Le Grand Hôtel Grenoble, BW Premier Collection by Best Western

Un hôtel très bien situé et très confortable, le personnel est charmant. Chambre et salle de bain sont parfaites. Nous avons apprécié le petit balcon, les WC séparés, la belle cabine de douche. La proximité du tram est très pratique.

Chambre fonctionnelle, literie correcte, couette beaucoup trop épaisse pour la saison, petit déjeuner varié et abondant

Les chambres donne nt sur la rue piétonne commerçante, riante le jour, franchement glauque la nuit et très bruyante (sans abri et personnes ivres criant une bonne partie d ela nuit)

This was our 4th stay at this hotel and we always choose a room on the 4th floor with a balcony. I really look forward to coming to Grenoble and being able to stay in the walking zone. The front desk staff is always amazing and super helpful and the housekeeping is top notch. I love that they have a water cooler to fill bottles at the front desk. I also love the bathroom with a giant bathtub with doors that open onto the balcony. Beds are very comfortable too!

The elevator was broken this stay which caused me great discomfort as a I have a foot injury which makes stairs difficult. The service elevator was available but it couldn’t really hold a couple and my service animal. And it was always in use by other guests. If we had known this we probably would have not stayed or at least not stayed on the 4th floor. Just a heads up to other travelers that the no drive zone the hotel is located on is pretty confusing to get into! Especially if you are not given the correct code.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral im Stadtzentrum. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war exzellent. Das Angebot der kostenfreien Wasserversorgung war sehr gut.

In dem ersten von uns angemieteten Zimmer gab es Reparaturbedarf, was aber vom personal professionell geregelt wurde.

L'hotel ha una posizione splendida, in pieno centro e a pochi passi da un parcheggio dove poter lasciare l'auto. Colazione molto ricca e camera non grandissima ma confortevole e pulita.

Grenoble no tiene una buena oferta hotelera, he estado dos veces y ha sido en este hotel. de su franja es de lo mejor Está bien ubicado y el personal es amable

J'adore cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, il est propre, il est confortable, le personnel de chaque service (de la réception au ménage ainsi qu'au petit-déjeuner) est agréable, souriant et pour le coup vraiment serviable. On a eu une chambre classique avec balcon au 4ème...j'ai adoré. Merci encore à toutes les équipes de nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour.

The hotel is central. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable.

In zona pedonale, ma con un parcheggio convenzionato vicino, personale gentilissimo e camera con terrazzino come promesso. Distributore d'acqua con bottiglie in vetro da portare in camera nella hall e macchina da caffé con cialde compostabili. Il wi-fi non è a pagamento è compreso nella camera, solo come in molti hotel non c'è l'accesso al wifi, ma ti rinvia ad una pagina web sulla quale autenticarti prima di navigare su internet. Ci è piaciuto così tanto che ci siamo tornati.

In questo primo soggiorno i comodini erano molto piccoli, ma è l'unico neo.

Struttura nel cuore di Greenoble, in zona pedonale, ma a due passi da un parcheggio pubblico convenzionato, personale gentilissimo, macchina da caffe con cialde compostabili in camera, era il mio secondo soggiorno nel giro di pochi giorni, ci è stata assegnata una camera più ampia e sempre di quelle con un terrazzino come scelto tra le possibilità. Tutto molto pulito. Sorprendente il rapporto qualità prezzo in un quattro stelle.

la ville à un niveau d'insecurité que j'ai ressenti, il y a des clochards en bas de l'hotel qui font un bruit tel que je n'ai pas pu dormir. aucune intervention du personnel de l'hotel je le deconseil donc sur ce plan.

Struttura in pieno centro. Camere con macchina per il caffè e dotate di tutti i comfort come accappatoi, ciabatte ma anche crema per il corpo. Comodissima la possibilità di riempirsi delle bottiglie d’acqua,sia naturale che gassata, da portare in camera alla reception. Personale gentile. Pulizia impeccabile.

Parcheggio convenzionato con posti auto veramente piccoli ma non è gestito dalla struttura.

Location isn’t the greatest. It sits on a central square that is popular with transients and it gets loud and messy at night.

Nicht großes, aber schönes und ruhiges Zimmer, für eine kurze Reise sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr komfortabel, bis auf den Seife-Dispenser am Waschbecken, der fast leer wahr.

Ich konnte nur am Sonntag im Hotel frühstücken, weil ich am Samstag und Montag Termine hatte und das Frühstück zu spät begann. Vielleicht könnte man ein kleineres Angebot für die Gäste, die früh rausmüssen, bereit halten, zu einem etwas günstigeren Preis.

Schönes, modernes Bad mit Aussenfenster, gute Betten, Klima, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Sehr zentral in Grenoble Altstadt.

Keine eigenen Parkplätze oder Tiefgarage. nur eine öffentliche Tiefgarage, circa 100 m entfernt. Abrechnung übernimmt jedoch das Hotel. Trotz vorheriger Information durch das Hotel hatten zwei Navigationssysteme Probleme: das Hotel befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone. Das ist kein Manko, könnte nur konkreter kommuniziert werden.

Localisation idéale, en plein centre ville (zone piétonne) mais on peut se garer facilement , parking public à 100m. Tarif préférentiel avec l'hôtel. Un personnel de grande qualité, compétent et très accueillant.

La grande gentillesse et la disponibilité des personnels à la réception. La chambre spacieuse. Le grand lit très confortable. La belle salle de bains, avec douche à l'italienne. Hôtel de grand standing.

Seul bémol : les nombreux SDF qui campent devant l'hôtel et écoutent de la musique avec de puissantes enceintes . On entend les bruits même avec le triple vitrage... Contactée, la police municipale de Grenoble n'a pas voulu se déplacer. Pour ne pas subir ces nuisances, j'ai dû changer de chambre. Elle était plus petite, mais j'ai pu dormir !

The staff there were so amazingly kind and helpful. The moved us to a bigger room to give us more space with our 1 year old and her travel bed.

ユニットバスでシャワーの仕切りが小さいからトイレの床が濡れる。バスルームに換気扇がないからかやや汚れが気になった。そのほかは清潔に保たれていた！
