Located in a great area. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants

No free breakfast. But there was a Dennys across the street so that helped

The pool was very nice and clean, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew was exceptional.

Our power outlets weren't working correctly, couldn't charge everything simultaneously.

Very poor staff service

We have been loyal Marriott customers for over 20 years, and this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences we have had at a Marriott property. Our experience started the moment we arrived. The front desk clerk was standing right outside the hotel entrance smoking a cigarette. We couldn’t even walk into the hotel to check in without having to walk through cigarette smoke. Definitely not the welcome we expected from a Marriott property. Once we checked into our room, we found out there was no hot water that first night. After traveling all day, not being able to take a hot shower was extremely frustrating. The following night was even worse. As we were getting ready for bed, someone started going through the hallway kicking or banging on the doors on our floor. We could also hear them doing the same thing on the floor below us. It was extremely loud and honestly terrifying. We had no idea what was happening or whether this person was going to try to get into our room. We did not feel safe at all. After more than 20 years of staying with Marriott, we know this is not the level of service or experience Marriott normally provides. We have continued choosing Marriott all these years because we expect a certain level of comfort, service, and most importantly, safety. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations at all. We hope management takes these concerns seriously, especially the security issue. This was a very disappointing experience for two longtime Marriott customers.

There was construction going on and I wish I knew this before booking. It was very dusty outside from the construction and I had no access to buying anything from the lobby. Very small selection for breakfast.

Me gustó mucho la piscina. La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca de la playa. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. En general, el trato es bastante bueno por parte del personal.

Me hubiera gustado que incluyera desayuno. Pienso que las camas podrían ser mejores. Es un poco incómodo dormir en una cama completamente aguada y hundida en el medio.

A bit surprised I had to pay $10 to park my car in a lot that was fairly empty. We weren't downtown where I'd expect to pay for parking.

It was not as the pictures showed it to be. I booked another hotel from the lobby. Called an Uber and left.

Very close to the beach, easy access to food and highway. Great, deep pool for those who like to swim.

This particular property nickel and dimes you. There is plenty of parking available in a lot connected to the property and nothing else but charges for parking nightly. No breakfast (even continental) included in your stay. $75 charge for attempting to check-in early. It was a nice stay but no real buy-in to the property.

Nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix. Le petit déjeuner est insuffisant. Juste le droit à un café et une assiette avec deux oeufs. Pour le reste, il fallait payer en plus. Pas digne d'un hôtel de cette qualité. Un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet serait plus pertinent.

Fire alarm went on in middle of the night

After driving 7 hours we arrived at this hotel and were told there was no air conditioning. It was 80 degrees outside. No attempts were made to find another hotel room by the staff. We were told a email had been sent but we were not reading emails during our drive, We found ourselves and others all standing in the lobby on our cell phones trying to find last minute accommodation. We were so very disappointed in Marriott’s lack of service. We have been staying at Marriott for many years.

There was not a shuttle from the airport. The internet says there is transportation. This is why we picked this hotel. Instead we had to pay $65 for an uber to and from.

The hotel had HVAC problems and therefore the room DID NOT HAVE ANY AIR. Once we arrived, we were informed, however after flying in, we just stayed the one night before taking our cruise. It was very difficult sleeping under those unhealthy conditions. We were offered a discount.

La limpieza de la habitcion, un dia de nuestra estadia olvidaron cambiar las toallas, limpieza y botar basura,.. de hecho lo informamos al retirarnos , la supervisora muy atenta, pidio las disculpa del caso. El precio del hotel es muy alto para que haya errores en el servicio Hubo cobro adicional estacionamiento por noche, simbolico, pero si se pago

I booked this stay on Sept 9th purposely because it had free parking Soon as I got to the hotel Oct 4th the clerk stated the just started charging for parking Oct 1st and told me $10 a night . Obviously I’m not looking at your website in October if I booked Sept 9th . So she end up giving me a parking pass which was okay . Tv in the room didnt work my entire 4 day stay I tried to call downstairs to request assistance on the first night come to find out my phone didn’t work in the room either so I called from my cellphone the tech guy came up said he couldn’t do anything about tv because it’s the signal which is not pleasing to guest and he told me he had to order a piece for the phone that upset me too. I will not be booking this hotel again please be aware .

very nice and comfortable room. I had issue with the cold water in the faucet and it was fixed. The location was very good for me.

Two issues: 1. the lobby is very nice however it is very close to the kitchen. there is a lot of cooking and frying in the kitchen and all the area is condensed and not well. the elevators are very noisy.

Que el personal de cocina me ayudó a solucionar el tema de los desayunos, porque separé para 5 personas pero me dijeron que solo tenía desayuno para 3 personas

El baño de la habitación, el costo muy elevado para el nivel de calidad, el primer día que llegué no me cobraron parking pero pasó 4 días y llegué nuevamente y si me cobraron parking.
