Comfortable beds, easy parking, clean

Lighting in room was dim, we really only used the room to sleep in so didn't bother us too much

I like that it was quiet and clean. Staff were also nice!

Elevator is a bit slow and the drive to the Lake Louise shuttles were an hour away which was farther than expected

This hotel was less expensive than most others but had everything we needed plus an inexpensive breakfast on site & a pool with water slide for the kids. Loved the hot tub! Location was very central.

Staff is friendly and room is clean.

The bath and the wash basin stand too high - not user friendly.

Hotel staff are nice and friendly, and allow an earlier check in.

Staff were professional and friendly, and the property was clean.

The shower door wasn’t working properly and caused water leakage. The toilet flush also had issues.

Not too happy about the amount we had to pay for a mostly unhealthy breakfast

Since this was our first of a 9-night trip, I was thrilled the staff was able to “loan” a can of bear spray for the duration of our vacation against my security deposit that I returned on our way back to Calgary. The property is walkable to the developed Canmore area assuming one discovers the path at the end of the parking lot behind the property over the railroad tracks! The tracks are directly beside the parking lot and trains ran all night..but did NOT disturb us at all! Great soundproofing!

The Check-in was a little confusing since I hated to block the one-lane drive….perhaps better signage would be useful. Also, the lobby seemed a bit dated, but the rooms proved to be perfectly fine and comfortable. The restaurant at the end of the parking lot appeared to be out of business making the overall outside area in need of some refreshing/landscaping to elevate the first impression

Location is great, it's an easy walk to the town centre. Desk staff and housekeeping staff are friendly and good at their jobs.

Wifi was terrible. Room is dated. Bathroom needs a renovation. Paid 5 star money for a 3 star place.

Zimmer relativ klein und sehr dunkel. Alt und renovationsbedürftig. Machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Personal "vergisst" gebrauchte Tücher mitzunehmen und Abfalleimer zu leeren. Sehr oberflächlich "gereinigt". "Bad" sehr klein. Wenn eine Person drin ist, sind 2 zuviel dort. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für eigene Sachen. Dusche unbrauchbar. Mit meinen 167cm Körpergrösse kam ich gar nicht an den Duschkopf heran. Dieser zeigte in eine Ecke und war daher nicht verstellbar. Duschen somit unmöglich. Preis / Leitung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Das Personal lässt gerne mal die Gäste arbeiten und steht mit den Händen in der Hosentasche da und beobachtet wie die Gäste schuften. Geht gar nicht. NO GO.

Front desk staff helped with sightseeing information. They also helped with bandage supplies when I had a toe injury. Good customer service. They also helped us change rooms.

The first room we had which was very loud due to trains.

I liked the area the hotel was located in. Walking distance for most things.

I didn’t like that breakfast was not included with the room. For the price we paid for the room I was very surprised breakfast was not included. On our vacation we stayed at many lower priced hotels where breakfast was included.

캘거리 공항에서 가깝고 캔모어다운타운을 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 근처에 세이프웨이 대형마트가 있어서 편리합니다. 술 파는 곳도 같은 건물에 있습니다. 창문앞에 기차가 지나다는걸 바로 앞에서 볼 수 있습니다. 그렇다고 시끄럽고 불편한것은 아닙니다.

It was centrally located to the town of Kenmore and walkable everywhere. Plus, they had free parking.

It needs a major facelift and update! The bathroom/showers are so small and the floors are linoleum, give off a “dirty feet feeling“. I would’ve paid a little bit more to feel more comfortable in one of the nicer hotels if given the option again.

Convenient location. Nice room on street side. Apples available to guests. Friendly staff.

A few plumbing issues but dealt with efficiently and quickly. Rooms showing their age but adequate.

The location is good the room was clean . The hotel staff were nice.

The hotel is on the railway track, trains are running all day and night. It was very difficult to sleep at night and during the day it was unpleasant!

Room was very nice. Clean and looked recently renovated. Location was perfect.

The noise after 11 pm in hallway. Which is not the fault of the hotel. But turning in early because of a busy planned next day was not expected or welcomed.

Cette Hôtel mériterait une cure de rénovation. Peu de prise de courant. Bien situé dans la ville mais avec la voie ferrée juste derrière faudrait voir comment mieux insonoriser. Confort ok et propre.

Insonorisation . Rafraichir pour rendre l'endroit plus moderne surtout pour mieux justifier le prix.

The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient. The 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby is nice. The room is equipped with a microwave.

The room is a bit dim, and the lighting layout could be better. One of the wall switches didn't seem to control anything. The shower stall is small, with barely enough room to move around without rinsing off the soap unless you turn the water off. We stayed two nights. On the second day, the coffee machine was being cleaned, and only hot chocolate was supplied.

