If you have a big luggage, it would be difficult to walk, the room is small overall but good enough because it meant to be use for sleeping. You get what you paid.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026HOTEL AMANEK Kyoto Kawaramachi Gojo è una struttura moderna con stanze confortevoli, anche se contenute, dotate di un bagno con un'ampia doccia. Lo staff è cortesissimo e molto disponibile, la colazione è buona con la possibilità di scegliere tra quella occidentale e quella giapponese. Molto gradito il sevizio di soft drink illimitato compreso nel prezzo. La struttura mette inoltre a disposizione acqua fresca e ghiaccio al secondo piano, dove è anche disponibile la lavanderia. L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione con le linee 205, 4, 7 che fermano quasi davanti all'entrata. A due passi c'è un seven eleven e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti localini tipici dove si possono mangiare piatti ottimi.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Nos encantó la comodidad de la habitación y el baño. La ubicación era perfecta, teníamos paradas de bus muy cerca que nos llevaban demasiado fácil a todos los sitios turísticos. Además cerca del hotel hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes increíbles. El río kamo y potoncho están muy cerca para tener caminatas románticas y agradables. El personal fue muy amable, nos ayudaron con todas nuestras necesidades y también a enviar nuestro equipaje a Tokio.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Hotel znajdował się w centrum, blisko dworca, co było dużym plusem i bardzo ułatwiało poruszanie się po okolicy. Pokój był niewielki, ale w Japonii jest to raczej standard. Łóżko było duże i składało się z dwóch materacy, dzięki czemu było bardzo wygodne. W pokoju znajdował się czajnik i kubki, a w łazience dostępne były kosmetyki. Śniadania były w stylu japońskim, ale wybór był na tyle duży, że każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Pokój był sprzątany raz na trzy dni, natomiast ręczniki wymieniano codziennie, co było bardzo wygodne. Dużym plusem było to, że po południu i wieczorem można było korzystać z sali, w której rano serwowano śniadanie. Dostępne były tam bezpłatnie kawa, herbata oraz napoje bezalkoholowe, natomiast napoje alkoholowe były dodatkowo płatne. Dodatkowym atutem hotelu był onsen, który był świetnym miejscem na relaks po całym dniu zwiedzania. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i chętnie wróciłabym do tego hotelu.

O quarto é super apertado, mas bem desenhado com espaço pra sentar na beirada da cama e usar a prateleira para comer, chinelos, tamanquinhos, café, creme e chá a vontade no restaurante. Além disso, tem máquina de gelo, filtro de água e máquinas lava e seca roupas. Maravilhoso!
O quarto é super estreito, mas aparentemente é algo do Japão.

A linha de trem que leva diretamente para a estação de Kyoto (gojo station) não é tão perto. Quarto podia ser maior, abrir uma mala grande se torna um pouco difícil fora da cama pelo pouco espaço.

Abbiamo pagato tre notti, ma per un cambio del volo ne abbiamo potute fare solo due, abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse modo di annullare l'ultima (il primo giorno), ma nulla, e va benissimo, abbiamo quindi chiesto, avendo già pagato se per lo meno per le due notti in cui eravamo lì potessero farci usufruire della colazione (a buffet), ma niente. Io capisco tutto e non chiedo soldi perché è stato un errore mio, ma un minimo di flessibilità

The room layout was terrible; the bed took up almost the entire space, and we couldn't even find room to open a small suitcase. Most of the rooms have no windows and face a blank wall, so they get no natural light. The cleanliness was also unacceptable—rooms are cleaned only once every four days, and even then, the trash wasn't emptied. The towels were stained, and the bed was uncomfortable. We would definitely not consider staying here again

Having an onsen within the hotel is a significant advantage, as many travellers do not have the opportunity to visit or book an onsen during their trip. Being able to enjoy one directly at the hotel adds considerable value to the overall experience.
As for the aspects I liked less, the rooms are quite small for guests travelling with large suitcases. While there is storage space under the bed designed for luggage, every time you need to access your suitcase it takes up most of the room, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

During my 4 nights of stay there, there were those same few people staying on the entry of 2nd floor all the time, as sitting on the ground either drinking or just chatting, they were not going to the public bath or doing their laundry or anything just sitting there it’s really, really really disturbing. The hotel has a lot of Russian tenants, which I have no problem with, but if they bring make up and alcohol in to the public bath then I’m not ok😅 the hotel lack of surveillances on their public amenities, there were those 2 Russian girls taking selfie in the public bath NAKED and when I try to stop them they spoke like no English I had to grab my phone and google translate to them. And they were unhappy(for real?), the staff are great but I feel they either know it’s hard to control those tourists or they just don’t want to waste their time

The shower is one of the best shower i've ever seen, the electronic toilet works really well and has all the functions you could ask for. Many lights configuration inside the room but really really tight spaces... 3 beds have occupied all the available space so you won't be able to keep your suticases open.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut. Kurze Wege zu einigen Sightseeing Punkten und auch viele Restaurants in Reichweite. Modernes Hotel. Zimmer hatte einen eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank und es gab kostenlos Wasser im 2.OG.
Das Zimmer war sehr beengt. Es gab kaum Möglichkeiten den Koffer aufzustellen. Unter dem Bett gab es aber Stauraum. Im Bad war keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen.
