The property was nice and the hotel was clean

Some kid pulled the fire alarm, there was leaking from the roof to the floor by the elevator and when we asked for maid service they didn't vacuum or change the sheets. At check out the person was young and didn't know how to check someone out and over charged my sister's card a lot of money.

Esta muy cerca de la playa. Y que te ofrezcan sombrillas y reposteras es un extra genial. El servicio y amabilidad de cada uno de los que trabajan, es excelente!! Todo me pareció super acorde a lo que esperábamos y de hecho superó expectativas.

Me gustaría que varien un poco más del menú de desayuno. Y quizás que hayan más panificados dulces. Estuvimos 4 noches y en todos los desayunos solo hubo muffins de panificado dulce. Podrían ir variando o poner variedad en el mismo día. El resto del desayuno muy bien y variado!!

Location was very good. Pool was beautiful

The beds were uncomfortable the shower was very old and I was charge $25 plus tax and fee for self parking and it was not advertised to me upon checking in or in any signs visible to us.

I liked everything—breakfast, the evening snack and drink; everything was excellent.

The only downside is that everything inside is old—though there was a new mirror in the bathroom and a new sink in the kitchen—but everything was genuinely clean and tidy.

The property was amazing the decor and esthetics are phenomenal. Very clean everything was just great!

Big room, comfortable bed. Carpet is worn but the room was otherwise clean. Staff were all super helpful and very kind. Breakfast was good, especially the made to order omelettes.

The location close to the airport, restaurants, and beach. The hotel was very accommodating. They serve a very good breakfast, and have a wonderful seafood restaurant on site. And the pool area is large and beautiful. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

La piscina no tiene vigilancia,el supuesto happy hour son 2 tragos escogidos por ellos sin mucha variedad en relación al costo de la estadía y el parking es bien costoso.

Easily accessible to the airport. The manager reception and cleanliness of the common areas.

The security guard at the main entrance was not friendly. In the past stayed at hotel and there was valet parking and when inquired about the staff was rude with his response.

Me encantó lo familiar que es, tal cual lo buscaba, limpio, siempre atentos, respondieron a mis inquietudes ( las pocas que tuve), me gustó todo lo que estaba alrededor, supermercado súper cerca, la limpieza de las habitaciones y los restaurantes del Hotel 1A todos.

La verdad estamos muy satisfechos como familia.

Friendly staff. Spacious suite with refrigerator and microwave. On premises restaurants with half-off entree options. Free cocktai time daily. Pool. Poolside bar. Casino. Chairs, towels, and umbrella service provided at the beach.

No direct access to the beach, which included a walk in heavily trafficed area. Free breakfast cut-off too early. No in-house club or facility for dancing, etc. Unable to adjust thermostat for room temperature. I stayed 5 nights, but my room was only cleaned 3 times.

We arrived on July 30, and everything looked amazing. The following day, everything went well and we had no complaints. However, by the third day, the quality of the housekeeping service declined significantly. The coffee machine was left dirty, the sink was full of coffee, the towels were not replaced, and no trash bags were put in the garbage cans. I reported these issues to the manager, but unfortunately nothing was done. No clean towels were delivered, no one came to inspect the room, and none of the concerns were addressed. Considering that we paid a $55 per day service fee, I expected a much higher level of service. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution. Adrian Cora

El desayuno es muy bueno lo único que lo mejoraría es si añadieran más fruta y otros cereales calientes. Pero excelente. También la piscina nos encantó.

No me gustó el costo. Cuando llegas al check in te encuentras con que cobran un cargo extra. Hay que ir con dinero adicional.

La ubicación, las instalaciones (tanto la estructura como la decoración) , el desayuno (excelente, delicioso y con buena variedad).

Pueden mejorar un poco más la orientación al hacer el check-in pues hubo detalles del uso de las tarjetas para poder usar los elevadores que no nos fueron explicados y nos tomó tiempo entenderlo.

No contestan el teléfono en el Front Desk. Adicional a eso, pedí una sábana adicional una de las noches y nunca me la llevaron a la habitación. Estacionamiento debe ser gratis para los huéspedes. El precio del parking es muy alto.

Que está cerca a la playa, realmente es muy linda la playa cercana y tener la posibilidad de las sombrillas y asombradores más toallas es un plus.

El hotel en la parte interna es un poco antiguo, recién llegas da esa sensación y el sofacama puede ser más cómodo. Pero con los días se percibe más cálido por su gente y la ventaja del desayuno básico pero con lo necesario para iniciar el día.

Places, exceptional the food is excellent. The rooms are large and spacious. Hilton embassy suites never fails me.

The service in La Cueva Del Mar Isla restaurant was not the best. Sat for more than 20 minutes without being offered anything and when we eventually ordered food the food had too much salt. The food was not worth what we paid for.

I am a Marine Viet Nam combat veteran. I pay much attention to flags on a pole. For all flags of the US and other countries, must be replaced when they become frail, faded or torn. The U.S. flag looks great! The Puerto Rican flag is frail and very faded. I spoke to the assistant manager, and she told me I needed to speak to the general manager so that it can be replaced. She gave me his card and I will follow up.

I have stayed before and I have never received the worst room. This room was small uncomfortable and for the same price. I felt like I was staying in a holiday inn Express for a pricier Price.

Closeness to airport.

The rooms had a very distinct smell. There was trash in the hallway the evening we arrived and the next morning it was still there. The breakfast was really bad too.

It’s close to the airport, we constantly saw the planes coming and leaving. The hotel is located at the heart of San Juan and very close to most attractions. The hotel is well maintained, clean and busy. There were lots of selections for breakfast, the pool is big enough, and the after hour drinks were good too. Kids can get soda. Just ask.

They advertised the rooms as having a king size bed whereas it’s a queen size. That was disappointing when we checked into the rooms.

The location, the amenities as far as the pool, complimentary breakfast, as well as happy hour every night although I only indulged once due to the timing and me leaving ahead of time.

I didn’t like how fast breakfast was over, you couldn’t really sleep in.. I also wished the happy hour was a bit longer, the drinks at the pool bar could’ve been a bit stronger considering the price and my room wasn’t the cleanest.

No one would answer our questions or concerns just kept brushing us off. Will never recommend anyone to stay here.
