Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Nettes Personal, gute zentrale Lage. Super der Deal mit dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Frühstück war für den Preis gut. Toll mit der Klimaanlage und den doppelten Fenstern.
Der Aufzug macht sehr merkwürdige Geräusche, natürlich auch nachts. Das Zimmer war schon sehr klein.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The hotel was completely as expected. Super close to the train station, you can see it from the front door. 5-10 minute walk to old town. The hotel has a flight of stairs from ground floor to reception so just be aware of that. Then a snug lift to the other floors from there. And by snug I mean just probably 1 person. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom looked brand new. Breakfast was lovely and affordable. The staff were sweet. It is what it says it is and was a perfect and convenient base for us on this trip. Annecy itself is amazing and will be back as soon as we can.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Posizione ottima…al centro di tutto. Di fianco all hotel un panificio con prodotti locali con il loro laboratorio,davvero ottimo. Ho parcheggiato la macchina in un parcheggio a pagamento a soli 5 minuti. Consiglio di parcheggiare al palazzo della giustizia. Dalle 19 alle 14 del giorno dopo solo 9,50€. Ottimo. Inoltre consiglio una pizza ottima dal pizzaiolo napoletano al centro di Annecy, pizzeria LA VOGLIA, davvero buona.
La stanza è in pendenza. I letti matrimoniali sono con la testa rivolta verso il basso. Questo non è assolutamente corretto da fare dopo che si paga trovarsi un letto dove non poter dormire comodi. Il bagno ha una porta che non chiude. Alle 6 del mattino stavano facendo lavori sul tetto sotto la nostra camera, con rumori di sega circolare che tagliava il legno e martelli.. Scomodo per chi ha tante valigie. Dal piano terra al primo dove è situata la reception non c’è ascensore.

Ce qu’on a moins aimé c’est une légère odeur dans la chambre ( ça ne sentait pas le frais, ça ne sentait pas le propre) alors que c’était propre. Et dans les couloirs, odeur trop forte de parfum de synthèse, nous n’avons pas du tout aimé. Nous préférons sentir le linge propre et des lieux bien aérés. Peut être que l’air était chaud et humide ? Et aussi, nous aurions aimé avoir une bouilloire avec des sachets d’infusion dans la chambre pour se faire une petite boisson chaude le soir en rentrant.
Odeur parfum de synthèse dans les couloir et légère odeur dans la chambre. Absence de bouilloire pour infusion etc…

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti sia il lago sia la parte più turistica e storica della vecchia Annecy ,vicina anche alla stazione e servita dai bus. Parcheggio a pagamento a 2 minuti a piedi con prezzi scontati se ospiti dell'hotel. Stanze modeste ma pulite ,non troppo spaziose però per 2 persone sono accettabili . Noi ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente potremmo tornarci Manca l'ascensore ma per noi non è stato un problema.

Ook fijne incheck en direct uitleg ivm bezienswaardigheden in de buurt en ook prive parking net voor de deur om valiezen in en uit te laden.Een aanrader!

Ik had over het hoofd gezien dat het hotel een 2 sterren waardering heeft en eenvoudig is. Het zou een enorme upgrade zijn als de vieze vloerbedekking vervangen kon worden.

La literie est très confortable les chambres sont bien insonorisées. La climatisation en chambre est un vrai plus surtout en ces temps de canicule. Le personnel est très sympathique est accueillant ! La petite citronnade disponible à l’accueil est très appréciable !
L’ascenseur est difficile pour les personnes claustrophobes comme moi, et je suis restée un peu sur ma faim au niveau du petit déjeuner

Die Pflege des Hotels ist ausbaufähig. Duschvorhänge sollten mal gereinigt werden und der Teppich im Flur ist auch etwas mitgenommen. Am Empfang bitte bei 30 Grad einen Menschen vollgepackt mit Motorrad Kluft und Taschen nicht mit 2 Euro Kurtaxe nerven sondern erstmal ankommen lassen.

There is no lift from the street up to reception which was challenging with heavy bags. There is then a tiny cylinder lift to take bags up to the bedrooms. Also be aware that parking is not on site....there is a space out front to drop bags and then you have to drive a few minutes to a public car park. The hotel give you a ticket to cover overnight stay in the car park and you pay the rest

Nous avons également apprécié le petit balcon et la clim avec la forte chaleur. L'hôtel est très bien situé avec de nombreux restaurants autour et la découverte d'Annecy peut totalement se faire à pieds. Nous avons garé notre voiture au parking de la poste où les tarifs étaient abordables. Nous recommandons et reviendrons certainement.

Prix un peu élevé mais lié au festival du film, comme tous les hôtels a cette période. Les tarifs habituels semblent plus raisonnables

The hotel is very near the train station, and you can walk to the Old Town or to the edge of the lake in just a few minutes! Comment: the carpeting in the room needs to be removed as it smells bad [of old age].

Albergo situato dal primo piano in su, di un edificio molto vicino alla stazione. Non c'è un ascensore, ma sono un piccolissimo e rumorosissimo montacarichi. Non ci si sta in 2 con le valigie. Stanza piccolissima, a mala pena ci si riesce a stare in 2 con le valigie. Moquette datata sul pavimento. Sulle lenzuola abbiamo trovato diversi peli, ce le siamo fatte cambiare. Sono presenti solo 2 asciugamani grandi, quelle da viso le devi richiedere. Anche su quelle erano presenti dei peli. Il bagno è cieco, SENZA valvola di areazione.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Excellent location, friendly and helpfull staff, comfortable bed and a clean room, very good breakfast. Overall great value for money. They might have bigger rooms that are more suitable for longer (2+ nights) stays. We only stayed for 1 night and it was perfect.

un peu ennuyeux que le parking souterrain ne soit pas à côté de l'hôtel et pas vraiment gratuit ; toutefois, il n'était pas trop loin quand même mais avons apprécié qu'il y ait une réduction en convenance avec le propriétaire du parking : nuitées gratuites grâce à un ticket donné par l'hôtel et heures de stationnement réduites
