Exceptional from start to finish. Quick, straightforward last minute booking, easy check in, the room and hotel were incredibly clean. Bed super comfy, and i particularly loved the small, thoughtful touches in the room: complimentary chocolate, wine glasses, fridge, bottle opener (all of which duly used 😅). The bar was great, clean, attractive, and not overpriced. Will most definitely return!

The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean (albeit slightly dated) with a good heating/cooling systems installed. Breakfast was really nice help yourself buffet with a good range of full English and continental options. A good bar and restaurant with outdoor gardens to enjoy in warmer days/evenings.

There are no lifts, just stairs and the building is quite elongated so your room could be a good walk away. Next time I will look at a ground floor room due to accessibility as I have a minor mobility issue. Usually its not to much of a problem but I did struggle on this occasion and some people in a similar circumstance might struggle if they are not aware.

We had a pleasant family stay with our children aged 6 and 8. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious.

Please do not allocate Room no 229 to families with young children until the bathroom safety issue is fixed. There is a metal piece fixed to the floor near the shower area that caused my son to hurt his toe. The bathroom also has poor ventilation. This could be a serious hazard for children. We reported the incident to reception at checkout.

Beautiful period building. The room was good, clean and nice. The best part was the staff. Front desk and breakfast staff - all very friendly & helpful. Razwan was amazingly helpful for nut allergies.

Amazing hotel, clean, great facilities and the special touches for our sons 4th birthday were amazing. Rosie made amazing pancakes with ‘Happy Birthday’ in chocolate sauce & the team even left balloons and a birthday card in the room for him. So lovely 🥰

We booked a bottomless brunch on the terrace but the British weather took a turn so we had our brunch in the bar area. The staff were absolutely amazing and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were free flowing. Would highly recommend. We will visit again soon. Thank you Holiday Inn for a wonderful time and fantastic way to celebrate a birthday

I attended a Bottomless brunch for my mum’s birthday. We all had a fabulous time. The team were consistently attentive and very friendly. I will definitely be returning. Massive thank you to Richard, Razvan and Szilvia.

Had the best bottomless brunch here and experienced great customer service and excellent value for money. The service was very personable and we enjoyed a great afternoon. With special thanks to Razvan, Szilvia, Ryan, Januka, Siya, Ayush and the manager Richard. Normally only deal with managers when things go wrong but he was hands on, attentive and interested in ensuring we had a great time. Which we did and will definitely return. Thank you to the team for making my birthday celebrations so special. The birthday dessert and singing was the best finale to a wonderful afternoon. Would definitely recommend the HI for a great personal experience when dining for a special occasion or lunch date with friends. We’ll definitely be back!!!!!

Had a really great stay here. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the standout was definitely Karuna. She was so polite and genuinely helpful with everything we needed. Great customer service makes all the difference—thanks for making it such a smooth stay!

The room was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet, despite facing out onto a busy roundabout. I found the staff very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Whilst I didn't eat at the hotel in the evening, the buffet breakfast - often disappointing elsewhere - was of a high quality.

We visited for the Brunch, what a fantastic place for brunch our waitress SIYA was amazing and very attentive , the cocktails were all amazing, food choice of food better than most brunches. We did not have to wait for our drinks to be replenished. The outdoor setting was perfect and such a fab vibe. Would 100% recommend and again thank you SIYA and your colleague . Cocktails 10/10 great value for money . One of the best I have been to .

The location was good, easy to find, good car park The receptionest on arrival was friendly and welcoming. The bar staff in the terrace were absolutely gorgeous but it went down hill from there.

The evening / restaurant staff. The lady who saw us told me in a snotty tone that I should have booked a table I said I enquired over the phone and was advised I didn’t have too she rolled her eyes and begrudgingly seated us. The meals came out at different times leaving mine cold by the time my children’s arrived. And when I asked to have our puddings together multiple times I will add (my youngest was still eating when the lady asked for the 3rd time if I wanted to order my pudding!) they still had a delay but between all three of our puddings. In our room the bathroom was dusty even in the soap holders?

The food was quite expensive. I paid £35 for a starter (chicken tenders) and main (lasagne).

Great hotel, rooms clean with excellent air conditioning. All the staff were lovely. One morning for breakfast, Rosie, Macey and Poppy were serving all were excellent so friendly and polite. Different staff on other mornings but all were excellent and friendly. The outside decking area is perfect for the current weather again the staff serving the food and drinks were very efficient and personable. Plenty of parking, easy to register your car. We stayed three nights for a wedding and would recommend the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel has recently been refurbished so everything seemed clean and modern, so a nice contrast with the lovely old Edwardian building, with stained glass windows on the stair case.

The room was clean and tidy but I was right over the kitchen area with noisy fans and aircon units.

The bottom of the door frame in the bathroom of our room had damage probably caused by the continuous cleaning of the floor. This is a problem generally in most hotels but I feel should be reported and repainted!

The location is perfect for exhibition. The room is nice, but the air condition is not great. No lift. In the reception building you can hear the steps of the gusts that are staying one floor above you. The breakfast is nice.

