Le motel se trouve près du centre ville de Moncton, le déjeuner y est inclus avec oeufs patates saucisses. Il y a aussi une machine glace.

Le lavabo qui se trouve en dehors de la salle de bain est à la fois pratique mais pas pratique en même temps. De plus, il y avait une odeur de renfermé.

Le personnel ne parle pas français sauf une personne à l’accueil ( très gentil ) mais pas au restaurant. Je pensais que le NB était une province bilingue

Spacious room with well-equipped appliances and a good location. I especially liked the bar, which is conveniently located close to the front desk.

There is no hook in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfy.

The room just needs some TLC.

The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, courteous and friendly.

My only negative comment is that I bring my tablet with me and and I like to cast Netflix, Crave or Prime Video onto the rooms TV. These TV's were not Smart TV's so I couldn't watch them on the room TV and had to try and watch them on my tablet, which is a lot smaller. I don't expect them to upgrade their TV's, just a comment in case future travelers were wondering.

Convenient location. Room flooring is not carpet so it's cleaner.

A large room with a king sized bed and lots of room to move around. Room was spotless. All the staff were friendly and helpful and addressed every request right away. The included breakfast was just enough to get me going for the day.

I was travelling without a car and the location was just a bit far from the downtown core. This was an issue as the buses did not run at a frequent rate.

Loves the restaraunt/bar that is in the motel and that you get a coupon for 10% off when you stay there and you receive a free breakfast!! AC worked fabulously. It was a nice and quiet area. Beds were very comfy.

The halls and rooms stunk a bit and there was a mustiness throughout. The ice machine was in dire need of a good cleaning and the room was an little odd with an ancient yellow stained mini fridge (unsure if it worked as we didn’t use it) but not bad all around!

Location was good for what we needed

We got a larger room, with a kitchenette. There was only one plate and no cutlery in the room. The beds were clean, but I did do a thorough check before putting anything down on it. The room appeared clean from far, but the floors were very dirty - I wore my sandals inside as my feet turned dark after walking around. The shower was updated but not cleaned properly - some mold along the edges. It’s advertised with a pool - but the pool is a green swamp with a very dated waterfall and bricks ontop of it. I would be afraid to let my kids swim near the waterfall incase the bricks fell down. The pool was actually closed - but it should have been drained as it was not a pleasant sight. There was also a shipping container beside the pool with random junk. Breakfast was served in the attached bar - I’m not convinced that the tables were cleaned between the evening crowd and the morning crowd. The eggs, hash browns and sausage were served behind the bar by staff - wasn’t sure if we could get seconds - we didn’t try as it wasn’t great. Overall we didn’t pay a lot, but we expected something a little nicer, as booking showed a stay there was regularly $300+.

Bed was comfy, shower was good, slept well. Loved the complementary cookies for midnight snack from the reception area. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was nothing special, water for tea or own decaf coffee was barely warm (decaf coffee not supplied) had to keep requesting it be heated up more, and even then it was still Luke warm!

There was a fun restaurant inside the motel. I was surprised with the hot breakfast we received in the mornings. It was clean, comfortable and easy to get to from the highway.

I wish we could have had a lower room with parking in front of our room.

Having a restaurant right there was great - who wants to drive more to find a restaurant when you have been deicing all day. The food was good too. Breakfast was also served there in the morning.

Unfortunately several people a few doors down were drunk and sitting outside their room making a lot of noise late at night.

Liked everything except the curtains are stiff and the light comes in under them at night beside the bed. But I'm a country girl, not a town person. Used to the dark. So it's a me issue not a them issue.

Probablement le pire établissement où j’ai séjourné de ma vie. Le logement était désuet et surtout extrêmement sale : planchers crottés, murs tachés et pleins de trous, et une odeur de moisissure provenant de l’air climatisé. En plus, un gros party et le bruit extérieur nous ont empêchés de dormir presque toute la nuit. Nous avons dû aller marcher jusqu’à environ 2 h du matin et n’avons réussi à dormir qu’environ 3 heures. Le matin, vu l’état de propreté des lieux, nous n’avons même pas osé déjeuner sur place et avons seulement pris un café. Seul point positif : l’employé à l’accueil était très gentil. Je vous conseille sincèrement de dormir dans votre voiture plutôt que d’aller là-bas. C’est d’ailleurs ce que nous aurions fait si nous avions pu, mais il y avait un gros party jusque dans le stationnement. Malgré notre plainte, l’hôtel a refusé tout dédommagement. Booking.com nous a finalement accordé un crédit de seulement 25 $. Une expérience extrêmement décevante. À éviter absolument.

The staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean and conveniently located.

The breakfast menu was repeated. Little changes in the menu each day will be good.

Service desk was professional and problem solving.

At first glance it was ok, but then the kids found several man's hair in the bed, actually the bedding was not changed after the previous visitors. The matress cover wasn't changed for long time, all in urine stains. The bathtub was in hair and never properly cleaned. The receptionist was very supportive, he took a note and changed the bedding. The room has no soundproof, we could hear the quiet talks from downstair neighbors.

the beds are firmer then we are used to and the pillows are softer. i don't expect anything done about it, because everyone has different preferences.

The Staff went out of there way to accommodate me and my sick wife who was in Moncton for a serious operation. I was impressed with how far out of their way to make us comfortable….. right up to coming out to shake our hands and wish us well when leaving. A very good economy motel. We will stay here again!!! La climatisation faisait un bruit d’enfer !! Impossible de dormir avec! On entendait même celle de la chambre attenante! Le déjeuner était très ordinaire!

il n y avait pas de séchoir a cheveux dans la chambre. nous en avons demander un et un membre du personnel est venu en porter un, la piscine est non fonctionnelle.

Nous avons dormi a 2 nuits differentes dans le meme semaine a Moncton premiere chambre 127 salle de bain rénovée et ensuite la 111 salle de bain pas rénovée mais la chambre plus gande et mieux aménagé. le déjeuner inclus, pas juste un café pis un muffin! plusieurs restaurants tres pres.

The walls in the bathroom were quite dirty. The TV was locked to only 1 channel. There was a shirtless man with a bandana over his face running around the property while we were outside eating breakfast so we did not feel safe. The walls were very thin.
