Hotel bien situé près de l’aéroport, avec un service navette pratique et avec les horaires respectés. C’était pour une nuit, en arrivé de Winnipeg et départ de Montréal le lendemain. Connexion facile avec le bus 747 pour notre dernière visite de Montréal. Petit-déjeuner bien fourni et un choix varié.

l’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée, pas à cause des avions mais des travaux dans les environs.

Staff were friendly nd facilities were reasonably good. Location was convenient for early departure.

Difficult to reach due to road works. Very noisy due to being close to airport main runway - good for plane watching, not for sleeping.

I really liked the hotel. The only thing was that we did not know about the extra fee for using the parking. I found out when I received the stay confirmation. I would suggest informing guests about this fee before making the payment. So you don’t have to spend more time at the front desk.

The information at the front desk could be more precise, and the personnel could be more sympathetic.

J'ai eu froid dans la chambre, pas de chauffage. Ils m'ont apporté chauffage d'appoint qui s'est arrêté la nuit. Très très inconfortable et dans la salle a manger aussi. Et le coffre fort était coller près du plafond Trés insatisfaite

j'ai choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il est à proximité immédiate de l'aéroport. le service de navette est parfaitement adapté. la chambre était très grande, la literie très agréable et globalement il n'y a rien à reprocher le parking est assez grand (payant), et pas très loin du centre de location de voitures de l'aéroport (navette aéroport ou 20 mn à pied).

si la chambre elle-même est à un tarif abordable, tous les à-côté sont chers (parking, petit dej, dîner, ...)

l'ensemble de la prestation est un bon rapport qualite prix sauf le wifi de........quand on est en deplacement travail on a besoin de pouvoir se connecter?

Un wifi désastreux, j'avais deux viso pro que je n'ai pas pu assurer coupure sans cesse du wifi, une calamité, obligé de faire mes viso à l’aéroport a 4h du matin heur local.

The room was very clean and spacious - the beds were very comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on the second night and the meal was excellent. We left on an early flight so the proximity the airport was great.

The shower tap was broken and kept coming off the wall. There was very heavy traffic to get to the hotel - because of construction around the airport which is not the hotel's fault but was still annoying. On the day we checked in we took about 40 minutes to travel the last km. We tried to connect to the free Wifi but couldn't get it to work. I tried to call the front desk for help but the phone didn't work and so we asked in person at the front desk but the instructions the staff gave us did not work.

I had to wait too long at the reception for doing check in, people from airway companies got very unpolite attitudes, it seemed they’re preferential costumers. I arrived really tired from Europe with a child, and no one paid us any attention or care. We just had to wait and were the last ones to check in after more than half an hour. Also the costumers start chitchatting with the colaborators of the hotel without any consideration for other costumers, and collaborators behind the counter’s reception were not assertive on this, and didn’t cover for each other assuring that I could do the check in a fair and due time. The view from the room was nothing special to a green backyard, the pool was closed and when I booked it said it was great to receive us.

There were not enough staff on check in and they gave priority to airline crew rather than paying customers.

the room itself was very nice

Staff at front desk was extremely rude. I asked her where I could buy food, her reply was "the black box" with no explanation. She repeated black box several times, clearly annoyed that I was not understanding. The black box turned out to be access to a very overpriced food mart. She did not verbally give me a room number, I had to line up again to find out the scribble on the card was actually my room number. The room (1002) was located right next to automatic hallway doors, which were opening & closing all night disturbing my sleep.

Great location for a night between flights. Shuttle services was very efficient and timely. Staff were great at check in especially with 2 cats!!! The Sheraton was what we needed - great location and comfortable stay!

Close to airport, shuttles provided every 30 minutes. Restaurant downstairs is pretty good, nice surprise. Bell boys were very helpful. Spacious room with sofa bed and were able to provide a crib, but without bedding

Naturally noisy being close to the airport. Had assigned a room on level 2 but the smell of cigarettes was very bad, got changed to another level and ok. at reception, had to wait a long time for a blanket for my kids and were not very helpful.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and newly renovated. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.

The room rate on Booking.com was advertised at around $279 before taxes, but the final cost came to approximately $366 after taxes and the $30 per night parking fee. I believe the booking process should be more transparent by clearly displaying the total cost, including mandatory fees, before confirming the reservation. Also, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, as it is permanently closed. Finally, the hotel is located directly across from the airport, so if you're sensitive to airplane noise from takeoffs and landings, this may affect your stay.

We were woken up by fire alarm at night. When I reported it to the reception staff next morning, I was told to contact the manager for compensation! I was only reporting it, she was not interested. Surely, it is up to the staff to show interest and note the fault with the fire alarm. Advertised - shops, an indoor pool - where were they?

During breakfast, we had such a wonderful experience thanks to David. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our entire meal. He greeted us with a warm smile, regularly checked to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided truly professional and thoughtful service from beginning to end. David’s genuine kindness and attention to detail made us feel valued and well cared for. His excellent service added so much more value to our stay and left us with an even better impression of the hotel. Employees like David are a true asset and make guests want to return. La climatisation de la chambre était extrêmement bruyante, nous avons dû choisir entre une nuit paisible ou une nuit tempérée… Impossible de dormir avec ce bruit !

Dirty bathroom, rude reception staff. HK knocked on our rooms at 9AM asking when will we c/o. Bartender very rude, changed tv station to NHL draft during World Cup soccer match without notice. Chicken wings very dry. FD staff, bartenders, HK, bellman not wearing name tags

None..! We had two rooms for two nights. Very dissapointed in overall facilities, and staff rudeness. I was charged $30 for parking, and I am handicapped senior citizen!! Will never stay in Sheraton hotels ever again..!!!

We stayed there on our trip out and back. On the way out, we arrived in the evening and parked the car. The car remained there during our trip. The ground floor room was very nice but a little noisy. We ate the restaurant. My meal was disappointing. I ordered the smoke meat. It came on toasted bread with mayo. WTF! A Montreal smoke meat is served on rye with mustard. The server tried to tell me it was dijonnaise. We looked at the menu, and it stated Dijon. It was replaced. The atmosphere made up for the poor food. On the way back, we caught the bus at the airport and had a nice room upstairs. We ate in the restaurant the following morning, all was lovely. The server was great.
