Good breakfast right near to where we needed to go

Easy self check in with clear information sent pre arrival, nice spacious room, good shower, breakfast was really noice with a lot of options.

Great little place, I have been stung before in other Guest Houses. This place hit the spot, I had a great chat with the owner, really nice chap, and a nice lady who kept me up to speed via SMS, which I though was a lovely touch. The room I had was just right for 2 nights. I cannot comment on breakfast as I didnt have any. Other than that a great place, I will be staying again very shortly!

It is beautiful place where to stay stuff is just terrifical everybody friendly location to all necessary locations around the area. For summer holidays very nice place I recommend to visit. I have been staying this property a lot of times from last 10 years and always is one the same service super high I recommend this place with 120 🌟

Really nice place to stay was just a short distance from where I wanted to go. Owners really friendly and polite. Would recommend staying here when travelling in this area.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size. Diana was very helpful and friendly and cooked a great breakfast. Will definitely be back when working in this area.

Lovely spacious room, bright and airy and a perfect base for visiting friends in the local area for a 50th birthday celebration. It was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking in the street right outside. Breakfast was lovely and the staff very kind and welcoming.

Great value for money. £69 for 1 night and breakfast too. Very friendly staff. I would recommend and return.

I had a room at the top and unfortunately it was a very hot day, so i struggled sleeping because of the heat. A powerful fan was provided though. I arrived in the dark and the light switch was very hard to find, the closest switch did nothing, so i stumbled around trying to find another. Great value for money to have breakfast too, but the breakfast was average taste & quality.

Breakfast was fab! If some hash browns were added, it would have been even more delicious!

Would have liked a hotter shower, but that’s just my preference. It was still a great temperature!

Was very happy with the stay. It was in a quiet location and the lady at breakfast was very friendly. Liked the little touches like a microwave available in the communal area.

Nice choice of cooked breakfast options. Hosts were very helpful and provided plenty of information regarding check in, accomodating my late check in request and were quick to respond to any queries prior to visit. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower.

Room was still quite warm despite fan with the summer heat. Other resident playing loud TV until late at night. Some fruit and yoghurt with breakfast would have been nice.

I recently returned for my second stay here, and it did not disappoint. The entire team is so kind and always willing to help with a smile. On top of the great hospitality, the food is absolutely delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

First appearance on entering was the enormous entrance hall, which was very welcoming, The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast room was a fair size and very clean. A good choice of breakfast items to choose from, all freshly made to order. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free on street parking, we were lucky enough to get right outside.

The toilet and shower room was a bit small for us to get in and out of.

The room was a good size very clean room and en-suite breakfast options are good, although you do have to bring your alternative to milk. The cooked breakfast was of good size and tasted very nice.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The lady serving breakfast was nice

The entrance had an unpleasant smell and stains on the mat. The bedroom furniture was grubby and broken. The shower was dirty and low water pressure. Kept awake all night due to staff working at the residential home talking loudly in the garden this must be a regular occurrence as the manager went out to tell them to stop and he'd complain again to the council.

The room was fine - needed a little updating but overall clean and comfortable. Decent shower and the WiFi was decent.

Because the breakfast was only served between 7am and 8.30am, I wasn't able to attend. The TV was fairly old meaning you couldn't access newer apps to stream shows.

Breakfast was warmly greeted by staff member and served a delicious meal. I was made to feel very welcome. I would very much stay again.

Plenty of easy safe on street parking. Nice tidy house. Friendly owners. Good selection at breakfast. Clear instructions and pre check in updates from the owners.

TV had excellent choice of channels, but the TV could be a little larger (Room 2). If the rear garden was a bit tidier, then there would be no need for the frosted stick on film on the window. Some sort of blind for the small window, as it let's in too much light in the morning. A door chain for the bedroom door would be added assurance. The double bed was a wee bit small and we are small people.

Seamless self check in. On road free parking. We visited for the le cruset ftt sale and the guest house location for this was perfect. Breakfast was a lovely warm interaction and nice scrambled eggs on toast thank you.

The hot water for a shower took a bit of figuring out to get a nice temperature (maybe due to the age of the system?) wasn’t the end of the world for us, but might be more of a issue for other guests?

The breakfast was great! The breakfast was freshly cooked, was boiling hot and delicious. Everything was available, juice, cereal, coffee. Really good.

The radiator didn't work in the bathroom and the sink was very small, so when I went to wash my face I hit my head on the glass shelf above! Apart from that it was warm, comfortable and quiet.

By no means is this a complaint because overall the stay was great, the only issue I would note is, we were on the very top floor and I would suggest to offer maybe a portable radiator/heater of some sort as there was no heating in the bathroom and in the morning it was quite cold in there, I would definitely consider returning there if I need to stay up Farnborough again.

The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was far too soft for me. Bathroom mirror quite badly marked. Where flooring meets wall tiles in the bathroom, it needs siliconing.

The room was very tidy, well equipped and met all our requirements. The dining room was well set out, the choice of cereal, toast was very good with a good selection on the menu. The full breakfast was first class
