I property was very old musty and out dated! They really need to renovate the hotel. This has got to be the worst Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed at . Their breakfast area was tiny . Alot of people couldn’t fit. Awful

Very friendly staff, they seem to enjoy working together. Facility is dated and shows it a bit. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable.

We especially didn’t like the sliding door to the outside that was next to the sidewalk. We were not comfortable opening the curtains during our two day stay due to the close proximity of the slider to the main sidewalk so, no natural light came inside. The parking lot and main entrance is just not good. Very poor plan.

The breakfast was good but the creal was cold and egg was dry.The location is great because it’s near the beach.

No elevators; it’s hard for people with disabilities and the elderly to go up and down the stairs to get to their rooms. Over priced and no pool.

Our room was right outside of the stairs so we were disturbed all night by people coming and going. Soundproofing is zero. When we raised this the following day we were told that there was only one other king room but it had a leak (checks out since facilities look excessively run down). We were put in a queen room but not before they tried to charge MORE - when we already paid $400 per night?! For a comfort inn in Owen sound?? And staff were rude - not only front desk but housekeeping who made a comment “it’s not our fault you’re a light sleeper”. Terrible customer service.

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend renoviert werden. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Zimmer sind dunkel und eng. Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Hotelgröße zu klein. Die Außenanlagen sind abends wegen Mücken und Waschbären nicht nutzbar.

Staff were very helpful, especially in helping me connect to the wifi. This wasn't as straightforward as expected - the sign in app didn't complete. The front desk attempted to help but when they encountered the same problem they quickly referred me to the provider for assistance. The provider was able to connect me, in a very timely fashion, using a different method. There was a drugstore within walking distance of the hotel.

The absence of an elevator was inconvenient. Had we realized, we would have requested a room on the 1st floor. When the front desk clerk saw that one of us was using a cane she checked for a 1st floor room without us asking which was very thoughtful. Although there was no 1st floor room available we appreciated the kind effort.

We have stayed at this hotel four times, but the quality of cleaning has decreased significantly. There was a blood stain on the comforter, and there was also visible dirt inside the toilet. The staff helped to change the comforter, but still feeling uncomfortable.

Carpet was filthy. Had not been vacuumed recently including the candy/smarties, elastics, pens and Kleenex that were poking out from beneath the bed.

The service was excellent from beginning to end. The employees at the front desk were really helpful. The space was tidy and cozy. have access to the parking lot through the back entrance. We found carrying our belongings to the room to be quite practical. Breakfast was delicious and included all you needed. Unlike several hotels that promote breakfast but do not actually provide it.

The room could have been cleaned better but it was rectified quickly when the issue was shown to staff.

Dużo kurzu na lampkach przy łóżku, lampki nocne do czytania nie działały, łazienka wymaga odświeżenia (fugi nie czyste, farba na ścianach stara, toaleta nie stabilna). Dywany na korytarzach wymagania odkurzania i prania. Śniadanie nie zbyt urozmaicone.

There was no handicap parking near the front door, I am in my 90s, and use a cane. Two handicap parking spaces near the front entrance would be greatly appreciated.

Climatisation des chambres mal positionnée et bruyante (elle souffle sur la personne couchée à côté), pas d’aération, accueil très sympathique mais personnel pas très souriant, taille salle à manger beaucoup trop petite par rapport au nombre de personnes, petit déjeuner à la limite qui pourrait être amélioré simplement. Et que dire de tous les contenants, des couverts en plastique aux assiettes en carton. Notre planète ne survivra pas à toutes ces aberrations et c’est bien dommage et dommageable.

Hotel seems to have been renovated, which extends beyond a repaint: everything seemed newer and shinier. My wife likes the breakfast (and she's picky). Staff were friendly and professional. Even though it's beside a major traffic artery, our room was fine. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows and the cable TV was full-function, unlike a competitor down the street. Shower was great with drainage to match. Wifi is up to standard. HVAC held the set temperature fine and wasn't especially loud.

Entrance driveway needs some serious remediation. Don't pull in quickly 'cause it's really bumpy and uneven. It's steep, since the hotel is on a rise, but some renovation needs to be done here. In fact, on the entire parking lot.

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Room had microwave oven, fridge and coffee maker. Free fast wifi. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Good breakfast was included and was of a better quality than I expected.

There were sliding glass doors to the rooms so you could back ip your car and unload your stuff. Breakfast was ok.

The price per night was not worth the stay. The rooms were small. We took our dog and got charged per night for him to be there but was told he couldn't be left in the room unattended. Because of that, we couldn't do half of the things we wanted to do because the dog had to be with us all the time.

Its more like a motel than a hotel. Rooms are not very sound proof at all, can hear TV next door or music. Other room had a smell. When we got there they didn't have our booking. We booked on booking.com and got confirmation but booking was not completed on Comfort Inn's end.

The breakfast was good. The location was tricky to enter with a steep driveway in the winter. Icicles dripping from the eaves created icy walking conditions.

We had to pay an extra $100.00 for the two dogs to stay the two nights. The halls were extremely noisy as children were permitted to run them playing tag and making noise until after 10 pm.

I’ve stayed in many comfort inn hotels but have never have the room phone not working and coffee machine not working. The desk was informed about the issues but nothing was done

Rooms were very hot, had to put on the a/c to get the room temperature to come down. Also, couldn’t get up the steep hill into the hotel because it wasn’t salted or plowed. Luckily there was a way around the building that we had to use instead.

The breakfast was blah. The eggs and sausage were steamed and not tasty.

The hot water for tea was only slightly warm and not hot enough to make tea.

The staff at check in was extremely rude. Her eyes literally rolled into the back of head her when she was asking me questions at check in & then she practically threw the keys at me. God forbid I interrupted her show she was watching. The breakfast (eggs and sausage) were not good either. The tub was dirty. There was no screen for us to be able to open the patio door. The temperature of the room was disgustingly hot.

-Mattress springs were broken from one side, it dipped down like a hammock - we tried sleeping on the other side but both had uncomfortable sleep and back pain in the morning. -Bad tub was old dingy and didn’t look very clean - we couldn’t make up our mind to take showers in the morning. (Eventually didn’t) -TV and internet wasn’t working

I like that it's quiet and there is a BBQ place.

I didn't like that there is no shampoo in the shower. I expect there is because there is a big container but it was empty.

Booking.com search led me to book this room that was 1.5 hour drive from my location I searched and refused to refund the cost of the room booked! Contacted the hotel to get a refund generated through their support and no response. Won’t use booking.com or Comfort Inn again

First room we were booked into had been smoked in but they gave us a new room right away. The Bathroom tile and the carpet were sticky in our room. Overall the room just felt dirty .

Overall the stay was lovely. The facilities were very good, room clean and made daily. Staff were very pleasant all the time.

The shampoo and conditioner seemed kind of 'weak'. The main entrance area was always neat, well lit, and quite welcoming.

The receptionist had absolutely no interest in talking. When you asked questions, He answered indifferently — like a recording — just doing his job. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because his handwriting was so bad. When we went back to the reception, he just said, “It is what it is; we can connect,” showing no concern at all. If you have a heavy suitcase, you have to carry it up the stairs yourself — no one helps, and there’s no elevator. Overall, this is the last time I’ll ever stay in a hotel like this. Also, the breakfast was cold and had very little variety. The phrase “excellent breakfast” was completely misleading.

We went during peak season. The room is clean but the room had a weird smell which was coming from the AC. Very below average experience for the expensive price.
