Lage 10/10 :)

Close to train and bus stations and bus route to LAPP as well as close to old town. Plus staff very friendly and helpful

good location, comfortable room

excellent location, receptionist at check in super friendly

Annecy muyy bo bonito

Its proximity to everything

None

Great Location and lovely view from balcony. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Very clean and modern. The location was a 5 minute walk from the lake and felt very safe.

Nothing.

Close to station, comfortable bed, clean.

The small bathroom but it was clean and modern.

The staff were so helpful and the location was great close to the train station but still close to the town and the lake too.

The hotel was ideal for our visit to Annecy.

Nothing.Staff very friendly and helpful.

The stuff they are all friendly and kind

The smell of the room

Location was great. The staff was friendly.

The room was not clean, there was hair everywhere, and the floors were dirty.

I would prefer the rooms to have coffee and coffee making facilities, and for glass cups to be used instead of paper cups. Even with these two simple details, the hotel deserves three stars.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff

perfect location to explore the city, park your car, rent bikes Perfect

would be nice to have a small fridge in the room for water or other cold drinks

Kaunis rakennus ja huoneet. Mukavaa, että oli parvekemahdollisuus!

-

The people there are very nice and always smiling

Not bad and its easy access to ll

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful!

The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit inconsistent, other than that no complaints.

Location to old town

Nothing

Great location, near Old Town & bus/train station Good sound proofing & black out curtains There's individual AC units in room Staff super friendly

Room (especially shower) was small/very cramped

Very clean, great location, very friendly and helpful staff! The best!

Location, air conditioning, breakfast

Nothing

The staff was extremely friendly. Don't remember seeing so wonderful staff before

Size of the toilet

Each and every staff were lovely and helpful. A very comfortable room, quiet. Great location.

Nothing

Personnel sympathique.

Loved the stuff - very friendly, very eager to help, also the location and the design of the hotel

Please consider changing the matresses and pillows, that was the only thing that bugged me about pur stay

Chambre propre.

Very cute & friendly place - would definitely recommend!

It was a great location - very close to the river and the main train/bus station so that was great. The staff were friendly as well. The air conditioning was good also.

When I walked into the room it smelt quite musty and the bathroom smelt like mould. There was also no fridge in the room which I think should be included.

The location was great, easy walking distance to lake and old town. The room was big enough and the air conditioning worked well.

My room was next to the breakfast room so it was very noisy in the early morning . There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Good location.

Pillows were awful

L emplacement Le personnel

Die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum See

Great location, rooms updated

La chambre et l'accueil

The staff was very helpful and cheerful! The hotel is super cute and perfect for what we needed!

Nice room. Very close to the old town and the bars and restaurants.

Annecy seems to be undergoing extensive roadworks and there are complicated road closures and one way systems to negotiate. Google Maps couldn't seem to figure a way to get us to the street where the hotel actually was and instead directed us to a busy corner of a road near the station which was at least 500m from the hotel. There was actually no way we could pull up and stop there as it was a busy road so we had to drive on and blindly hope to find somewhere to stop that was not too far away. The hotel was absolutely fine once we managed to walk there with our luggage but if you are booking here do some proper route research and don't rely on google maps.

Location and the staff

Room 8 had toilet and bathroom at opposite sides of the bedroom and the toilet was extremely small. There was no view no hairdryer and no drink making facilities.

The location of the hotel which was in the center, close to the train station and the city's attractions. Very polite and helpful people at the reception.

Localização, relação qualidade/preço e a atenção dos funcionários do hotel

Nada a referir.

La ubicación, la limpieza y el personal

Me gustó todo

Really positive staff! Gave me recommendations on places to visit, and where to eat various foods.

So near the bus station and the lake and town centre. Fantastic location and I would stay there again

Road noise at night so I will ask for a room away from that next time, would have liked tea, coffee and a kettle in the room

Location, good breakfast.

Room we were in didnt have big windows just small ones at top so felt bit claustrophobic

Posizione fantastica, camera carina, pulita e accogliente, personale straordinario, gentile e disponibile.

Clean, convenient and friendly

Nothing

Le personnel est super gentil! Serviable !

The staff are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly.

Constantly logging back on to internet and I suspect their total bandwidth gets pressured when everyone wakes up as it was always slow in the morning

Location.

every time you go somewhere you need to give key in front desk.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. The room had a cute balcony with a nice view.

The shower is small but functional.

Decent price. The location is good as it's a few minutes away from the main bus/train station. Staffs are really friendly and kind. Room is tidy. Everything essentials are provided. Since the weather was crazy hot, A/C helped a lot.

Wifi is often too slow to do some research or watch netflix on my phone. It's on top floor with small windows, so I didn't have any view. It was fine considering the price. One soap for both of shampoo and body. I would have brought my own shampoo and body soap if I knew it.

Very comfortable place and very delicious breakfast. A great thank you to the staff, especially Christophe, for their hospitality. At one point we lost our luggage and the staff was very helpful and nice to us. A wonderful stay and I strongly recommend it.
