Very nice hotel. Big clean room comfortable bed. Dining on site is a plus. Close to the highway convenient

The night staff were extremely friendly when we arrived.

À tout les fois que je réserve avec booking j’ai toujours les chambres mal situées toujours prêt des cages d’escalier et de service comme les machines à glace et les moteurs qui servent pour l’établissement très déçue

Sa localisation

Les vitres givrées et la présence de chiens qui aboient et de gros chiens qui prennent beaucoup trop d’espace dans les ascenseurs. Quant à la restauration, la qualité laisse à désirer ( steak plus cuit que souhaité et crêpe goûtant la farine), ce qui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel comme le vôtre.

Le côté pratique sur la route. Le stationnement facile d’accès.

Trop cher beaucoup trop cher pour toute l’expérience. Beaucoup de locaux fermés autour. Le personnel à l’accueil manquait aussi d’entregent (air hautain ou blasé).

Convenient for road trip, ok for one night.

No vegetarian options in restaurant and staff wouldn’t be flexible on offering alternative food for our daughter. Noisy air con unit. A bit dated.

Nous avions demandé à ce que le divan lit soi monté à l'avance. Par contre, ce n'avait pas été fait, même si l'hôtel avait répondu par l'affirmative. Restaurant dans l'hôtel, le soir aucune table normal de disponible, que des tables hautes (pas commode avec des jeunes enfants). Les tables normales étaient pourtant non-occupees...

There was no breakfast included, simply received a bottle of water & complimentary coffee.

Conveniently located for our travels between Ottawa and the Atlantic provinces, this is a regular halfway stop that never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and provide great service. As a 3-star hotel, it offers exactly what you’d expect, but it’s a comfortable place to stay for a one-night stop in either direction. We’ve stayed here several times and always look forward to returning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to fellow road warriors.

Parking across the road, upon check inn the individual wasn’t overly welcoming or willing to speak to me in English… wasn’t told where the elevators were, about breakfast or pool

Le déjeuner était très moyen. La fenêtre de la chambre était toute embuée et il y a du tapis dans la chambre.

- piscine - personnel sympathique qui parle français (mais pas trop serviable)

- Même si on a fait une réservation pour 4 personnes, la chambre a été préparée pour 2 seulement. Quand on s'est informés, la réceptionniste nous a dit de le faire nous même que ce n'était pas à eux de le faire. Elle nous a fourni la literie (pas de serviettes) et expliqué comment déployer le divan-lit seulement. - Notre arrivée coïncidait avec l'arrivée d'un autobus touristique - longues lignes d'attente à l'accueil (il n'y avait qu'une seule personne à la réception) et au souper. Un peu d'attente même au déjeuner. En plus, la réceptionniste a oublié de nous fournir les coupons pour le déjeuner (inclut dans le prix), ce qui a causé encore plus de délai le matin.

l'hotel est vieux, tout est très vieux et pas vraiment propre. Le tarif est comme celui d'un 3 étoiles à Montréal, les photos ne ressemblent pas à la réalité. Le personnel ne fait aucun efforts.

Parking is free and check-in was painless, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable but showing their age a bit. The restaurant was good, with prices in line with a hotel restaurant. Free WiFi, a gym and pool (neither of which we used). The hotel is conveniently located but if you’re driving to QC, I suggest you fill up with gas before the hotel as there is no gas station between the hotel and the QC exit.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy. Dinner at Franks Bar and Grill was great! Easy check in and out. Would recommend.

On dirait un hôtel des années 70 qui est figé dans le temps. La porte de la salle de bains est difficile à fermer. Le sofa est très inconfortable, le coussin creuse. Manque de prises pour les appareils. Verres en plastique ultra minces dans la salle de bain. La terrasse du restaurant ne donne pas envie d'y aller. Aucune verdure ni ombre. Personnel à l'accueil est "correct". Nuit d'hôtel chère pour le prix, surtout que le déjeuner n'était pas inclus.

There was hair on the wall of the shower, a lot of it. A pair of dirty socks under the bed and your staff asked me if my essential tremor (shaking) was because of the cold. It was 10° outside.

Our room was situated on a floor next to a hockey team that made lots of noise in the evening including running and screaming in the hallway. Why the hotel chose to locate our room in this vicinity is a mystery and disappointing

The restaurant is excellent. - had dinner and breakfast there. Friendly staff. Unfortunately they were understaffed in the evening due to having a very large party in a separate room The beds were very comfortable, generous supply of towels, soap and shampoo - everything you need is provided for

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The wait time of 1 1/2 hour for food was ridiculous. We watched 5 different tables just leave because of the wait. When our food did arrive, the wait staff had mixed up orders between tables so ours was wrong...the "bacon" bits on the Cobb Salad came as one big clump! Off site parking was horribly inconvenient. I requested Military discount but because I booked through a third party it was denied. Lastly, 450 dollars for an average room in the middle of nowhere??? 250 would have been expected.

The indoor pool was small, but pleasant, and a large swimming pool isn't really necessary anyway. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. It's all we ask for in a hotel room.

Nothing that I experienced needed improvement. The parking lot on the hill across the street was a bit awkward, but unavoidable given the local topography. Thanks to everyone involved for keeping the property so nice.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Sadly the hotel is rather tired and the area surrounding the hotel not great. We only had two medium size towels and only one bottle of water. Overall, I won’t be staying again.

Front desk person ignored us for 2 minutes before acknowledging our presence. (No one else was in queue at that time.)

The hotel needs an update, the bathrooms are old and tired. It was very loud in the hallways outside the rooms, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Stayed only one night on a trip east to visit family. Front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and inviting. Great, clean room with king size bed. Parking is across the street from the hotel. Will definitely stay again when passing through Edmunston.

The convenience of various restaurants was ideal. Very close to most places for a meal. The main lobby and elevators were bright and welcoming. The hallways were very dim and gloomy...so much so that the sign for the laundry and ice dispenser was completely missed directly beside the elevator on each floor.

Great place to stop over on our trip from Nova Scotia to Ontario and return.

This is a very worn hotel. The photos are very misleading. The number of pets in the hotel barking on and off was anything but peaceful. The restaurant was nice. The hotel staff were lovely

Parking was good and close by, coffee shop was around the corner. Comfortable bed and bedding. However, room was old, dated, and stained. Hasn't been updated in quite some time. The attached restaurant was clean and nice decor, but I did not like the food I received.

When checking in, staff not friendly. Would not want to stay there again.

Room could have been in better repair

We only stayed here one night on a road trip. The hotel is adjacent to the Cathedral (so easy to locate by looking for the church spire). There is plenty of free parking across the road from the hotel. It’s a large reception area with a great-looking bar and restaurant attached. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was good - large and comfortable. Like nearly every hotel I have stayed in over my 2 week road trip, the bathroom was a bit small. A good stay.

Never did get the internet working From the room the phone didn’t work I went down to the front desk Then I was shown a diagram of how to work the phone! Also why not provide the the sign in details at registration? On check out the person on the desk was inept Asked why we had the keys for our room and not another room Couldn’t get the name correct, very confused. Terrible experience,never go back,extremely overpriced Restaurant server was excellent.

The 12pm check out. This was a true surprise after checking in late in the evening.

Checking in is difficult as the parking is across the street with minimal valet space at the entrance.
