Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Spotless hotel, central enough for everything in Annecy, really handy for the train station. Breakfast had everything you could need, smart TV in room so able to cast phone onto TV. Aircon and bed made for a good nights sleep. Good bathroom. The bedroom itself was small but functional. Was able to leave our luggage at the hotel both on arrival and departure day.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is a machine on the 1st landing and its only available certain hours. If your morning or bedtime routine involves a hot drink, you can't get one other than to go down for breakfast early. This was the most frustrating part of the whole stay. Only other negative was they did not replace the shower gel each day, or any day...We were there 3 nights and got 2 little shower gels between us..We could probably have asked at reception for more but who wants to get dressed 1st thing in the morning to go down to ask for shower gel. ended up just using the hand soap.
