En lo personal soy cliente frecuente, el personal que trabaja en el hotel es cordial, amable, resuelven cualquier inconveniente, el mantenimiento del hotel es impecable, de mi punto de vista lo puedo recomendar.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was to expensive and so was it to the cruise port.

The location was good. Love he first room we stayed in. Especially with the to providing different entertainment for the kids. When we moved to the next room having a cable tv that doesn’t work most of the time and provides no entertainment for the kids wasn’t good.

Same breakfast everyday. Not enough flexibility especially for kids who are from another country

I have been there three times..I had no problems..everything was great. The deposit was 50.00 and that was even better. I hope that it will stay that amount.

The only thing that was good that it was not far from another hotel 10 mins walking distance and had a tiki bar and beach access . Cause at the ocean beach club even the pool area was not nice and breakfast was horrible .

Nothing really about them , the AC in the room was making a noice , bathroom Tub was clogged up when I would take a shower . If I had to rate them from 1-10 I would give them a 1 cause it was close to the other hotel that was 10 mins walking distance and had beach access .

The only staff member who actually seemed to care about working was the young woman who handled breakfast. She really didn't fit in with the rest of the place; she was very kind, helpful, and dedicated to her job.

The swimming pool was okay, but at the evening there were so many loud people and they were watching the fifa in the swimming pool, so other people couldn’t enjoy it.

Every day if you come after 8:30 to get your complimentary breakfast something was running out and they are not reffiling because they dont have enought refill . The hotel and the room itself smells weird ( like a very very old building) . Also, at night my bf and me were bitten by someone and I’m assuming it was a bed bugs or they have something in the swimming pool, because most of the time we spent time there and not in the ocean ( because it was dirty). Also, they are staying that they are 0.1 mile from the ocean , but they are not mentioning that there are condos across the street and you would need to walk 10 minutes just to get to the public beach.

Very dated they charged for a resort fee when there is not resort. The pool area is half size pictured breakfast is a joke and paid parking for a dive.. No immediate beach access you have to cross the highway to enter from another location

The blackout curtains were a huge plus and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The hotel and surrounding area were also very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast—it was delicious with a nice variety of options, and it was a great way to start the day.

The hotel was a bit outdated and could definitely use some renovations. For example, the area with the refrigerator and microwave wasn’t very functional and could have used more counter space. The work desk also needed better lighting, making it difficult to comfortably work or even use the space. A few updates would make the room much more convenient and enjoyable for guests.

Le petit déjeuner inclus.... pas bon du tout, pas de choix, on aurait dit des céréales périmées. Café c'était de l'eau, les jus pas bon. Pour le reste bagel, pain usa, oeuf cuir dur froid, confiture, 2 sorte de fuits dont des vieilles bananes. C'était tellement mauvais et pas sain que le deuxième jour on a été petit déjeuner ailleurs. C'est frustrant pcq c'est ce qui m'avait fait choisir cet hôtel plutôt qu'un autre similaire un rien moins cher. Sinon l'insonorisation avec la rue ou le couloir même si cela a été au vu de la localisation

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Beach Club Hotel! One of the highlights was the great breakfast each morning, which offered a nice variety and was a perfect way to start the day. The location was excellent—being right by the beach made it an easy, short walk to the ocean whenever we wanted to relax by the water or take in the beautiful views. The rooms were also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting, and the hotel itself had a nice atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Ocean Beach Club Hotel was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing beach getaway.

This is a beautiful property amazing breakfast,very nice pool area, very comfortable bed they provide free beach chairs.

Bed was a little soft.

Nothing. No real reception area and no rest area for a supposedly 3 start hotel. The breakfast area was by the pool with just a small covered area with a few tables and chairs. The breakfast was the same every day and the food of low quality.

En este hotel no te hacen aseo de la habitación, ni te arreglan las camas, ni retiran las basuras de las papeleras, si no lo solicitas cada día antes de las 12 del medio día, y es para el día siguiente; si no se hace, pues no te arreglan la habitación. Esto nos sorprendió, negativamente, pues es primera vez que nos sucede.

Parking, had to pay for parking, lot difficult to get in and out. Room and hotel need updating, pretty worn.....dark and dingy. All carpets could use a good cleaning.

Very pleased with accommodation. Spacious room, lloyd of space and good facilities.

The property location is close to the beach but access is restricted due to all beach front properties not allowing access through. We were given a voucher for a drink at Tiki bar on the beach but not easy to find. Felt like trespassing going though a hotel to access the beach.

The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The beach chair rental was a bonus!

The location is deceiving. The 4 minute walk to the beach includes crossing a divided highway and walking through another hotel and restaurant. The whole hotel had a moldy or musty smell. The ice machine was far. The pillows were too small and needed to be replaced.

Facility was old. I expected more from WYNDHAM resorts to impress me. Parking fees should not be a part of staying at a hotel--you have to park to be there anyway

Die Zimmer sind sauber aber schon ein bisschen veraltet.

Der Preis für den Parkplatz wurde auf USD 12 erhöht. Das "Badezimmer" ist sehr klein und die Zimmer sind dunkel.

The stay was excellent overall. The property is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.

The only point I would suggest improving is the smoking area. It would be better to designate a separate space for smokers, rather than having it near the main entrance/lobby walkway.

A proximidade da praia, fácil acesso à alimentação, supermercados e restaurantes (tudo sem carro). Há linha de ônibus passam em frente ao hotel!

O banheiro é um pouco escuro. E o ralo da banheira não escoava direito a água.
