Clean and comfortable room, everything was well Excellent location

the pool was a bit disappointing. We were surprised by how small it was compared to what we expected.

Location!! Breakfast!! Nice big room.

Pay attention: some of the rooms have a lobby view :(

The staff are wonderful always so helpful and friendly. Thank you! The location is excellent by the beach and shops also. It’s my 4th visit.

The pool area is very small. There is only 6 loungers and there is room for 15 so you have to get there early over a weekend when it is busy .. they don’t keep to the rules written for the pool so it’s lounge and smoking but nothing has changed since last time I went.

אנחנו קיבלנו אישור מהמנהל שיש לנו מקום לארוחת חג ושנבוא ובקבלה נשלם באנו ואמרו שאין מקום ולא יודעים על דבר כזה התבאסנו מאוד כי ממש בדקנו ווידאנו עם המנהל שזה אפשרי והוא חזר אלינו עם תשובה שכן אם היה אומר שאין היינו הולכים למקום אחר אבל לא אמר אז נתקענו וזה ארוחת חג לא סתם ארוחת ערב

הבית מלון נקי שירות טוב מחיר טוב

שבכניסה לבית מלון היה החדר אוכל אין להם שירות ספא אבל למי שרוצה ללכת להנות בתל-אביב ולא ישלם מלא כסף על שתי לילות אופציה טובה

מיקום מצויין,נקי מאד,שירות מעולה.

מעלית לא עבדה, צוות לא היה שירותי בכלל,בריכה מאוד קטנה לא כמו בתמונות, היה מאכזב, לא שווה את המחיר, חניון לא בהסדר עם המלון ומחיר מופקע על חניה

La deuxième fois que je suis allée pour une nuit supplémentaire la fenêtre donné sur le restaurant aucune fenêtre extérieure

ביום שישי, 31.7, שעת פינוי החדר המקורית הייתה 11:00. מאחר שנכנסנו למלון בשעה מאוחרת מאוד, קיבלנו אישור מפורש להישאר בחדר עד השעה 12:00. בשעה 10:45 לערך, כאשר אני נמצאת בתוך החדר ומתלבשת, התרחש אירוע חמור ומקומם שאני מתקשה להבין כיצד יכול להתרחש במלון ברמתכם. ללא כל דפיקה בדלת, ללא צלצול, ללא הודעה מוקדמת וללא קבלת רשות – אדם מטעם המלון, ככל הנראה מאבטח או איש שירות, השתמש בכרטיס מאסטר, פתח את דלת החדר ופשוט נכנס פנימה. בתי, שהייתה במקום, ביקשה ממנו מיד שלא לפתוח את הדלת והבהירה לו כי אמה מתלבשת בחדר. במקום להתנצל, לסגור מיד את הדלת ולצאת, הוא הודיע לה שאנחנו “צריכות לצאת מהחדר”. בתי ניסתה לסגור את הדלת והסבירה לו שיש לנו אישור להישאר עד השעה 12:00, אך למרות זאת הוא המשיך לפתוח את הדלת ולדרוש מאיתנו לפנות את החדר. מבחינתי מדובר באירוע בלתי מתקבל על הדעת ובפגיעה חמורה בפרטיות ובתחושת הביטחון של אורחת בתוך חדרה הפרטי

תקלה טכנית ב5 בבוקר של שריפה במלון העירו אותנו משינה בבהלה מטורפת עם אזעקה בעוצמה חזקה שאומרים שיש שריפה ויש לעזוב את החדרים ולצאת מהמלון בהקדם קמנו בבהלה עם התקף חרדה מטורף

כל עניין החניה היה בעייתי כי זלגנו לאחרי מוצאי שבת לא אהבנו שאין מקום בבריכה ואין שירות בבריכה מבחינת הזמנות והבריכה הייתה ממש קטנה כל השאר היה בסדר

