Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Pembroke Pines

El desayuno es bueno

Everything

Was alittle noisey close to the road

Been at the Fairfield last year and we were very happy staying there. Location is great as friends we went to visit are close by.

The breakfast was ok but the coffee and tea was terrible. Coffee and hot water for the tea was at most lukewarm. offee tasted was awful and the tea not much better.

Location

Your website did not mention that Your guest has to pay for parking it should be visible on your site I would have never ever choose a resort that is charging for parking on there property. I didn't get my deposit back

Everyday day I had to ask for extra towels it was 4 person in my family including me so the towels was only for 3 persons

Location

Parking

The bed, pillows, the room had a strong sewer smell to it, rooms were small and the colors made it depressing.

Hotel was great

No taxi8

Room service was very good

I love the environment, its quite and peaceful

The hotel staff begin knocking on guest doors exactly at the checkout time, but it would be better to wait a few minutes before doing so and then politely request that the guest check out. Also, paying extra $10 for parking is not a good for an guest, this never happens in past.

Very clean, safe location, friendly staff.

It was a little pricey but worth it

Do conforto, da limpeza, do atendimento.

Não gostei muito do café. Poderia ter mais opções

Very clean hotel. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Location close to restaurants and grocery store.

Nothing

This was my 2nd time at this hotel - I should have learned from the first. Let me say- being a gold member atleast recognize that by fulfilling requests. A feather free room means REMOVE all feathers prior to arriving. Twice this happened and the smell from the local sewage plant was enough to make you stay inside. The side door access is propped open for all to enter which is a safety concern brought to their lack of attention. 2 times and I got some point back but still not enough to recover from sinus and allergy attacks. Good Management is lacking.

Prices were a little higher than I thought they should be, especially for the location.

Excellent buffet breakfast and accommodating staff

The breakfast was good and the location too

Everything was good 👍

Staff was very helpful and respectful. They helped us with some packages being delivered. Breakfast was good and location is wonderfull. Quiet, family friendly and comfortable place. Nice price also compared to other similar options.

We got a room assigned when we arrived but there was a finished joint in the bathroom floor. We reported it in mediately and we got a new room. Aside from this everything was great.

had to change my review.... we had a reservation to visit family and called the day we would arrive to have a baby bassinet in the room for us and the checked our reservation and agreed...we arrived later that night around 1am only to be told they canceled our reservation and were now booked full even though earlier in the day they confirmed it. so we had to sit outside with 3 babies from 1am to 3am trying to find a hotel and then magically they had a room become available at 3am which they proceeded to charge us MORE fore even though its the same room. To cancel a reservation for no reason without a call or email when the room was confirmed, we werent late, no problem with payments , and reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. disgusting customer service and will never stay here again Unreal. making a family sit outside in the middle of the night like that with babies they are just asking for confrontations

My room was not clean upon my arrival. I was utterly disgusted. By the way the bathroom was cleaned. There was hair all throughout the bathroom. There were ants on the floor. They were trash inside the trashcan..

Carpete no quarto, colchão mole demais, muito usado.

Desayuno

I noticed when everyone checked in they got complimentary water but I didn’t. The hall way on the second floor had a smell. Other than that I never have a problem

Breakfast was basic, not a lot of choice in cooked food

Breakfast was not that great..

WHY CHARGING FOR PARKING?

Well kept,

Breakfast is horrible. Food was tasteless. Had to ask employees to fill eggs and croissants. None in the dishes. employees making their own breakfast while guests waiting. Left bagels in the toaster and guest, waiting to toast, bagels and English muffin muffins.

Gracias.

Breakfast ... a wide variety to choose from.

I wished that the room was vacuumed daily. the bath room was tidied daily and towels replenished but the beds were left undone.

I like to area in the place over all.

I went to visit my daughter and the hotel was close by. Other than that. I was charged parking which I was not aware of. The room was very small. And they over charged my credit card. So, what was there to like. I would not be staying there again

The breakfast was minimum. And the coffee tasted burned. And the rug in my room was dirty

there is a smell at night in the area

comfortable beds and a good shower

I think a little more variety at breakfast would be good.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Variationen. Standort für Shopping und Ausflügen zB ZUm Hollywood Beach und Fort Lauderdale.

3 outlets did not work. House keeping did not leave us coffee cups or coffee a couple of mornings. We were not given hand towels two mornings. When we requested coffee cups in the morning, we were told we would have to come get them. We wanted a cup of coffee while getting ready.

$10 a night for parking is a farce given your location.

The smell defines this hotel! Do not minimize the reviews on this hotel that talk about the smell. There is a sewage treatment plant across the street and the smell is at times sickening. We had no idea so we called the front desk, thinking our bathroom was malfunctioning. The staff has a script that they have clearly been trained to use. “Thank you for letting us know. There is a sewage treatment plant across the street. We will call them to let them knowledge.” We would have moved out and found another hotel but it would have been a major hassle. They offer to bring air fresheners to your room. The smell of feces covered up with fake flower smell didn’t sound appealing. It’s sad because otherwise it is a nice hotel…clean, friendly check in staff, etc. It’s awkward that there is not bottled water (not even for purchase in the Grab and Go). Sadly, we won’t stay here again.

.

Tuvimos 2 inconvenientes grandes. Llamamos a rexepción y no hubo solución

Limpieza

Todo en orden

The location was amazing, beds were soft and comfortable, breakfast staff were friendly, building and facilities were nice and newer.

Breakfast was terrible-Bad !! location was fine

I had to switch the room twice one because when Idid open the window was facing a big rusty AC and the 2nd one because the floor was wet . Also I was charged for parking and no one mentioned that to me previously.

Nulla di che. Buona la colazione. Interni un po’ datati.

Odore strano all’interno della camera.
