The male member of staff on the desk on arrival did not explain even how to find the milk to make a cup of tea or explain anything. On line it said we could have a slightly earlier breakfast with having to be at the airport for 7.40am. Guy said no! When we asked re shuttle bus to return to the airport the following morning he only offered us times of 6am or 6.45am. We told him to that we'd had to get a limo costing 65 dollars from the airport as we couldn't even find the shuttle bus after landing. Our phones at this point didn't even work in Canada as we needed to get an e-sim working, so we were unable to even phone the hotel to ask & no one to assist us at the airport

I ask a room with tub, they do give me a washroom with tub, but the tub has no plug. When I ask for changing other washroom with functional tub, they said they only have washroom with shower. But they don't reply to me for my requirement when I book it. Otherwrise I willn't book it. The stairs are dirty. In the next morning, the front dest staff said we have to wait one hour for the next shuttle bus because we didn't book prior. Just when we are going to book a Uber, the shuttle bus show up front the hotel and only one quest reservied it. I don't know why the staff didn't confirm with the drive before answering us. These experience just let me feel the management of the hotel is bad and the front dest staffs are not supportive. A/C is very noisy. However, meal service are good, room are clean, beds are confort,

The hotel kept debiting my account. I had to complain befor they reversed one of the debits. The other line took more than a month for me to get refund after several visits and complaint.

They should have stayed professional and not debit my card multiples times exceeding how much I was expected to pay.

Breakfast was not good at all. The good thing about the hotel is that coffee is available 24hrs.

L’air climatisé était vieux et pas fonctionnel. Mais la personne à charge a agit rapidement et nous a changé de chambre.

Service was great, concierge was extremely friendly and great conversationist. Room was great size and comfy.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, but the air conditioning unit was so loud. Because I was on the second floor, I couldn't open my window, so it was hard to sleep without good earplugs.

At breakfast the coffee machine and the waffle maker weren't working properly. That's it. And like I said, the old air conditioning unit in the room was incredibly loud.

Unfortunately, I was deducted full amount of money for my stay twice without showing up at the hotel. I tried reaching out for a refund and not able to get any response after I lay down my challenges with the deductions. Can I get the mail of the hotel to quickly get in touch for a refund. I was deducted $551 twice with cancellation fees without a refund.

the staff at the reception were not polite, I do not want to say they were rude, because maybe they had a bad day. the greeting smile was not there and the courtesy was not there. I wished she would have treated me better

The problem started when we couldn’t reach anyone to request our pick up. After many phone calls, tried calling the hotel directly (instead of the shuttle service number) hour later, we finally got picked up. The hotel itself is a mix of some new renovation but the parts that haven’t been renovated are very old and dirty looking.

The room was fine,as well was the bed.

We found the toilet was plugging up. I called the front desk and was told all maintainence was gone home. The toilet was overflowing, thus i had to shut off the water supply. A cleaning person came by with towels to wipe up the wet floor. I called the office 3 times but it seems the person did not want to do anything. I ended up going to the office to complain in person and raise a bit of a fuss and the receptionist finally gave us another room.

If you want to be close to the airport, this Quality Inn delivers. The rooms were also surprisingly clean despite being very outdated and in dire need of repair. However, be prepared to share your stay with the people next door—literally. The walls are so thin that we were treated to a full night of their TV and a very loud 'private session' at 1:30 in the morning. It felt like a shared suite rather than a private room. Unless you enjoy hearing every detail of your neighbour's night, you might want to wait for a renovation.

Close to the airports and well priced

The Front Desk Agent was very helpful and nice. 10 stars out of 5 for sure.

It’s Not a complaint only a would have been nice comment in having hot chocolate as a Drink Option , they had Apple Juice and orange which was good but I had been hoping to have hot chocolate I dont care for coffee or tea.