Location was good. 15 minute walk to town. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was extra, at this price should have been included.

Curtains did not close completely so room was not dark at night. Bathroom had shower only and it was really small. Tv was small too, should have been bigger. Pool was closed for repair. Overall poor stay for expensive price.

Loved this hotel. The view from the room was breathtaking! Didn’t mind the trains at all. Room was very large, beds comfortable. Easy walk to downtown and trails in Canmore. Loved the coffee station in the morning!

Sad that the pool was not open while we were there, but was not a deal breaker for us.

The location is close to everything - town center, bus stops, stores, trails. Room is clean, hitting floor in the bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.

The railway is very noisy. If your sleeping is very sensitive it is a challenge for you.

The gym is not good, the weight machine had missing cables and no dumbbells.

The room was a good size with a sofa to sit on, the bed was very comfortable with a good pillow selection. The room had a bar size fridge and microwave. There was also a little table with chairs.

I would not stay on this side of the hotel, it was very noisy when the train came by, which pretty much was all night. You’d just get into a good sleep and then get woke up by the train. The room had a blind on the window but it needs room darkening curtains, there was too much light coming in from the outside.

The room was recently renovated. Very clean and modern. Unfortunately pool area was closed during my stay, also for renovations but this was not a big hardship. The room was cozy and roomy--king bed, couch and work area. Super !! Having a fridge in-room was handy. Close to grocery store and downtown Canmore.

Location of the hotel was amazing, good and polite staff, breakfast was really good.

The size of the shower was very small, to the point that the water fell outside the shower and couldn't even move inside the shower, it felt like and RV shower.

No vacuum window to reduce noise (loud train every hour). Hot tube not working saying it has been down for over a month, which I booked the room for which I needed for after racing. Slow and inexperienced staff.

I like the affordable breakfast in the hotel. Great bonus

Reception was very friendly, check in was smooth. The room itself was a little dated (the TV had cable though) but it was clean and cozy which was all that mattered for my partner and I.

I can't think of anything to nitpick outright. Breakfast was not free but I dont think the price was unreasonable.

I'm a very deep sleeper and the train (passing right outside the window) woke me up several times / night. There is zero isolation in the rooms and I could hear every word spoken by people next door and in the corridor. I never have issues with this in hotels but couldn't get much sleep both nights I spent there.

STAY AWAY!!! Check-in was awful. Rooms filfthy. Kids were throwing up in the pool and when the front desk was notified - they just brushed it off. A week later they made news for hospitilazing 11 children on January 25, 2026. Whoever owns this hotel should be arrested for gross negligence and the Town of Canmore should condem the building!

Stayed one night for a conference elsewhere. Easy access, good parking, comfortable beds, nice shampoo and conditioner, fast elevators.

The main ventilation in the hallway was located near the room door and was very noisy , I had to put the air plugs at night to slip. Some of the neighbors were smoking outside near the emergency door, and hold the door open. All the smoke entered to the hallway. The furniture is so old that my kids couldn't open the drawers. Day before the check out we wanted to go to the swimming pool, but it was broken.

Everything was perfect! My family and I have nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay here again.

It's expensive. Breakfast wasn't included. We had to pay for breakfast.wasnt good idea of your guys. At least breakfast should be included. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.you need upgrade your hotel. It's really old.

Good location

Staff was rude. They never gave a straight answer for anything. We asked them for a certain request and they said no. When we asked if we could talk to a manager then they agreed to our request without a manager’s help. There’s no breakfast included in the stay and needed to pay so we just asked the staff about it, their response was “we’re not other hotels you stayed at for you to expect such services”

Location was pretty good, walk across to the Safeway grocery store but train was right behind us and can hear it all.

The train noise, the room was right in front of elevator, parking was free but outdoors, pool was small only for waterslide, room worn out.

Our room picture window was right overlooking large bright sign - window curtains didt block out light making for hard to get to sleep

The f4ont drsk staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The pool and waterslide were great for the kids. The room was up to date and clean. The walls and floors are thin however. The people above us were very loud. Like bricks on their feet and it sounded like they were moving furniture. It would be quiet for a bit but then 10 minutes of noise, then quiet for a bit then more noise. Knowing this is a one off deal I would still highly recommend the hotel. Great price and great quality for said price

Location a bit far from Banff and Lake Louise... Reception a bit far from hotel room and no internal hallway to reach there. We have to walk outside to get into the building where reception is located...

It was our anniversary and the hotel added flowers and towels made out if hearts and also a bottle of champagne and being dog friendly
