Room needs more light. Bed & pillows were a bit lumpy. There were no facecloths placed in the room either day & none were available the first night. There are no tub mats available for bathtub safety.

The light in rooms is very low and poor. No airport shuttle.

Buon motel dove alloggiare se si ha un auto per spostarsi, vicino all'aeroporto per chi magari deve partire presto la mattina. Stanza pulita e grande, letto comodo.

Stanza con scarsa illuminazione, ma ho notato che è una cosa molto diffusa in america. Colazione dolce praticamente assente, infatti in 3 giorni abbiamo fatto sempre la colazione fuori. Ascensore lentissimo e menomale che ha solo 3 piani.

Posizione un po’ isolata, con pochi ristoranti nei dintorni. Il centro città non è vicinissimo alla struttura, anche se raggiungibile con metropolitana, la cui fermata dista circa 15 minuti in auto dall’hotel

La chambre est petite, les lits ne sont pas standard. On déjeune dans le lobby(petit). Les nouveaux arrivants vous traversent pour acceder aux employés afin de confirmer leurs séjours. Pas de micro onde dans les chambres. Je n'y reviens plus.

Les personnes qui font le ménage sont gentilles, c'est propre aussi.

Habitación amplia y limpia, con una cama enorme y muy cómoda. Ofrecen desayuno incluido, está bien pero es poco variado.

La ubicación no tiene buena comunicación en transporte público. La habitación tiene muy poca iluminación instalada.

The big size of the room. The microwave in the room. The fact that the pictures looks exactly like the reality.

The insulation is very poor. We can hear people from the room next door talking and coughing, even listen to their conversation word by word.

Hotel interesante, con todo lo necesario. Desayuno correcto con lo necesario para sobrevivir. Hasta tiene máquina de hacer tortitas, aunque no la ponen cada día.

Que no te hagan la cama cada día. Vajilla de desayuno de usar y tirar, mucho desperdicio. Ubicado un poco en tierra de nadie.

Chambre vétuste avec peu de confort. Lit d’1m20 pour 2 personnes beaucoup trop petit pour une chambre avec lit double. Les murs ont une tapisserie noire et en mauvaise état. Ça assombrit la pièce. Literie et drap de mauvaise qualité. Chambre et sdb trop petites. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faut arriver tôt sinon vous n’avez plus de fruits !

Le personnel, les chambres étaient propres et les lits confortables, le restaurant qui se trouve à deux pas de l’hôtel(Zaaim Elmachaoui)

Le premier soir nous n’avions pas de débarbouillette et le deuxième soir nous n’avions qu’une seule. Rien de très grave nous sommes simplement allez en demander à l’accueil. Il n’y avait également pas de sac dans les poubelles, je ne sais pas si c’était normal ou pas🤷‍♀️

Breakfast was good. There was a varied selection of food with something for everyone, 4 different cereals, choice of white or brown bread, selection of bagels, eggs, bacon/sausages, baked beans, fresh fruit, pastries, pancake making machine.. All Quickly replenished by polite and helpful staff

Our room was a little noisy if we left the window open. This was because we had a main highway close by. But that’s a small price to pay if you want to be near transport links!

Checking in and checking out were both smooth and effortless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Es gab Stromausfall längere Zeit und niemand im Hotel war verfügbar, es gab keinen Notstrom. Nicht mal nach 24h gab es eine Reaktion auf unsere Notiz am reception Point.

The cleanliness and location were great. You can easily get an Uber anywhere at a reasonable price, especially if, like me, you don’t enjoy walking too much. Overall, everything was great.

The lighting near the elevators and in the hallways made me feel like I was in a horror movie—it was a bit too dim.

Great shower- felt like I was under Niagara Falls. Great breakfast. A/c was powerful. Internet was great. Only complaint- 2 sets of towels for 4 people. Great location for airport drop off too.

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was decent. The beds were very comfy and the staff were always there to help. The lady who ran the breakfast in the morning was always running around keeping things neat and tidy. Easy location to get to, close to all major highways, only took half an hour to Wonderland and half an hour to downtown Toronto.

Some people (probably other customers), seated right outside our room in the chair of the hotel, chatted in loud voice until 01:00 AM on June 21, which was quite annoying....Obviously, the room window is not sound proof....

Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain est top. Le personnel est agréable et les femmes de ménage viennent de faire le ménage tous les jours ce qui est très apprécié.

L’isolation est une catastrophe, on entend parler les voisins d’à côté ainsi que leur télévision, de plus la climatisation et archaïque et fait un bruit absolument horrible et je ne parle pas du frigo qui nous a empêché de dormir pendant deux jours car lui aussi faisait un bruit absolument insupportable, ce qui gâchait absolument tout notre séjour, alors que la chambre en elle-même est propre et plutôt bien

Tv was very hazy and we couldn’t watch it. Breakfast was low standard and paper plates and cutlery are awful to use. Nowhere nice outside to sit…..a couple of benches but no table. Vending machine offered only two or three things as it didn’t work properly. Laundry was out of order as well so we had to find a laundromat.

Untergebrachte Arbeiter die nach Sichtende so gg 02:30 sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Zimmern trafen und bis ca. 04:00 Uhr Morgens den Tag mit lauten Gesprächen beendet haben. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstet hatte man das Gefühl, die stehen neben dem Bett.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was extremely polite and welcoming, and the location was perfect for our needs. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast was disappointing. There were very limited options and most of the food felt overly processed. The only highlight was the coffee, which was actually very good.

Honestly, I booked this hotel based on the high ratings, but I really don’t understand why they are so high. The elevator is very old and there is even a notice saying a maximum of two people can use it at a time. You can clearly hear other guests opening and closing their room doors, and compared to other hotels, the room was very small. Towels and other amenities were also provided in limited quantities.

Negativ überrascht hat uns das Frühstück. Auswahl war eigenartig gering. Kein Glutenfree. Das Geschirr bestand aus Pappe: Becher für Kaffee, für Saft, Teller, und Besteck aus Plastik! Hatte das bei Wyndham nicht erwartet. Passt nicht zum Preis von 150 CAD pro Nacht.

The hotel room is small, the room was dirty. The shower had hair all over it, the floors were not clean. Overall it was just not a good stay. The front desk clerk was rude as well.