The entire staff was fantastic, especially Fiona! Being far from home they made us feel welcome and took amazing care of our entire party.

Fiona, Szilvia and the crew are outstanding. I will be back. I will miss their smiling faces in the morning!

Second time staying here now. Booked in again as was very impressed with previous stay. I would like to mention how friendly all the staff are from check in to bar to table service waitress. Especially KARUNA served with a smile all evening :) Thankyou very much.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Farnborough while attending Ladies’ Day at Royal Ascot, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and very welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the ladies on reception were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in quick and easy. A special mention has to go to Assistant Manager Richard, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. He never seemed to stop working and was everywhere, always smiling, attentive, and happy to help. He was there when we arrived at around 4pm, was still around later that evening, and to our surprise was there again the next morning at breakfast. His dedication and work ethic really stood out and made a lasting impression. We’d also like to thank Rosie, who was working at breakfast. She kindly saved us a table without us even asking, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She truly went above and beyond, and her excellent customer service deserves recognition. The only slight downside for us was that the beds were a little firmer than we personally prefer, but that’s purely a matter of taste and certainly wouldn’t stop us from returning. We would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Holiday Inn Farnborough to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

The Terrace area was perfect for our Summer Drinks, and the Hampshire Suite was lovely and cool for those wanting a more relaxed space to sit and chat. Your staff were excellent from the very first point of contact. Hayley was fantastic throughout the planning process, and the bar staff on the day were brilliant and looked after everyone so well. It was a very successful work event, and we'd like to thank everyone involved for helping make it so special.

We hired the Holiday Inn Farnborough's newly refurbished terrace for a company summer event and we had a fantastic time. Communication with Emma in reservations was always helpful and we arranged to meet prior to the date to firm up the details which was nice to do and see the space. On the day we were looked after by Raz the F&B manager, and the BBQ from the kitchen team and Head Chef Marian was delicious! Such a great selection of fresh food and salads. There was something for everyone. They also provide good value pre-order drinks packages so you can have an assortment of drinks waiting for you. The arrival mocktail was loved by everyone as well! Plenty of parking on site and good transport links. We wouldn't hesitate to book the venue again for an event as the terrace and lawn is so lovely. Thank you to everyone involved!

Great atmosphere and kind services of Siya for all my stay time here

Stayed as a family on Trip to Legoland for 3 nights. It was easy 25 min drive to Legoland. Ate all meals at hotel. Staff and accommodation was excellent. Rosie is restaurant was superb and couldnt help any more.

This has been a fantastic space for remote working. For context, I've spent the best part of this last year using the hotel lounge as a remote working station x2 days a week and it has been incredible. The facilities are fantastic, plenty of plugs, wi-fi, food and drink (always ensure I have at least a coffee or two) the surroundings comfortable and attractive and work well for meeting clients, video calls etc. It works brilliantly! The thing that is truly outstanding though is the wonderful team - who have been so friendly and attentive. I want to particularly thank Rosie, Szilvia, Poppy and Macey - who have been so welcoming and helpful. It has been such a pleasure getting to know everyone and I actually feel like I will miss them all now as this working season comes to an end. Will have to find an excuse to visit again soon! Thank you!

Sadly the promised air conditioning didn’t deliver. The room we were in (401) was unbearably hot. The ancient air conditioning was pathetic. On complaining at reception a fan was provided all that did was circulate hot air and generate noise.

Beautiful hotel building, grand staircase and massive corridors. Lovely rooms as well of course.

Had a lunch and catch up with a friend . We ate outside on the revamped terrace in the sunshine and felt like we could have been on holiday in the med! Service was very friendly and helpful, shout out to Robert, Rosie and Szilvia for their welcoming spirit.

I always find the service from Venkat to be excellent, very attentive and consistent. I tend to be in on a Monday and a Tuesday after work as it’s round the corner and he remembers me and my order, very good service and and lovely bar/lounge area.

So the only really oddity was having the air con unit behind the curtain under the window. It means it’s effectively pointless at night because the cool air gets trapped behind the curtain. I’m guessing the same happens with heating as well

I liked the atmosphere, very calm, quite quiet - exactly what I needed for a peaceful getaway. Really liked the fact that I could connect my phone to the TV to watch youtube or netflix. Room was clean and spacious.

I was really struggling to find the AC in the room. Considering the circumstance of the heatwave, I was expecting the receptionist to advice me where the AC in the room was located. I couldn't find it for a while until I realised it was hidden behind the table and chairs of the room. I also didn't opt for the room service as I found it a bit too inconvenience for me to pick up the order from a different section of a restaurant. Didn't want to walk outside my room in a restaurant full of people with my comfy pyjamas.

When I booked I was sure I booked for breakfast included but when I reach the hotel it wasn't and I had to pay extra.

I felt at home as soon as I parked up at the Holiday Inn. Booking in at Reception and the Bar! Everyone looked happy and engaging and seemed to enjoy working at the Holiday Inn. The room was perfect. Clean, great lighting nice shower.
