me requested a crib and was struggling to take all of our stuff and my son up the stairs to our room. Crib was not working properly so had to put extra weight in it to hold it down l. Bed comforter was ripped the whole length called staff and they replaced it right away didn’t want get blamed for this bed cover staff were quick and very nice though.

Accessible location, e-car charging stations in the parking lot

Good for dogs, mostly. Clean. Modern. Quiet.

People walking past my patio door, upsetting dogs.

Location was great. Breakfast was an excellent bonus, staff were extremely nice.

Hotel smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. Very strongly. The towels were dirty and stained, the toilet roll holder fell off the wall, stains on bedding.

The location

Carpet in the room

The hotel was reasonable price, beds were comfortable, room was clean. We slept well

The shower was scalding hot with hardly any cold water-so couldn't turn the water on fully and thus poor spray. Dangerous for kids. The Tv remote didnt work properly..Wouldnt turn off or change channels for part of the morning. Then started working.. Advised staff of both problems,

Clean and quiet , nice breakfast!

The room is different with the pictures on the webpage, a bit disappointed

Clean spacious rooms, friendly service.

Bed was quite firm and uncomfortable.

I arrived late and the people were very accommodating

Very accessible

It was excellent !

Location, and cleanliness, the breakfasts weren't too bvad either.

Location is good.

Beds were comfortable

Expensive

Staff was great. Very nice rooms.

I will never ever use booking.com again. They are next to impossible to communicate with. They charged me for a cancelled reservation. Next time I’ll deal directly with comfort inn.

Basic sleep accommodation but everything was clean and comfortable

Very helpful Ronda at reception. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the DIY waffles at breakfast.

Paper cups instead of glasses or mugs. No cutlery or plate in room. Hard floors on the room above - noisy guests above from about 5.30am.

It was very clean. And every time you met a hotel employee in the hall they always spoke to us. So friendly.

What I didn’t like was beyond the hotels control. They were doing construction on the outside entrance at the end so we had to climb two flights of stairs and then walk to the very end where our room was. And that was just an inconvenience when we checked in and check out We didn’t mind the walk when we weren’t weighed down with bags. Over all it was a great place to stay

Breakfast was good as well as the hotel very clean and hotel staff so very kind. Good recommendation on a little dinner spot. Enjoy our stay.

The dog-friendly room was on first floor and had a large sliding patio door access to the outside. The grassy dog-walk area was just steps away from that patio door -- very convenient for walking the dog at 5 a.m.! Room was very clean with no carpeting, looked like newly remodeled. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast included eggs!

Great little hotel/motel that we stayed at before and after our multi day kayak trip in Nova Scotia. They stored our extra luggage while we were kayaking for 4 days, which was so helpful. The ladies at the desk were very helpful, cheerful and friendly!

More tables needed for breakfast in the morning, if all occupants arrive for breakfast at the same time. We ended up sitting on the couch and balancing our plates on our knees. If it had been warmer outside we would have sat outside….

Average. Fine for a quick stopover when you're driving through. It had what you’d expect

Nice place on our trip across the maritimes. Location and hotel was great. Laundry facilities advertised were not yet available so hotel should update their page for that. Otherwise, all good.

The building was under renovation, limited parking. No elevator to second floor. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Rooms were very nice and clean (seems like they may have recently renovated). Good location close to groceries and restaurants. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Velký, čistý pokoj. Pohodlné postele

Snídaně na papírovém nádobí a plastové příbory

the parking lot is safe but get full easily. The room temperature is okay. There is 1 issue for 2nd floor guests, there is no elevator.

I like the fact that its quite even though it's close to everything and easily access Love the rest and comfortable bed

Service

Service.

Good continental breakfast. Lots of choice

Perfect for our over night stay on way to Cabot!

This was a very nice motel convenient to downtown. The only negative as no elevator to the second floor

Great rooms

Only two tables in breakfast area.

everything was ok

Shower was awful - no pressure, spray was all over & leaked through the door!

Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff made a great recommendation for dinner at Frank and Ginos down the street which was in walking distance
