Jai de la difficulté a comprendre que pour une ville francophone, le personnel ne parle que l'anglais. 0 effort pour la communication française. Je suis native de cette ville et j'ai du parler anglais dans cet établissement. Déçu

Ils m'ont facturé un supplément pour une chambre au 1er étage, car ils m'ont expliqué que lorsqu'on réserve par l'intermédiaire de Booking.com une chambre au 2ième étage est automatiquement assigné â cause que le tarif est plus bas. Le matin de notre départ impossible pour la personne â la réception de me produire un reçu papier, elle était incapable de faire fonctionner l'imprimante. En plus ils exigent un dépôt de garantie de $50.00 à votre arrivée et ce même si la chambre était prépayée depuis plusieurs jours.

continental breakfast was one of the best I have experienced. Very good food and lots of choice and quantity.

There were four of us and there was only one chair in the room. I don't know if other rooms have more chairs, but if so it would have been nice to not have to sit or lay on the bed all the time.

Convenient to get to and from the Trans Canada. Comfortable bed and quiet. No elevator so if mobility issues request ground floor.

Were told because I cant walk that we would need to pay $10 for 1st floor room. Were told we had to pay another $15 for our pet plus they would have a $50 hold until the room was checked. Never advised of any of these charges before hand with booking.com so we were a little irritated to be advised of this. $285 per night was more than we paid for a hotel room in Toronto. I get it that they are on the highway for traveling but to be charged that much and then be given attitude because they do not have a elevator and after driving 13 hours I could not walk up the stairs. Also did not get it that being on the 1st floor was our assurance that our miniature dash hound would not have an accident in the room. None of these extra charges or question if we had a pet Were on the booking.com website!

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival the AC was on full blast. very cold in the room. The control knobs for the AC were all broken off. The only way to control the temperature was to unplug the unit to allow it to warm up, and then plug it back in when it got too warm. The room had the bare essentials... squeeze bottle shampoo and a piece of soap, Kleenex and plastic wrapped paper cups and a coffee machine. Check-in was quick and efficient but there was no record of us traveling with a canine so an additional charge had to be processed separately.

Too many stairs. Requested a main floor broom and there was an additional cost. Breakfast in the morning, less than one hour after it started there was nowhere to sit and the food was gone. There were not enough eggs, sausage or potatoes for 2 people. No bread or bagels. The English muffins were in a bag. So only cereal. Very disappointed. When I mentioned it to the check out clerk she just smiled. So we did not get breakfast. The front office is located at the rear of the building. Will not book there again

Upon arriving the manager was meeting with a woman who was indicating that their facility wasn’t up to the Comfort Inn standards. I tried to not listen but it was difficult as they were in the lobby next to is. The ac unit in our room was melted, the shower didn’t work properly, the hallway carpeting had stains, the boy taking our info was probably 16 and had a hard time understanding me. He didn’t return my license used for id, there was not enough food at breakfast and ran out my husband and youngest ended up not eating as we had to leave early. In general they seemed very unorganized.

Room was clean, breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure, guests around us were quiet, front desk accommodated our request for a room on the lower level.

The location was very convenient just off the highway. Room was very clean and quite comfortable.

We found the room a bit pricey but understand that prices are hiked for long weekends during the summer.

The breakfast was poorly done. We stayed at the Days INN on our way to Nova Scotia, and their breakfast offered way more choices. The bed was comfortable, but the price was too high to pay extra for a room on the first floor because you can not walk the stairs is a disgrace to a handicapped person.

the beds were downward slanting so your head was below your feet the rooms were hermetically sealed and the air conditioning unit archaic, full blast was it’s only speed and noisy

There were annoying flys in the room n they have no fly swatters. The shower didnt work right. The tub plug was kinda taken out n the drain was full of hair 🤮. The towel that goes on the floor by the tub was soaking wet ( this was before we even used it).

We had a king room and the bed was huge! It was so comfortable and had obviously recently had a good makeover. The free breakfast was also excellent.

Parts of the hotel still need an upgrade but for a roadside hotel it was pretty good

I wish there were a simpler way to recover lost & found items. I mistakenly left a laptop behind but the staff contacted me immediately to notify me and they were AMAZING, kindly agreeing to pack up my laptop while I arranged for a courier pickup. They packed it perfectly for me, and it arrived a scant 2 days later. I will be forever grateful to the Comfort Inn Edmundston staff. They are kind, polite, and VERY accomodating. Wonderful! We will ALWAYS choose Edmundston's Comfort Inn for all future travels between Ontario and Nova Scotia. SO HELPFUL and FRIENDLY! Well done folks!

I didn’t like that I got charged when I booked into my room and then I got an extra charge during the night. Two charges on my credit card that shouldn’t have been there. Then when I called to ask about it, they double talked.

The location is great, easy to get everywhere from there. Free parking is always available. The king beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

The tap was leaking, even when it was turned for shower, the water was splashing on the feet. It was really noisy, the rooms were the first ones behind the stairs so we could hear the doors closing and people talking, so we couldn't get a good rest after a tiresome day.

Air conditioning rattled all night long. Good thing I was so tired. Turned it warmer so to stop rattling. There was no senior discount available because I used the app. Expensive for short night stay. Arrived late and left early. Good breakfast was available but I think because there were many construction workers in the hotel too.

Très facile d'accès et à 5 minutes de voitures de plusieurs restaurants, boutiques et du casino. Chambre de bonnes dimensions et propres.

Le temps d'attente pour s'enregistrer était très long. Déjeuner avec plusieurs choix, mais 1 seul choix de fruits.

La propreté de la chambre, rien a dire c’était parfait. Bravo pour les produits de soins corporel et l’équipements. Le déjeuner était complet et satisfaisant.

Le revêtement de sol en tapis dans la chambre est a retirer selon moi. Le personnel de soir ne parle pas français cela a été plus difficile pour la communication. On ma dit que 50$ serait retiré de ma facture a la fin de mon séjour ce qui na pas été fait.

Newly renovated, comfortable beds

Considering this is a very newly renovated property, there were various stains on the hallway carpets, and coffee spills in the stairwell. The stairwell spill seemed to be fresh and was still there 24 hrs later. Shower water pressure decreased as half of water still coming out of the tap. Staff told of issue and stated they were aware, and offered a solution. Suggest instructions be posted for guests going forward.

The room was clean. The building is in need of some serious upkeep. Room was NOT worth $300.00+!!!!! Way to expensive for what the hotel was. You shouldn't gouge people just because it's tourist season.

The price was way too high for what is obviously an older hotel that is showing it's age. Just because people can afford to travel doesn't mean they should be ripped off.

It was easy to find right off the highway.

There was no elevator and I have an artificial knee, I had to walk the stairs. The air did not work very well, we were so warm that we got up at 2am and decided to continue our drive to Ontario. The young lady at the counter was not very accommodating, she couldn’t find our reservation and did not try to find a solution, she just said I don’t have your reservation and there is nothing I can do. She could have called a supervisor for help. I did have my confirmation number and a copy of my reservation and payment, but that didn’t matter.

La chambre était très belle, mais il manquait de propreté dans la chambre de bain et le tapis de la chambre avait des graines de barre tendre.
