Confusão no pagamento -tinham de debitado do cartão wise antes da chegada o valor total da estadia. La pediram um cartão de credito pra bloqueio de segurança. Depois estornaram o pagamento do wise e cobraram a estadia no credito. Confusao total, além de mandarem o recibo do quarto da minha amiga no meu email e o meu no email dela.

Our air conditioner was broken. But staff did everything possible to fix it and accommodate our stay.

Volevo visitare Vancouver ma senza spendere una fortuna così ho prenotato in questa struttura a circa 1h 30 da Vancouver e dintorni e devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene. Ovviamente ci sono le camere con la moquette che a volte non hanno un buon odore, ma tutto superabile. per il resto, soggiorno ottimo. Pienamente soddisfatta.

Paper plates and cups and wooden cutlery at breakfast, this is so unsustainable and really off putting.

225 is right under the pool so we could smell the chlorine they did try to move us but in the end we stayed there as it was close to the rest of the families

We again stayed at this spot during our trip from Calgary to Pender Island. The people here are always friendly and helpful. It seems to be a well run operation. The rooms are clean and fresh, and the hotel is far enough off the highway that we are never woken by traffic noise. The lady who works the kitchen each morning at breakfast really busts her butt and has a smile for everyone. It is disappointing that more of the guests do not tip her. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The pool with the waterslide is amazing if you have kids! If you don't have kids the pool is really just the water slide not much space for anything else. Also the pool temperature is so nice and warm, usually i'm freezing in hotel pools but not this one! The breakfast was ok, definitely not great but ok. The eggs didn't taste very good (maybe just an off day) and the rest was just middle of the road breakfast. I've had much better breakfasts at many different hotel chains.

Everything actually. A tiny bit hard to find but great place.

Only disappointment was no place for dinner, so either had to order in or got out to find food. Not a biggie, though.

Excellent location, extremely quiet away from the highway. Sleep quality was excellent and the breakfast up to standard for a Hampton Inn.

We found the room lighting very dark with insufficient lights!

The manager was not professional with my issue at all they charged me TWICE for one night. Showed her they charged twice and just said the the atm and computer is connected so on their end it’s only charge once but when I showed her on my banking that they in fact charged twice she was not listening. As I walked away her and her older receptionist talk about me. I turned and said end of it no need to keep talking about me as I walked away out the management snapped her eyes and still talked about me. I even called customer service for my Mastercard and they even said they charged me twice. Now I look again and they charge me for another payment of 237.00 for what ugh so I’m totally they charged me 860.60 for ONE night that started off being only 200$.

Very friendly receptionists, lovely breakfasts and cookies. Very peaceful and comftable room. Very clean hotel and room. Comftable bed and fresh towels. We would definetly stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great service throughout, which made the experience even better. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a nice perk and a convenient way to start the day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I felt it was well-maintained. That said, the bed was a bit on the stiff side for my liking, and the pillows were flatter than I prefer, which made it slightly less comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, cycling on and off throughout the night. Despite those small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

2 hours ago on  Google Parking was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was fine with a variety of hot and cold food. Staff were very friendly. Only negative was that check-in was very slow with just one person on reception. Overall it met our expectations and we would stay there again.

The location. The property is really nicely landscaped. So pretty. It is nice and quiet.

We have stayed here a number of times during our trips between Calgary and Pender Island. The place is always clean and comfortable. The included breakfast on the main floor is always fresh, hot, and tasty, including the waffles and eggs etc etc. Reasonably priced, and handy to local gas stations and restaurants and the TransCanada highway.

Location, neighbors were friendly, house is immaculate. Directions were clear and concise when booking and arrival. Hosts communicated during the entire stay.

Great indoor swim pool that entertains kids so much. Breakfast is great. Staff is great.

Room is ok and clean, but outdated. Room sound proof is bad. Too noisy at night from the other room, such as showing, walking and door closing. Also from outside train that u can even feel the room is shaking.

When we arrived our fridge wasn't turned on so we called the front desk and a service man was there instantly and played with settings and got it working right away.

I didn't like that there was no fan in the bathrooms.

Easy to find, great parking, fabulous staff

Very much an “econo” property; not what I’ve experienced from previous Hilton stays. Beds “ok” (nothing beats a Hyatt bed), sheets had some grit on them. Breakfast wholesome but certainly not “excellent”. Flimsy paper plates and wood cutlery reduced the experience. Staff was attentive to keep the eatery clean. No food service availability outside of the breakfast.

Room was spacious, bed was comfy, breakfast had more options than I expected, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed there wasn't a robe and slippers in the room to wear down to the pool area, or lockers in the pool area if we're expected to change there. No one wants to walk the halls in swimwear.

The staff was unorganized, not looking in the eyes, gave us a room without a bathtub though confirmed prior and yet made another crucial mistake on switching us to the same room that was occupied.

Check in staff was exceptional. Katherine was very accommodating of our large group that had varied check in times. We even got wonderful fresh cookies from the check in staff! Our rooms were close together as requested. We received text messages keeping us informed of our check ins, and making sure we didn't need anything further in our room. There were plenty of towels for each room. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

The sinks were slow to drain, and the cooling system in the room was a little noisy.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was half decent, staff was very friendly.

Pool/waterslide was closed, which is the reason why we booked this hotel for our family. We also called the day before to request side by side rooms, they assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue, but when we arrived they didn’t have the request on file and all their rooms beside one another were taken, so we were out of luck.

The pool area was packed there should be a time for adults only to enjoy these facilities. I was also told that if I called down in the morning I could extend my check out till noon. However I was told I couldn't when I did call the front desk. Also the room had a strong chlorine smell
