It was comfirtable. Always refill the coffee caps.

Breakfast was always the same. Even the same food some changes can be done.

We missed the chocolate milk that used to be available at breakfast and the pancake maker seemed to run out of mix quickly, but honestly, those are nitpicking. Those were not big problems. Everything else was fine.

There was a structure in the bathroom that held towels that appeared to have been loosely attached to the dry wall, because at some point it fell out. That didn't really affect us, and when we reported it, it was quickly repaired. This was good. Not really a complaint.

Las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Todo limpio. El desayuno me pareció bien, había una pequeña variedad que lo distinguía de otros alojamientos de su mismo nivel en los que me he quedado.

El horario del desayuno debería ser extendida por una hora más. Si viajas de vacaciones o de paseo, levantarse temprano no es algo que te apetezca.

La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno muy bueno y la atención del personal, de primera.

Ni hubo nada que me pareciera malo.

Excelente estancia y limpieza. Las camas fueron muy cómodas, el baño organizado y limpio. Fue un excelente lugar para hospedarse y asistir a actividades cerca.

El hotel quedó muy anticuado (las llaves de luz parecen de los años 70). No tienen cortinas para tapar completamente la entrada de la luz y el desayuno que incluyen es realmente lamentable. Las toallas parecen de papel, todo muy muy muy low cost

pasamos muchos dias sin piscina, se arruino un elevador como por 2 dias, el elevador esta como viejito y se tarda mucho,

Boa localização, camas muito confortáveis e um bom café da manhã estilo americano.

Cheiro de mofo muito forte no quarto.

The hotel is updated, clean, and the rooms are very large. Plenty of soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner - all Dove brand. I only stayed one night and did not use any amenities.

It is not a dislike, but the bed is so high off the ground, they should include a step stool for those of us who are vertically challenged.

Very poor equipment in the rooms, not even a bottle of water, no amenities besides of shampoo and conditioner, no kettle for hot water.. And the breakfast was very very dissapointing - stayed there for 8 nights, same food every day, no refill, sometimes not even yogurt and cream cheese, and the pancakes were disgusting. The trash always full and nobody comes to clean. The coffee tasted bad. Most of the ladies at the front desk weren't friendly at all. Paying more than 180 dollars for a night for two adults and a baby and needed to come to reception every night to get the third towel, insane.

Good location, large bed, felt safe

Room was musty, noise from air conditioner was constant. When showering water leaked on to the entire bathroom floor. Complimentary breakfast was lacking.

De las experiencias mas desagradables🤧que hemos tenido,el cuarto que nos dierón olía a plomo no se soportaba respirar ahí ,literal salimos con un brote respiratorio directo para el hospital.Aparte no hay parqueo porque llegan personas con botes y les permiten agarrar 4 parqueos a la vez .

I liked the bed!

The management was rude when checking in to the hotel. I was standing in line to be waited on and the manager took another person in line instead of helping me first. He had just walked up to the counter. I asked if I was next and the manager said he was already in the hotel. I looked and said "I'm in the hotel, too" He went on to help the man anyways?????? I will never stay at another Holiday Inns Express!!!!! Not to mention we went to the room to discover they did not restock our towels during the day.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Muy limpio y organizado todo. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Es curioso pero la cama es demasiado alta. Algunas personas del hotel pueden mejorar su servicio, aunque en general es muy bueno.

Quiet location and relatively close to the Miami Open Tennis Stadium. Room was large, had good facilities in the room eg fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom was clean.

TV service very poor, it was showing bad quality. Limited channels, I was unable to watch the tennis. The staff said I need to raise this in my feedback. Room service was not great. I stayed 2 weeks, but only had a thorough clean once or twice on request. The room was slightly dated compared to the holiday Inn in Miramar.

There was a musty smell in the hallway and also in our room. The ac unit controls had no lettering so we could not use it properly

The breakfast was great . I also liked that I could’ve have coffee 24 hours.

I stayed on the 4th floor and because I work in Hospitality also my eyes were very keen, the garbage at the elevator seems to have been there all day. There was some chips on the floor just as you walked out the elevator, I watched it there for the 3 days I stayed there.
