Hotel in una buona posizione, collegato da vari autobus. Lo staff è stato molto gentile è abbiamo apprezzato molto l’angolo sofà nella nostra stanza. La camera e gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono dotati di tutti i comfort. Consigliatissimo.

Outstanding hotel! Everything about this hotel is perfection. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the complimentary breakfast is a nice perk too!

The laundry facilities are not worth the time. Takes a long time 2-4 hours to do 2 loads and the clothing still wet. Recommend to walk 100 meters up the street to the laundromat it was much quicker and effective!!

Great value for money! The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, especially by Japanese standards. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely a place I would recommend.

Staff were wonderful. The room was a good size compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan. Everything was very nice and clean!

L'albergo è moderno, lo staff eccezionale e la posizione davvero comoda. Abbiamo girato al centro senza problemi. Viene servita una colazione complementare piccola ma molto apprezzata e non mancano mai caffè , acqua e succo di arancia. Lo staff viene sempre incontro al cliente e abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia interna.

La pulizia poteva essere un pò più accurata, ma penso sia nello standard del paese.

Uno dei soggiorni migliori in Giappone. Stanza bella, confortevole e pulita. La colazione top. Il cambio asciugamani giornaliero molto apprezzato. Posizione anche ottima.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la tarima a los pies de la balconera y las vistas desde allí. Cenamos muchas noches en la habitación disfrutando de este rincón. La habitación, muy espaciosa, viene equipada con todo. Pijama, zapatillas, calentador, cafetera, ofuro, armario, váter separado del lavabo, plancha, escritorio... ¡Calidad-precio muy buena! Espacio de sobras para organizar todas las maletas... jajajaja Con la reserva nos entraba un servicio de pequeño desayuno que agradecimos mucho. El servicio, muy amable, nos recogió dos paquetes.

Nada, nos encantó todo, volveríamos a alojarnos aqui.

Çok temiz, her yere yakın ve güler yüz. Kahvaltı olmamasına rağmen sanki kahvaltı varmış gibi atıştırmalık ikram ediyorlar. 7/24 çay kahve ikramı var.Bunun dışında oda her temizlendiği su konuluyor bu çok güzeldi. Şampuan tutun el kremi, tarak, yüz nemlendiricisi, maske her şeyinizi karşılıyorlar. Check out günü veda ederken ayrıca maçalı bisküvi verdiler. Kyoto tekrar gelsem ilk kalacağım yer olur.

Posizione perfetta! Ci siamo mossi comodamente a piedi per raggiungere tutti i principali punti di interesse del centro di Kyoto. La struttura è molto bella e curata, e le camere sono spaziose, ben organizzate e molto comode per gli standard giapponesi. Ci è piaciuta tantissimo anche la zona con il tavolino e le sedute basse ricavata davanti alla finestra, davvero carina! Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio Takkyubin affidandoci direttamente all’hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Soggiorno davvero ottimo, struttura che consigliamo sicuramente!

Highly recommend !! Excellent value for money. The location is very good, 10-15 minutes walk to Gion and Nishiki and shops. 7/11 and family mart very close and open 24/7. Washer dryer in the lobby floor and also Launder mart across the street, lots of food options. The room was good size for 2 people, and very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped with everything we asked. There is a wardrobe which was very helpful. Complimentary light breakfast and drinks. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. Will definitely be back there again!!

The hotel was great! Perfectly clean, all new, very comfortable and quiet. No noise and great bed. Staff was super friendly and the light breakfast was the perfect start of the day. It had everything one could need, even the laundry machine. Very very recommended!!

The room was exactly what we expected. We enjoyed the breakfast; it tasted great and was just enough to start your day without feeling stuffed. The staff was attentive and friendly.

There were only 2 washer-and-dryer combos, which took a long time. My husband waited for a while, then eventually found a laundromat down the road. We stayed for 2 nights, and on the 2nd morning, the coffee machine was out of order.

