Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel is on one side of an attractive square, right next to the main pedestrian area of the old town. The receptionist informed us that we could park outside to load the car for 20 minutes which was very helpful when leaving. She took a good deal of time explaining how to negotiate the local streets and leave the car at the hotel parking.
I found the mattress topper rather too soft and the duvet much too heavy for the time of year. The socket at the side of the bed was hard to get to underneath the lamp. The décor and facilities are somewhat dated. Not easy driving to the hotel due to one-way streets and traffic regulations.

That evening, there was an unpleasant, hard-to-define smell in the hotel, although it had disappeared by morning. In addition, parking for private vehicles is inconvenient: one has to use a public paid parking lot two blocks away from the hotel.

Het hotel is wat verouderd. Dat viel vooral op aan de badkamer van onze kamer. Bovendien lag onze familiekamer op de dakverdieping en was het daar snikheet.

Der stod parkering. Men det var mindst 15 minutter vær fra hotel i en baggård. Her bør Booking ikke skrive Parkering, da man også skulle lægge 100€ i depositum for nøgle og stedet 16€ for dette. Ikke et sted man kommer igen.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Freundliche, mehrsprachige Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sauber, Hotel riecht angenehm frisch trotz alter Teppiche, Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend und lecker. Lage perfekt im Zentrum und nachts doch ruhig.
Parkplatz etwas weiter weg und etwas umständlich, aber gut organisiert. Zimmer und Bad sind schon älter und etwas unansehnlich, ist aber auch kein Luxushotel. Wer nur nach der Optik geht, muss nicht für knapp 100€ ein Zimmer wollen, für uns war es super, kommen nochmals.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Sehr zentral gelegen mit freundlichem Personal. Schöne Aussicht über einen Platz auf die Berge. Die Matrazen waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch recht gut mit viel frischen Komponenten.
Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer war sehr klein und verwinkelt. Die Lüftung / Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Abbiamo prenotato per tre persone, all'arrivo ci hanno dato una doppia e solo dopo hanno montato un brandina semiarrugginita... Per usare il parcheggio dell'Hotel chiedevano di bloccare 100€ sulla carta, che avrebbero restituito alla partenza...

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Personnel disponible, accueillant et souriant. Petit-déjeuner varié, avec une amplitude horaire très appréciable. L’hôtel bénéficie d’une situation idéale en plein centre-ville, très pratique pour découvrir la ville à pied.
La climatisation mériterait d’être plus performante. En période de forte chaleur, et notamment lors d’une canicule, elle peine vraiment à rafraîchir suffisamment la chambre. C’est un point à prendre en compte pour les personnes qui supportent difficilement la chaleur.

A fost o neintelegere cu locul de parcare,nu am avut asigurat loc de parcare, fiind nevoit sa caut parcare in oras, insa parcarea in oras este foarte scumpa, cam 35 € /zi. Am lasat masina intr-un loc de parcare stradal si am cautat sa parchez dupa ora 19.00, parcarea in intervalul orar 19.00 - 09.00 fiind gratuita.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Gute Lage, alles bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer war sauber und schön. Klimaanlage ist ausgefallen, haben soofrt einen Ventilator gebracht bekommen. Kann passieren. Frühstüch war richtig gut!!
Immenstadt macht Parken immer etwas komplex. Hier kam 18,-€ dazu,und wir mussten noch 6 min. laufen.

Nous étions à la chambre 505 avec nos enfants, chambre sous les combles. Il y faisait donc chaud et la climatisation était vétuste, très bruyante et non performante. Ceci ajouté au ventilateur mis à disposition en surplus, nous avions l'impression d'être dans un hall industriel niveau bruit...

Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht gut gelöst. Es gibt bessere Parkplätze, die näher dran sind. Es wäre sinnvoll, dass darauf hingewiesen wird, dass erst im Hotel die Schlüssel für den Parkplatz abzuholen sind.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026그르노블이라는 도시는 남부로 내려가기 위해 선택해서 도시가 어떤지는 잘 모르지만 도시중심가여서 그런부분은 좋았습니다. 조식은 맛있다고 말하긴 좀 애매하고 그냥저냥 먹을만합니다.
일단 가족용 호실은 5층이며, 엘리베이터는 4층까지만 운행하여 무거운 캐리어를 다 들고 옮겨야 했습니다. 주차를 요청했는데 걸어서 5-10분거리에 있으며 여름이라 너무 더웠습니다. 또 주차자리가 매우매우매우매우 협소해서 어이가 없었습니다. 숙소는 옥탑방 같은곳이었으며, 침대말고는 여유공간이 거의없는 수준이었습니다. 날씨가 더운데 에어컨은 엄청나게 사끄럽고 덜덜덜 거려서 화가날 지경이었고 중요한건 사람이 5명인데 방온도가 안내려가서 웃통을 벗고 애들이 자는 모습을 보니 울화통이 터졌습니다. 마치 중세시대에 감옥 체험하는건가 싶은 느낌이 들었으며 부킹닷컴의 이미지만 보고 고르면 큰 코 다친다는 말을 하주고 싶네요. 여지껏 살아오면서 이용한 모든 숙소중에서 룸 퀄리티는 최악이었습니다. 냉장고에 얼음통에 다 녹아있는 물이며, 정체를 알수없는 색상의 얼룩까지. 밤새도록 아이들을 위해 손 선퓽기를 작동시켜야 했으며 방에 타워형(바람이 매우약한) 선풍기도 있었습니다. 아뭏든 아내와 아이들에게 너무나도 큰 원성을 들어 기분이 좋지않습니다. 내 인생이 무료하여 개고생 체험을 하고싶다는 사람은 이 숙소를 추천합니다.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es gibt Parkplätze des Hotels, allerdings ein paar Straßen weiter. Zum Ein- und auspacken darf man sich vor das Hotel stellen. Der Blick im 5. Stock mega. Das Personal extremst hilfsbereit und außergewöhnlich nett und sympathisch.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur mittelmäßig. Bei 38 Grad draußen und unter dem Dach war es sehr heiß im Zimmer.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026It has quirky furniture and uneven, creaky floors, but it’s a charming hotel full of character with exceptionally friendly staff. As we’re both quite tall (180 cm and 190 cm), we found the beds a little short, but we still slept well. The shower has excellent water pressure, and the water temperature remains consistently warm. Despite the heatwave, the air conditioning worked well throughout the hotel, including in the lobby and dining room. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Un hotel con mucho encanto,en pleno centro de Grenoble.La cama super cómoda y la insonorización muy buena,pude descansar sin ruidos a pesar de estar en una zona muy concurrida.La atención del personal muy buena en general,pero yo personalmente tuve mucha ayuda cuando llegué al hotel por la noche,agotada después de conducir muchos cientos de kilómetros,encontrarme en recepción a Florencia,que hablaba español y me resolvió todas las dudas con el parking y la estancia.Un alivio,la verdad.Gracias.
