Cleanliness - the bathroom was spotless!

I had a room with balcony, great for fresh air and ventilation, but the balcony faced toward a major highway (Baldoriory) and the door allowed a low level of noise into the room, rooms without balconies would be quieter.

The staff here was wonderful and polite from the tall lady who handled the cleaning services of our room to all the managers ,the restaurant staff both restaurants the food was excellent and they also recommended other places to eat and visit for the time we were out and about. And they went far beyond what any hotel would do from calling us a cad when we needed to get BACK TO THE HOTEL,I NEVER STAY AT A WYNDOM LIKE this by far I am giving them A 5 STAR REVIEW the ratings that was left by other visitors was way under rated

The only thing I didn't like was that my vacation ended and I had to leave them but me and my wife will be back to visit them

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the hotel was beautiful and spotless, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. You can truly tell that they care about their guests and go above and beyond to make your stay special. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was exceptional, and every detail made the experience even better. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and memorable experience. 10/10 — I will definitely be coming back!

Great stay, but upon arrival the reception person name Hector dropped our champagne bottle broke it and then just left it in the bag to ruin my bag of souvenirs I had bought on my cruise. He just said sorry like it didn’t mean anything. I was very upset and thought he would replace what he broke but to no avail he didn’t. And I didn’t see him again . That was unprofessional. I was very disappointed. He showed no class . Your host Joanne, and Adam were very welcoming and on top of their game good workers I appreciated them during our stay.

The lady with the red hair that helped to store our luggage before the room was ready was AMAZING!!! Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and check in was effortless. The location was convenient across the street from the beach, and the overall atmosphere at the pool was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

My door battery died and they took long in opening. Also, breakfast was not ready at 6am had to go somewhere else talked to the manager female and she didn’t even apologized to me about breakfast not ready.

Your rugs are dirty. They should be replaced. The rooms were clean but not squeaky clean. The rooms was gloomy. In the pictures rooms looked bright. Your rooms do not have enough lighting. At night the lamps were too deemed. It was difficult to write or read. Reminded me of a motel. You are better off not offering breakfast, not good. Hair in the food.

Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Misleading Charges My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The property was outdated, the carpets were dirty, and the overall condition of the rooms was well below expectations. Throughout my stay, there was a persistent smell of marijuana, making the environment unpleasant and not family-friendly. The customer service was equally unacceptable. The front desk agent was rude, unprofessional, and lacked transparency. Before my stay, I confirmed through both Expedia and the hotel's website that the required incidental hold was $300. However, without any explanation, notification, or authorization, my credit card was charged $1,200 instead. What is most concerning is that the front desk agent never informed me of the amount being charged, never showed me the transaction, and never provided a receipt. I only discovered the excessive charge after checking my credit card account myself. This lack of disclosure is misleading, deceptive, and completely unacceptable. Advertising one amount while charging a significantly higher amount without informing the customer raises serious concerns about the hotel's business practices. Because of this experience, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. If you value honesty, transparency, professional customer service, and a clean, family-friendly environment, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

The attentions, very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, including a beach and a few eateries. Side note: I left my debit card and license behind in my room. Staff located it for me, and the manager is having my property mailed back to my home. Convenience ALL AROUND. I would book again.

The lobby and location was nice

Where do I begin the furniture was severely damaged and the shower tiles were broken and falling off the walls. Definitely overpriced and not worth what we paid for one night stay. The room was a family room yet had no other place to sit besides the bed. The photos showed a large round rug with two chairs and a lamp all of that was missing from the room. While showering the plumbing was shaking and the water had some kind of issue.

The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the beach, great food all around, and very easy to get to any excursions planned for your trip!

It's a good location, we had a balcony which had a great view of San Juan. But there were no seats for the balcony. The beach was only a 3 minute walk away across the street through a walkway.

My flight was canceled and we needed a place to stay for the night. It was easy to book via telephone and close to the airport. Check in and out was supper easy.

I had a great stay at TRYP by Wyndham and would definitely come back. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant, which made for an enjoyable experience. I especially want to recognize Juan, who checked us in. Although we were frustrated because of everything we experienced—especially since we were trying to enjoy my birthday—he remained professional, patient, and did his best to accommodate us. His effort and positive attitude did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the customer service he provided. The only downside was that the parking and additional fees were unexpected. It would be helpful if those costs were communicated more clearly before guests arrive so there are no surprises. It also took a little while to receive clean towels and washcloths when we were getting ready to go out. Since our room had more than two guests, it would have been nice if housekeeping had provided enough towels and washcloths for everyone without us having to request more. Other than those minor issues, I have no complaints. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I look forward to visiting again—just with a better understanding of the additional fees.

Location and Facilities

Almost all receptionists not too welcoming. Very low in energy and unnecessary judging attitude based on race. No smile on face at all. Never face this situation back in New York or California.

Great pool, right across from the beach with easy access and towels. Very convenient parking, in and out all day as needed. Quiet, ice, and filtered water. Despite the water rupture on the island, the hotel had water 24/7—restaurants, bar, convenience, and fun. Great coffee.

The cleanliness of the room.. and I saw tiny bugs so I couldn’t get comfortable and the carpet in the hallways and room was old and dirty. I also don’t know why they call it a media room.. yes I had two TV’s but only one worked.

I liked the location as we could walk to the beach and restaurants.

The room was good for a couple of days. If the stay was longer, I would've liked more space. The TV kept giving us a problem. For some reason it lost signal and deprogrammed the channels frequently. I asked for late checking and didn't get it. I wasn't told the night before that I needed to ask earlier the next morning, so I missed the opportunity. One of the staff members was not friendly but most of them were great.
