Morel Executive Suites

Very nice location and good parking

In general I liked pretty much everything except shower head

We stayed in the main level King Suite (#10) and were very happy with the stay. The decor is contemporary industrial and exceptionally clean. It's nice to book a "king" suite that actually has a king sized bed! Everything looks new and the walls must be thick since we weren't able to hear other guests. While the suite is outfitted for very long stays (including full kitchen, a proper work desk, couch and washer/dryer) it was perfect for our short stay, having a variety of restaurants a short walk away. This room faces the small parking area, but with the high ceilings, great lighting and very large windows offering both half sized privacy curtains and full sized blackout curtains, it feels very spacious and bright.

Clean and spacious good value. Close to good restaurants

Nothing. Other than the close proximity to the paper mill. Also it is really not river view. A little misleading

There was nothing we disliked about this stay. It was a (like new) tiny apartment in a building of suites. The place was spotless, the bed was comfortable, entry was seamless. Parking right at our door.

Nothing!

This is an exceptional place to stay. They know and think of everything one will need to have for the perfect stay. They go above & beyond.

There is nothing to like.

Very easy check-in process. Clean room. Great location within close walking distance to restaurants. Suite was small but an efficient use of space.

No room but a small comfy seating area would have been nice.

Always clean, comfortable, quiet and with all the products and accessories you might need in your room when you travel.

Everything was perfect!

Had all the conveniences of home

Rien

Emplacement près des restaurants et autres

The property was clean

The suite was grey and drab — the layout of suite 9 is claustrophobic There is zero view

Tout était parfait

Rien

Spotlessly clean and everything provided. No hesitation in returning.

AC was very loud.

Convenient, would stay again

GPS & Google couldn't locate the address

Always clean, quiet and comfortable.

The place was extremely clean and well stocked/organized. I loved having the washer and dryer, as well as the full sized fridge and freezer to refresh our ice packs before heading out again. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

The factory in town was very smelly! Inside the unit we couldn’t smell it, but the location wasn’t ideal because of the smell. It was not somewhere we would want to walk around outside for very long. I’m not sure if that is a usual problem, if it was just particularly smelly while we were there. The smoke stack was billowing out fumes both days we were there. It’s unfortunate because the unit was lovely.

The suite was amazing, it was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Cooking facilities and washing and drying facilities you want for nothing.

Nothing

Très bien situé moderne, agréable et propre

Rien

Missing a couch in living soace

Convenient clean and comfortable

Très fonctionnel

As all the reviews say it was very clean which is what you want.

We stayed in suite 4 which was on the top level. The deck was nice but unfortunately almost unusable. There was so many spider webs and once the sun started to come down spiders were literally everywhere we had to go inside…:if you expect people to pay the prices you are charging take a moment to pressure wash your spaces. Also AC only in living room, kitchen and bedroom were extremely warm.

Clean and modern with everything you need. Comfy bed and pillows. Full kitchen Great value.

Location, very clean, excellent communication, easy access, very comfortable

Easy access to downtown and restaurants, easy location on and off the highway.

There was no breakfast included. Room was well equipped & very clean. Appreciated washer/dryer in room. Accommodation was perfect in every way.

Nothing could have been better. Extremely pleased.

Lits confortables.

Good location. Full kitchen was nice, and lots of space.

Place was in a great location and easily accessible from the highway. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities for a longer stay (I was only there overnight). Nice little kitchenette! Overall, great stay 😁

Central location down town

It’s was fine

Convenient self check-in. Very clean, spacious room with a kitchen and washing machine. Plenty of parking, even for larger vehicles. The host responded to emails and text messages promptly. A perfect overnight stop on an East Coast road trip.

Qualité supérieure

the apartment was perfect

if we were on ground floor

Gode parkeringsmuligheder.

Lidt kedelige omgivelser men tæt på god morgenmadsrestaurant.

