床品不是特别舒适，被子很薄有点硬，洗漱用品不是太好用，还是带好自己的洗发水和护发素吧

it was not at the location we booked. we were not notified about this at all until we arrived after paying for a taxi to the location. We booked this location so we could walk to things we wanted to go to. They then shuttle us to a different hotel which they said was an upgrade, but it was far away from where we wanted to walk so we had to end up paying for more taxis during our stay. The room was not as nice at the new hotel as the room looked at the one we had initially booked, they would not let us get a refund, even though it literally was not the hotel or the Location location we booked.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026L'Adhara Express était en travaux à notre arrivée et nous avons été envoyés au Adhara Cancún. C'est un grand complexe hôtelier, offrant de très bonnes prestations, personnel réactif, excellent pdj.
L'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville, dans un environnement très urbain, bruyant, peu agréable. Donc, pour une nuit en sortant de l'aéroport avant de poursuivre, cela va mais je n'y sejournerais pas plus longtemps.

Ocultan que este hotel ya no está en funcionamiento porque hasta el último momento se estuvo contactando con el hotel , luego te mandan a otro que tienen en las afueras donde te es imposible hacer nada porque está lejos de todos , le pides soluciones y se niegan a darte alguna ni reembolso ni cambio a otro hotel , son unas ratas

This Hotel was closed. Booking is not aware. Once I arrived I was took to a sister hotel . The AC went out in this hotel and the sister company AC is going out. I had a dentist Appointment. Only stayed Two days but NEVER again. The staff was rude about the accommodations in regarding the AC. Booking should be aware. I was NEVER offered a Refund but just relocated to the sister Hotel that is having AC issues.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Cet hôtel est fermé depuis plusieurs mois je ne comprends qu’on puisse encore réservé via booking ! En arrivant après 11h de vol on a envie d’enfin se poser tranquille, et bien non… arrivé à l’accueil une gardienne nous explique que cet hôtel est fermé depuis plusieurs mois mais que le propriétaire a un autre hôtel pas très loin et que nous allons être conduits la bas, elle nous demande de patienter en attendant un taxi Au bout de 15mn effectivement un taxi vient nous chercher pour nous conduire dans l’autre hôtel qui s’appelle Adhara Cancun 1er aspect pas trop mal, par contre la chambre salle, les draps douteux (pas changés à mon avis) Heureusement ça n’était que pour une seule nuit Par contre le petit dej était très bien seul point positif de notre arrivée à Cancun Il faut absolument retirer cet hôtel du site booking pour ne plus pouvoir réserver ici !

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026No gustó la cercanía con zonas relevantes en Cancún, tales como el terminal de ADO, supermercados y lugares donde comer. También es positivo que puedan llevar a playas cercanas a una hora determinada. La habitación era amplia.
El personal durante el buffet del desayuno nos trató muy bien, sin embargo debo mencionar que un snack que solicitamos en la tarde asociado a papas fritas fue excesivamente alto en costo para la cantidad que veniía, 7 u 8 papas con suerte, creo que buscar ganancias en cosas como esa no vale la pena y sólo degrada el servicio, de hecho, sentimos que se molestaron en su momento quizas por que sólo pedimos eso sin gastar en algo adicional. El hotel en general es muy bonito, pero quizas sería bueno invertir en un segundo restaurant o pensar en opciones con menu del tipo all inclusive. Un detalle importante es que se sentía olor a humedad y también que en la salida (en la vereda del hotel) se evidencian cables eléctricos a la vista, eso no se vé bien, no se sabe si están energizados o no.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026En realidad el hotel que yo compré se llama Adhara Express sin embargo en la página no dicen que te van a pasar a otro, Adhara Cancún, cuando compré la habitación lo hice pensando en la ubicación y moverme a pie hacia el centro de Cancún, y en la nueva ubicación ya eso no era tan fácil, sin embargo a favor del hotel está que es un hotel muy bonito, amplio con buen desayuno y me mantuvieron la tarifa además de que me dieron un late check out
La ubicación para mis propósitos, sin embargo posiblemente en otra visita me quede ahí de nuevo

This was NOT Adhara EXPRESS! I arrived at adhara express to find it CLOSED! They never contacted me to advise! They shuttled me to their sister Adhara location, which is much larger and older. You hear every noise in this hotel. The gym is poor. 2 of the 3 treadmills are broken. I couldn’t get the screens to work on 2 other machines. Minimal weights available.

Une fois arrivés devant l’hôtel on vous informe sommairement et on vous emmène dans un autre hôtel de la même chaîne. 5 km plus loin. On vous parle d’ivraie mais il n’y en a pas. Pas d’excuses non plus.

