Loved the location. Very quiet

One of the rooms were not cleaned throughly. That's my only concern.

Dirty hallways and mildew smell through the building

Location was great. Convenient to highway, and a grocery and restaurants were only about a mile away. Nice TV!

Bathroom needed a little care. Shower curtain was ripped away from one of the rings, so water got all over the floor, The bathroom could have used an update, but it wasn't too bad. It was fine for showering.

We chose this based on reviews saying it was very clean and I was happy to find it was exactly that. Not fancy by any means but very clean and the best value I could find. I’m hotel-picky and I have no complaints. :)

Excellent hotel and staff but by bad luck alone there seemed to be a sewer backup somewhere that led to few areas malodorous. Staff got on the problem but that was the only negative

This is my 3rd stay this year for conferences I have had in Carmel. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The hotel and courtyard are always well maintained. The value of this hotel with the facilities is unbeatable.

The carpet in the rooms sometimes seems sticky almost. But everything else appears clean and well maintained.

The gentleman at the front desk, Cole, I think his name was, was the best. Friendly, courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The shower in our room was excellent with plenty of hot water and adjustable sprays.The bed was very comfortable.

A Continental breakfast should have been included. Our TV didn't work initially but Cole got right on it and maintenance fixed it quickly. The hallways were very warm and humid with a dank smell to them.

The flush on the toilet was very slow. Water pressure in show could use more power.

We didn't eat breakfast there because they charge for breakfast. We just ate breakfast at a different location. We did like the location and the kids liked the pool.

This hotel was great! Clean, quiet rooms, black out curtains, comfortable beds, nice people at check in. I stayed 3 nights and have no complaints!

The room was pretty small and was not crazy with the bathroom being split in 2 sections. There was no complimentary breakfast.

Great location for a funeral we were attending. The front desk staff were very accommodating and professional. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated!

This hotel is apparently going through a management transition. The front desk staff were super multitaskers trying to accommodate the guests. Housekeeping might be adjusting as well….. our room had some small issues (stale bedding smell, hair in shower and small refrigerator not closing properly). Garbage was overflowing in the hallway for they did have a “ full house”. Website stated that they had a bar…… they did not due their transitioning phase. Managing a hotel is not easy and I wish them well.

The location was perfect for me during this visit. The room was great and the bed was so very comfortable. The staff is so accommodating, as we required an early arrival time due to a medical procedure and they were able to help us out getting into the room early which was much appreciated.

Pool inside. We have been to this hotel a few times now and it's always been very accommodating and clean and staff friendly. The hotel elevator had an issue and they had it resolved within hours. Also, my kids love that this is tell is one of the very few that still has a patio outside of its room..

I do not like that they don't have complimentary breakfasts or even cheap breakfast.

The floors were sticky and the hallways were dark and smelly. The elevator was hot, no air movement at all and WE GOT STUCK IN IT!!

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Appliances worked well and the pool was clean. It was nice to be tucked away from downtown areas. Free parking.

Breakfast is not great since it is an additional charge - the hours are limited and the items didn't seem worth the upcharge.

Even though the bed was perfect , we got very little sleep . Had kids running up and down the halls screaming and causing so much noise , and 4 times they were knocking on our door , I tried to wait by the door to catch them knocking on the door but could not . Tried calling the front desk , but no one would answer the phone , and I'm disabled so I was not able to keep going down to the desk for help

The whole stay was a complete mess. The elevator was out of service, my room was in 4th level so the front desk told me that i need to use other elevator at door no.4 but i need to go by my car since it’s a bit far (imagine if i didn’t have a transportation!!). The AC at that room had a problem and the carpet was soaked in water close to it. I called front desk and they told me we’ll call you back. Later on they offered me another room close to it but they refused to deliver the door access card and i need to go get by myself since she can’t leave her spot the whole night even after telling her that i drove 4 hours to reach there and i’m running late to an appointment. After 45 mins i left the room and the same front desk lady was out checking the previous room.

The room was pretty clean and generally comfortable.

The location is rather industrial and felt out of the way for the sports park. We had pretty noisy neighbors and could hear all of their conversations/movement. The air felt rather damp inside the room and we didn’t care for the cleaner-type smell. For the price we had to pay ($288) over a sports tournament weekend, it was exorbitant for the quality of the hotel.

When I got to the Hotel they said my reservation was cancelled. This was not on booking .com and the web site said I was still booked there. So we had to get a last minute room for 2x the price. Not Happy.

Really liked the seating in the lobby and area for a quick bite. 24/7 coffee was good too. Rooms were comfortable. Beds comfortable.

I just happen to leave my new phone charger there and when I went back to get it they said they don't have it. I know exactly where I left it. I unpacked all of my belongings at home and no charger so they took it.

I had the understanding that there was a continental breakfast and there was only coffee. The dogs in the room next to ours did a tremendous amount of barking.

I love how it so close to all kinds of things to do, like shopping, food and the eye surgery that we needed.

There were boys baseball teams running through the halls. They were knocking on doors. They woke us up in the middle of the night. Then other guests were yelling in the halls about the baseball boys. I didn’t sleep much they woke us is several times. I called the front desk. The lobby was dirty from cleats.

Was skeptical entering the hotel (door#2) after checking in. Only real downside was to report would be elevator/hallway carpet.

Screen door to the balcony was hard to open and close. If I had been staying longer, I would have mentioned it and I’m sure the staff would have fixed it - they were great.

We checked in and the staff members were amazing! Quick and efficient and chatted with us regarding the upcoming Final Four games. We were very impressed with them, and loved our stay at the hotel! It worked perfectly for our group.

Old blood stain on the edge of CLEAN sheets. Sink didn't drain. Water pressure was low. The booked a team of teenage girls in the surrounding rooms and they were very very noisy. Called for assistance from the front desk and was given none. No included breakfast but breakfast was available for payment which was sorely lacking. Most hotels do offer a breakfast for the price paid.

Booked this hotel as it was eight minutes from an event we needed to attend that evening. Convenient to Highways 465 and 31. The room was spacious, had a couch, ottaman, desk, small microwave and refrigerator and a very large TV! Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is not close to many restaurants or shopping district.

The beds are very comfortable, we slept great. The room and bathroom were very clean, and fresh. Will definitely come back if we are in the area.
