Hampton Inn Pembroke Pines

I always stay at this hotel. I simply love it! Convenient and comfortable—my stays are always relaxed. Shout out to Andrew! Our angel ☺️ He was super kind and the nicest person I’ve ever met at this hotel.

The front staff were very friendly, the place was always clean, and decent breakfast for a short visit.

There are some people in the area that was checking my car and trying to open the trunk of my Tesla, this was recorded. Nothing was lost but it was scary. My advice is not to park your car at the side building, if you can get a space in the front that would be the best. But the staff were awesome.

Location, value

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and close to everything including Pembroke Pines Shopping and short distance to Sawgrass Mills and Movie Theaters. Enjoyed Coffee and Tea all day and night long.

Not enough Luggage Carts to Check Into rooms had to wait an hour before a luggage cart was available to unpack our car.

I love the friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere was safe and quiet. The breakfast was superb and delicious. The room was clean and so comfy.

The only negative I have to say is the my room smelled like marijuana. I know this is out of the front desk or the hotel reach, people are so hooked nowadays that they will smoke wherever. That was my only thing, other than that the experience was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to the manager, Andrew, who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a real difference and showed how much he cares about providing excellent customer service. Thanks to Andrew and the entire team, my experience was enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and hospitality.

Un hotel limpio, Una Habitacion Moderna, limpia y muy comoda.

Está super super lejos de Miami, a 1 hora en Uber y entre tren casi dos horas con transbordos y todo lo que hay que hacer para llegar al centro de Miami. Está cerca a Sawgrass Mills, es lo único positivo. El uber te sale en casi 25 dólares.

Stayed here for two nights - June 5th to 7th. Overall, a good place to stay for a short period. Old carpets in the room. Bathroom fixtures clearly show wear and tear. The shower head is a lousy one (Room #105). The faucets are kept in a very uncomfortable position to operate. Otherwise reasonably clean. Though near highway access, not noisy and nestled in a quiet place. Restaurants and coffee shops are not nearby. The breakfast is wholesome. However, no coffee available outside the BF hours. Very old coffee machine provided in the room (Wonder how many days, since this was used/cleaned). Far from commercial hub and beaches. can be improved on comforts and cleanliness. Very helpful front staff.

It was comfortable cleaning cozy

The pet fee was a little steep I've seen another places and didn't have to pay anything or a smaller fee. They were too small dogs. And we kept a place clean no mess in the hallway or nothing.

I liked the hotel's location. I also liked that it was clean. I appreciate that the front desk and housekeeping staff were welcoming to me. Lots of Breakfast choices.

Parking. Maybe because people were in town for graduation I had a difficult time trying to find a parking spot.

Top hotel in een rustige buurt. Ontbijt was goed voor Amerikaanse begrippen. Daarnaast zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en zeer schoon hotel. Je zit wel wat verder van Miami af, maar dat vonden wij juist niet erg. Hier is het een stuk rustiger en ook een stuk goedkoper allemaal. Ik zou hier absoluut weer boeken.

Clearly, a well managed hotel. Spotless throughout and a very professional and courteous staff. Immaculate room and lobby areas. Staff was very attentive. I have had a lot of hotel stays recently and this hotel surpassed the dozen or so I have stayed in. I will stay again and I recommend to all tha need to stay in this area.

Quarto com ótimo tamanho, chuveiro bom, estacionamento gratuito, café da manhã simples mas muito bom, para uma estadia de poucas noites, ou como no meu caso de passagem é uma ótima opção. Fica 30 min do aeroporto. Check in rápido.

Great staff at check in was amazing and accommodating. The maintenance technician also assisted with my grandson toy we needed a tiny screwdriver to install batteries. You have an amazing staff at this location. I really appreciate them all.

The room was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had good toiletries available in the bathroom and a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

This is how you get treated like Royalty and stay at a AAA Diamond Resort without paying the price. You get to meet a General Manager who can write a book about being; Supremely Professional, Genuinely Compassionate, Amazingly Knowledgeable, and 100% Devoted to her Clientele. We thank you Vanessa for ALL that you have provided, and for making an intensely difficult time dealing with a 3rd party vendor, such as HOTELS..COM, EXPEDIA.COM and TRAVEL GUARD to realize NEVER AGAIN. Out of haste during a difficult medical situation we thought we would do this only to learn that it was the worst, most arduous, and totally exhausting challenge and also I was lied to by Hotels.com so easy to say NEVER AGAIN, go to Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-West/Pembroke Pines directly and ask for Vanessa. We just want to give credit where credit is due, because indeed our meeting was surreal. Vanessa, blessings in bountiful and boundless measure to you, your staff, and may people decide to make the Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-Weston/ Pembroke Pines their preferred choice and experience EXCELLENCE, in both the hospitality, superb accomodations, impecable cleanliness, great food, bright and cheery atmostphere all echoing the warmth of home because of the devotion to caring for their clients...compassion exudes, and we love that......especially in a world such as we have!!!!! Update, in all fairness Hotels.com did indeed rectify the issue. However, we maintain our stance that we will always go to the hotel directly, and in this case Vanessa Stickles. No stress, only superior customer service and supreme on ever level.
