Reviewed Sep 1, 2026החדרים היו מרווחים ונוחים. מאורגנים היטב. מתוחזקים. המלון שקט ונעים. נקי. חניה נוחה ובטוחה. המקלחת טובה. מגבות טובות. בלילה יש אור קטן במקלחת ואז אין צורך להדליק אור ולהפריע לישנים. המיטה הייתה נוחה לאישי וילדתי לי פחות אבל זה עניין של טעם. כריות טובות. החשכה של הוילונות טובה יחסית . הבר מסעדה נוחה ויש מבחר טעים. הצוות נחמד ושירותי. בהחלט תמורה מצויינת למחיר.
לא היה מי שיעזור עם המזוודות. החדר חשוך למדי (המקלחת מוארת היטב) המזגן רועש. נכבה ונדלק כל הזמן. יש לציין שהוא מקרר היטב כאשר הוא נדלק.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The junior suite that we booked was huge and super clean. Bathroom also very spacious. Walk-in shower (best shower ever), no bathtub. Price for the underground parking was 15 CAD + tax. Breakfast was also not included and 17 CAD + tax if I remember correctly. Several excellent restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again.
Navigating the underground car park with a Dodge RAM was a bit challenging. You could hear noises from outside as well as the people moving above you (no reasonable impact sound insulation which is frustrating given that this seems to be a new, purpose-built hotel).

The breakfast was the most disgusting food we ever tasted. The eggs, potatoes, pancakes were all powder box made, the coffee tasted like turpentine and the juices were fake. The only thing we could eat was the yougurt and bananas. For a Hilton, you should be embarrassed. Parking...wow make us pay? aweful feeling. The location was horrific, we ate breakfast one morning outside and adult drug addicts were walking by or riding their bike screaming and staring, again this is a Hilton? We have stayed at many Hiltons, including the Niagara Falls one and this one in Moncton fails miserably.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The rooms were clean and well stocked with shampoo, soap, etc. There was a pool. Make sure you pay for breakfast when you book to get a great deal on a delicious buffet. The price doubles when you buy it last minute. The location is ideal because it's close to so many restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Parking is not free.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Loved the location, staff were friendly and acknowledgeable about local area, rooms were clean and bigger than expected, food in restaurant was tasty and good value for money, kids loved the heated pool and gym, the onsite laundry was useful as we were travelling around the East Coast. Would stay here again and recommend.

Staff were personable and helpful; the onsite bar / restaurant was amazing [thanks for the friendly service, Shyanne]; rooms are large and well appointed; secure in-door parking; a short stroll to the centre of town . . . who could ask for more. And to top it off, the best, value proposition of all the properties we've stayed in recent years.
Absolutely no complaints or disappointments.

The breakfast was terrible. The only selection for eggs was scrambled, and it was cold and rubbery. There were no boiled eggs, pancake, or waffles. There was no fruit, or bagels, or muffins, or pastries. There were only two kinds of bread to make toast.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Locatie was voor ons prima, wij hadden een auto. Parkeren was geen probleem. Personeel was vriendelijk. Kamer was prima, maar verouderd.
Het enige maar dat is in elke Hilton/Hampton, verwacht niet veel van ontbijt. De voetbalkantine heeft nog beter eten, je eet van weggooiborden met weggooibestek, internationaal kan je het niet noemen, het enige gezonde is fruit (als er nog ligt) en yoghurt, ei is doodgekookt (smaakloos). Tja, misschien moeten ze eens even in Europa kijken en dan niet UK, kunnen ze wat van leren.

We had some time to kill between checkout & our bus leaving, and were offering suggestions on what do to in the meantime, and graciously offered to hold onto my bag so I didn’t have to carry it around. Also, I LOVED that I could stand under the shower at full height and not have to bend/duck. I’m 5’10, so it’s been an issue at previous stays elsewhere
Noise travelled quite easily, the two biggest flags being the flushing of the toilet in the room directly above ours, and the use of the stairway door (our room was right next door). Neither of these can really be helped, but when you’re a light sleeper, it does affect how much you wake up at night.