En arrivant le concierge nous explique que l'hôte est fermé et nous appelle un taxi pour nous conduire dans un autre hôtel de la marque, soit surclassé mais nous n'avions vraiment pas besoin de cette mésaventure

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Fiz a reserva neste hotel e o mesmo se encontrava fechado para manutenção; eu e minha amiga fomos encaminhadas de táxi (custeado pelo hotel) a um hotel da rede chamado Adhara Hacienda que fica numa excelente localização. A acomodação é bastante confortável e o café da manhã é excelente tendo diversas opções. Achei excepcional o horário do café da manhã ser estendido e final de semana é mais estendido ainda, rsrsrsr...tomamos café quase às 11h... Ah e sempre tinha café e suco grátis na área da recepção do hotel😉
Observei no café da manhã que em alguns momentos eles manuseava alguns alimentos diretamente com as mãos, sem luva ou qualquer tipo de talher...

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Me hospedei pela 2a vez no mês devido a satisfação com o hotel. Ficamos acomodadas, eu e minha amiga no Adhara Hacienda, devido a manutenção do Adhara Express. A recepção do Hacienda tem uma decoração maravilhosa. O hotel disponibiliza transporte gratuito para praia e Ferry...tem sempre um café e um suco disponível na recepção... O café da manhã é excelente, com algumas opções (tipo omelete) preparadas na hora. A localização é excelente.
Gastei de tudo!!!

Das Hotel kann man zwar buchen, wir jedoch aktuell umgebaut. Man muss dann in ein anderes Hotel von der gleichen Kette. Das Hotel Adhara Cancun war wirklich sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten da ein Verbindungszimmer & konnten alles verstehen von nebenan. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir mussten in einer Badewanne duschen!

Nos hicieron llegar después de 11h de viaje con un bebé al hotel Adhara Express Centro que era el que teníamos reservado para decirnos después que nos iba a recoger un taxi para llevarnos a otro hotel porque ese estaba en mantenimiento. Digo yo que eso se puede comunicar antes para ir directamente al bueno y ahorrarnos tanto movimiento con un bebé de 9 meses .

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Lo que más me gustó fueron las instalaciones del hotel, las habitaciones, el desayuno y el personal de recepción. Gustavo nos atendió muy bien en todo momento, como el resto del personal. Un punto a favor es la ubicación del hotel, esta cerca del centro, de supermercados, de la terminal de ómnibus, entre otros lugares. Además tiene una pileta con barra incorporada en el agua. Super recomendable!
Lo que no me gustó es que cuando llegamos al hotel, el mismo estaba cerrado por reformas. Luego de unos minutitos, una persona del hotel nos comentó que estaba cerrado y nos enviarian a otro hotel. Nos podrían haber avisado que el hotel estaba cerrado e íbamos al otro hotel directo. El hotel se hizo cargo del taxi.

L’hôtel est beaucoup mieux, plus grand et piscine vraiment très belle. L’emplacement est bien et plutôt calme alors que nous sommes en plein centre ville. Personnel au petit soin. Buffet pour le petit déjeuner qui est très bon et avec beaucoup de choix.
Le seul petit bémol était la climatisation dans la chambre. Impossible de la régler et nous avons eu froid par moment dans la nuit. Même en demandant au personnel de la régler, cela n’a rien changé. Sinon tout le reste était très bien.

I didn't like I was not notified the hotel was closed and I will be transferred to another one. I don't think it is fair that I still see this hotel being available for booking. If I knew - I'd stay in another one.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026It was good enough for 1 night before flying out. Its close to the ADO terminal. Has a restaurant so you dont have to leave.
Noise from the corridors. Every little sound echoes. Food at the restaurant was average inside restaurant was closed, so had to eat outside with the mosquito's.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Großes Zimmer. Zwar hellhörig, aber nachts doch relativ ruhig. Frühstück okay. 1 Wasserspender pro Etage und Kaffee in der Lobby kostenlos. Schöner Pool.
Übernachtung im gebuchten Hotel Adhara Express nicht möglich. Wir kamen dort an und das Hotel war geschlossen. Es war lediglich ein Wachmann vor Ort, der kein Englisch sprach. Wir bekamen einen Zettel, in dem man uns ein „Upgrade“ im Hotel Adhara Cancun schmackhaft machte. Letztlich war es allerdings quasi nicht möglich, dieses „Upgrade“ abzulehnen, weil Stornierung die einzige Alternative war. Die Kommunikation war an der Stelle absolut mangelhaft! Noch zwei Stunden vorher hatte ich eine SMS bekomme, dass man sich im Adhara Express auf uns freue! Die Lage des anderen Hotels war für uns schlechter.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Bonjour nous avons été reconduits dans leur autre hôtel adhara Cancun car celui-ci était en travaux et franchement c'était magnifique le petit déjeuner, la piscine avec le bar juste à côté, la proximité de la gare ADO et d'un petit centre commercial rien à dire

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026I booked this hotel because it had good teipadvisor reviews. However, I turn up (after they had taken my money a couple of days before) and I am presented with a letter sayinng it is closed for refurbishment! How can they let you book and pay for a hotel that is closed? Or if it had to close suddenly why was there no communication? Do not use this hotel!
