It was close to everything. Every time I used it, it would not accept my validated card and I had to use the intercom.

The parking was awful. Every time I tried to enter or leave, I had to use the intercom and go into the lobby where I would have to wait for service. Even when I checked out, it would not work as it was asking for another $16.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of great options. Hotel was clean.

There was a big Acadian celebration going on that we were not notified about. I landed at the hotel with 4 small children. The streets were blocked off and I couldn’t access the hotel without getting lost several time! When I checked into my room The room I was given was literally right in front of a very loud band on the street. This band played until 11:45 right outside my window. My kids couldn’t sleep!!! My 9 month old cried the whole time because she was so over tired and couldn’t sleep from the noise. I called the front desk and they told me they had no other options for a room for me. If I was not 3 hours from home with four small children I would have up and left! I paid for two rooms that J felt were over priced and no one slept due to the very loud band right outside our window. If we were informed all this was going on we most definitely would not have stayed at this hotel. We went away for the night for peace and relaxation which we most definitely did not receive.

New facilities, very clean and nice. Rooms are big. Close to airport.

Water pressure in the shower on 4th floor close to minimum. Mattress was very soft and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room was excellent, the attached restaurant, Carrabbas, was my favourite, and parking was easy. Downtown Moncton was a plus.

Elevator closed too quickly and knocked the watch off my wrist. Reported to staff.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Great location right downtown, convenient parking lot ($16/day fee), friendly staff, new facilities. The room and bathroom were very nice and super clean. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The breakfast was also probably the nicest included hotel breakfast spread we've had and the seating area was beautiful. We enjoyed dinner at the connected Carrabbas Italian - very convenient to have a good restaurant accessible through the lobby.

I don't think anything could be improved here. This is pretty much the perfect hotel experience, worth much more than the price I paid.

For those who choose this hotel, be careful! You may be asked at check-in to pay the full amount even though you’ve already paid online. If you dispute this, they’ll cancel your reservation and kick you out onto the street. That’s what happened to us last Friday. After a long trip (from Ottawa to Moncton via Quebec City and Fredericton), we had booked a room for a family of five. We arrived at the hotel at midnight, very tired, and all we wanted was a room so our children could rest after the long drive. The customer service representative asked us to pay a $100 deposit, plus $16 for parking. We agreed, but when it came time to pay, we noticed the total came to $507. When we asked for an explanation, the representative told us we had to pay for the room again because the hotel hadn’t received the money from the booking online and that we would be reimbursed later. We disputed this, which led to an argument between the two of us. She eventually canceled the reservation, claiming she had the right to do so, which put us in a very difficult situation: we had nowhere to go and were forced to sleep in our car with our three children. At that time, no hotel rooms were available, and check-in wasn’t possible until 3:00 p. This disrupted our travel plans, which were supposed to continue on to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. We had nowhere to go and couldn’t go sightseeing without first resting and changing our clothes. This negative experience left us with a bad impression and, for Margaux, bad memories of the city of Moncton—which should have been a wonderful experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at the HYATT in Moncton. Conveniently located in downtown Moncton, the hotel was modern, with a nice pool. Rooms were accommodated a family of 5 well, and the breakfast was better than expected. Would definitely be back here next time we are in Moncton exploring the nearby attractions (Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks)

Very good stay! The front desk is really sweet. The breakfast is very fresh and delicious. The room is very clean and comfortable. Love it!

Stayed here for couple of nights using Moncton as a base. Hotel was very comfortable. Large clean room. We were told hotel opened 6 years ago. Does not feel like that-still very fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got to Moncton about lunchtime and went to hotel to leave car but when we went in they told us a room was available so we could get immediate access. Excellent service. It is well located for bars and restaurants. Decent choice at breakfast which is included. Doubt if we will ever be back in Moncton but if we were would happily stay here again.

The shower heads. Waterflow in showers is too slow & weak. They need to do something about it. The shower heads too not good enough for a standard regular bath.

They were staying at the Hyatt for a convention in June. This is something we do every year and we're always welcomed back. The staff always is smiling and remembers us. They're always very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself is a beautiful location with restaurants within walking distance and just across the road from the Coliseum. The rooms are nice and clean and the double Queens can accommodate six people which is rare at a hotel. We look forward to going back next year if we can.

The location of the Hyatt was perfect for attending an event at the Avenir Centre downtown Moncton! The staff were friendly and the facility was clean, breakfast was excellent with lots of variety! There was a huge event taking place one day right outside and the safety of those staying at the hotel was important to the staff, giving us bracelets to identify hotel guests. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and we will for sure stay here again!

This hotel is beautiful. It has a nice outdoor seating area along with an inside lounge for visiting with friends. It's directly across from the Avenir center so a perfect place to stay when attending events there. The downtown area seemed safe and clean.

Clean, comfy and decent food for a quick one night stay! We sat in the bar and had a light meal after a long day of travel. The hotel suited us perfectly and actually would be very comfortable for a longer stay as well. I will certainly look for these properties in the future.

Great location, excellent stay—will definitely return The location is fantastic—just a short, easy walk to the bars and restaurants on Main Street. The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, and the entire hotel had a modern, well-kept feel. What really stood out was the staff: every person we interacted with—from front desk to housekeeping—was friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaging. Top-notch service across the board. The included breakfast was a big bonus as well. It’s a buffet with a great selection, and it really adds value to the overall stay. We had a room facing Main Street and experienced no noise issues at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the in-house Italian restaurant, but the menu looked excellent (house-made pasta and reasonable prices), so it’s on the list for next time. When I’m back in Moncton, I won’t bother looking elsewhere—I’ll be booking here again.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful, extremely clean, very nice atmosphere, and the staff in all areas are extremely helpful and kind. I took 4 kids and they all cannot wait to go back to the hyatt hotel moncton!!

I cannot say enough good things about the conference staff, front desk and breakfast staff. Even the GM was ready to help out at the conference I was speaking at. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel room was fresh, new, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of options, lots of healthy food, and a beautiful space to enjoy it. Can I give this hotel 20 stars out of 10?

Loved that it was close to the Avenir Centre. The lobby was spacious with live music. The pool area was very clean and lots of towels available. Rooms must be soundproofed because we heard no other guests. The breakfast was also AMAZING and staff was exceptional!

Parking was a bit confusing, maybe some more signage? Blinds were see through.

Do NOT stay here. There is a very loud bar across the street that plays extremely loud music well into the night. When I called the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do about it - although they were aware of the issue and had alerted by-law officials in the past. Was here for a work trip and had a very difficult time sleeping every night. Will not stay again.

Kylie on the front desk is Phenomenal, she assisted me its several items that she resolved very quickly. The rest of the staff on the property are excellent employees and very friendly. My go to place in Moncton

Atmosphere - amazing. The lobby bar area is great for connecting, and the espresso martinis are the best I've ever had. The room is so spacious. Having the sectional couch is great when you have friends popping in your room!

I was over for a medical procedure which required me to be at the hospitalat6. Most hotels offer a medical rate which you didn’t. That is a big disappointment as it is perfectly located

The only negative was with the room. On booking, I specifically booked a room with a tub. (Accessible room). On checking in the girl asked me if I needed an accessible room. I said no as long as it has a tub as I had 3 grandchildren to bathe. On entering the room, it has a shower, no tub. That was a negative but rather than go back down with all our luggage, we stayed