We stayed here as a family and had a really enjoyable stay. Evelyn, the manager, made a real difference to our stay. She was warm, thoughtful and incredibly accommodating, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble even though I probably gave her more than my fair share of requests! She handled everything with patience and good humour and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Motti was also excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive, and very much added to the positive experience. The location is fantastic, right by the beach and ideally placed for enjoying Tel Aviv. Breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great variety of fresh food and plenty of options to suit all tastes. We were very grateful for the way we were looked after and would happily recommend staying here

The location

The staff was terrible. Our door was broken the whole time and they kept saying they’d fix it. Never did. We literally couldn’t close our door. When i asked for the manager she was always “busy”. We were there for 8 days.

La piscine c’est tout simplement une baignoire avec de l’eau à - 50 degrés les moquettes sont horriblement usées et chose incroyable l’hôtel 5 étoiles filantes n’a pas de parking pour une nuit il faut payer minimum 150 shekels de parking Franchement un hôtel à éviter

הבריכה קטנה ולא מתוחזקת כנדרש. אבנים מתפרקות, זכוכית שפונה לים מזוהמת. החדר הפנימי קצת קטן. ביום ספציפי הבריכה הייתה סגורה ונפתחה רק בשעה 12. המיטה קטנה.

If you want to sleep, don’t look under the sheets. If you want to walk barefoot, don’t move the rug and discover the hidden world underneath. The AC didn’t work — in August! The hotel offered no real solution, not even a fan. The pool was crowded with drunk guests and felt completely unwelcoming for a family, especially with a baby. For us, it was also a safety concern. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and response from the hotel were far below what we expected. If you’re traveling as a family, I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

מלון נקי, נעים מריח טוב ומעניין ממש. המיקום פצצה סמוך לחוף ולרחוב אלנבי. הצוות שמח לעזור ואדיב מאוד וארוחת הבוקר מדוייקת וטעימה ונותנת תחושה של מלון בוטיק.

הבריכה קטנה מידי וזה שאין אפשרות לארוחות ערב אבל חוץ מזה הכל מעולה ואנחנו בטוח נחזור

Great location. Overall friendly staff. Business lounge was great and the staff there very helpful and friendly.

Value for money very low. Maintenance is lacking (e.g - broken faucet in the shower, bad smell in the room). Gym - no running water from the cooler , no yoga mattresses. Breakfast was mediocre.l at best. All these made our stay not worth the 1200 NIS we spent.

Liked location

The toilet on the 1st floor is closed (only 1 cabin is open), why? You expect people to pee into the sea? It's a family place, so for kids holding it is diffucult. The rooms, bathrooms are equipped with those tiles that are super slippery when wet, and you get wet in shower, easily fall down. No room service, food is poor during the day.

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר אבל נחמדה מראש לא היו ציפיות מיוחדות והיה סביר + מיקום טוב מאוד למי שאוהב ים

המעלית הראשית השקופה לא עבדה ביום הראשון וזה היה ממש לא נעים להיכנס מהחניה לתוך חדר שירות ואז למלון ובכלל הפריע לשהות. הבריכה קטנה והמים לא צלולים. החניה עולה 120 ש״ח ליום קלנדרי (לא ל 24 שעות) שילמנו 240 ש״ח על פחות מ 24 שעות.

הטלויזיה לא עבדה המיני בר לא עובד המזגן מפסיק כל 32 דקות לא עצמנו עין מהחום חלון 1 לפתוח לא היה חוויה מאכזבת לא שווה את המחיר בכלל

Everything! I loved the room and the balcony overlooking the beach. Will request the same room next time! Everything was great - also cleaning staff, check- in, barista at breakfast... the gym was great too, and the pool.

Sometimes i couldn't sit on my balcony because the neighbour was smoking and the smell wafted my way and even into my room - which was a no-smoking room. Also the glass on the balcony could use a clean. But these were small things compared to all the positive stuff. Was a bit weird that the lifeguard sat inside instead of being out by the pool, but he was definitely watching as he came out to talk to people several times.