The cleanliness was the most important feature and it met my expectations

nothing I can think of

Convenient location for a stop on a long road trip, the room was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything one may need, no check in or out , which is great when you’re already tired after a long day

The apartment was easily and centrally located. It was so clean and well appointed it made staying there a pleasure and from there we were able to walk and discover a little of the pretty town that Edmundston is.

There are stairs you need to be aware of if you have really heavy suitcases.

Convenient and easy to access when we got there.

Logement très agréable. Extrêmement bien équipé et confortable.

The suite was in great shape

Very clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, and walkable to a great restaurant after a 13 hour drive

L’Etablissement est bien placé

It can be used for washing clothes and cooking, which is great!

Smoke and an unpleasant odor were coming out of the chimney not far away.

liked the location, close to highway, nice walking trail, decor was lovely, sufficient for a stopover in our travels

tree branches need trimming over parking space number 1.

VERY clean and spacious.

The bed was really comfortable. Everything you would need is there.

Well appointed and super clean. Everything you could need for a short or intermediate stay. Lovely location by the river.

Emplacement super près de tout!

We had our own food, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The whole place was very clean and well kept. It was easy to find. We were able to park our car right in front of our door for easy unpacking. Would stay there again.

Nothing really.

Tout etais tres bien

Very convenient location with parking and easy access. The studio had everything we could need. Very comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night but it would work for a few nights with a self-catering option. The nearby Petit Sault Brewery was a gem of a place.

N/A

The mini apartment is thoughtfully designed and well stocked for a short stay.

Bon rapport qualité prix-prix!

Très propre et bien équipé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Clean, well appointed - had a kitchenette and laundry facilities.

Not the best part of town, but close to the boardwalk and bridge across the river to restaurants

Le décor et laveuse sécheuse

Ajouter un linge à vaisselle

It was close to everything. The layout was great and super clean. Loved loved it!

Had a little bit of difficulty with the Schlage Digital lock. We have one at home with a dead lock on both sides. This one had a handle on the outside. It took us a couple of minutes to figure out how to lock it when we left.

The toilet didn’t work well. I could not flush it!!

The property is cozy and tidy, well equipped kitchen

The surrounding area is too smelly, maybe the pulp mill is too close and the air isn’t fresh

Very clean

Super great apartment. Had a lot of extras. Easy to get in.

Could hear the people above us walking around.

Halte pour une nuit, très bien. Extrêmement propre. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Laveuse/ sécheuse sur place avec savon. WoW! On s’y sent chez-soi.

bed was really comfortable the place was clean kitchen appliances and utilities were fine

it would have been nice to have a table so we could eat comfortably. Maybe add a folding table under the bed ?

It was a home away from home and a perfect respite on our 15 day road trip. Gave us a chance to regroup and refresh. Clean and comfortable. Good sleep. Highly recommend.

Great location. Close to walking trails. Suite was very clean and cozy. Parking was next to suite entrance. Everything was great. No complaints.

Bed was a little firm.

A lovely place to spend a night on the road. All our needs were fully met. Bed pillows were particularly comfortable.

Dommage

Great place to stay like an apartment, has everything you need

Located near road, may have noises

The room

Nothing

Everything is perfect. Denis, the host is very responsive. The property is very clean, new, practical, everything is working well, he even provided laundry soap for the washing machine. Water pressure in the shower is strong. Bed sheets are hotel standards as well as the pillows. The placement of the furnitures and the total lay out of the flat is great. I would definitely stay here again.

I should've booked a couple of nights instead of just one.

The room, bed, washing machine and dryer. Amenities, quiet

Check in was all done by email.

Very clean, scent free and quiet

The location, the washer/dryer, the bed was comfortable

The smell emanating from the drains wasn't pleasant. The carpet next to the bed is a hazard. The floor is much too slippery. There were no chairs for two grown women to sit on.

Location. Roomy. Comfortable bed.

Hard to control room temperature & heating/cooling unit was noisy.

Rien

Very clean well equipped