Che dire hotel splendido, nuovo, pulitissimo, camere grandi oltre la media per essere in Giappone, posizione ottimale, vicinissimo a Gion ed al centro di Kyoto, ma fuori dal casino. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 stando benissimo e con ottimi spazi. Doccia enorme oltre alla vasca. I miei figli si potevano lavavare contemporaneamente. Piccola colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Albergatori molto gentili e pieni di consigli su dove andare a mangiare. Ci hanno consigliato due ottimi posti non commerciali dove mangiare Wagyu e Soba. Fermata del BUS (quasi l'unico mezzo per muoversi a Kyoto) proprio fuori dall'hotel. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Top!! Consigliatissimo!!

Nós fomos extremamente bem recebidos, toda a equipe foi muito educada e a comunicação foi muito bem-sucedida principalmente porque falavam bem inglês. O hotel esta em um ponto estratégico, em 10min andando você estará no Nishiki Market. Se o objetivo for Minamiza Theatre em 15min andando. Há pontos de ônibus em frente ao hotel, então se os locais que vocês forem acessar são mais distantes fica muito fácil acessar da porta do hotel. Como um ponto adicional eles servem um café da manhã, que segundo eles é simples, mas que na verdade é uma delícia e consegue suprir bem a refeição da manhã. Eu definitivamente ficaria nesse mesmo hotel se voltasse a Kyoto.

Bu otelde çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odalar temiz ve standart bir kahvaltı vardı. Konum olarak da merkezi bir konumda. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse konaklama için bu oteli tercih edeceğim.

Sevmediğimiz bir şey yoktu.

这里可以步行经过三条去清水寺，里京都著名的夜晚用餐一条街也十分接近（几分钟左右），免费的早餐，热情的前台以及一个小的洗衣房，十分完美的居所.

Het hotel staat op een perfecte locatie met uitzicht op de brug waarover je Gion bereikt. Het hotel biedt in de ochtend een ontbijt aan - niet heel uitgebreid, maar prima! - en geeft zeer goede tips voor activiteiten en restaurants in de buurt. De kamer zelf was heerlijk schoon, lekker koel en had een prachtig uitzicht over Gion. We hebben genoten!

De wasmachine in de lobby was niet echt geweldig.

Boa localização com ponto de ônibus quase em frente e estação de metrô andando alguns minutos. Quarto muito amplo e confortável. Bastante opção de restaurantes próximos e combinis.

O café da manhã é muito fraco. Não tem quase nada de variedade e não é confortável já que é servido na recepção. A máquina lava e seca é muito ruim pra secar. Coloquei pra secar 3 vezes e a roupa ainda saiu úmida.

hôtel très bien situé proche de Gion et des du est centre d'intérêt , près de la rivière qui traverse la ville ce qui permet des balades très sympa. Il y a pas mal de restaurent à proximité dont un restaurant de Ramen étoilé juste à côté, excellent!! La chambre familiale est spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires, une salle pour laver le linge quelques en-cas le matin pour dépanner ça reste pratique ! Avec deux enfant de 5 et 1 ans nous y sommes restés 6 nuits pour explorer kyoto et ses alentours, excellent rapport qualité prix, je le re-choisirai sans hésiter!

Väldigt prisvärt och ligger bra i Kyoto, gå över bron och du är i Gion-området och 600 meter till Downtown! Hyfsat stort rum, luftigt jämfört med rum i samma prisklass i Tokyo. Man kan gå till receptionen där det finns en lättare frukost (croissant eller bulle, juice) som man kan ta upp till rummet. Möjlighet att göra morgon-te finns på rummet också. Rent och fint.

The room size was great and I loved that there was a tub! The staff was also really helpful and friendly!

It was a bit far from any train station, the closest one was at least a 10 min walk. Also I don't think my fridge was working. I put water in overnight but it wasn't cold the next day.

Hotel parfait pour visiter Kyoto. Il est idéalement situé à 10-15 minutes à pied de Pontocho et Gion et pas trop loin de la gare (10 minutes en taxi ou bus). L'hotel est calme, propre, les lits sont confortables. L'équipe est serviable. Tout est au top. Il n'y a pas de salle de restauration, on prend donc de quoi manger son petit-déjeuner (choix limités mais suffisants) à l'accueil pour aller le manger dans sa chambre. Point très positif : machine à espresso (parfaitement réglée) à disposition 24 heures sur 24.

No Onsen, no breakfast

De bom gosto. Ótima localização. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos.

Although situated on the busy street, the hotel has a very nice and calm ambiente, the personal was very warm and friendly. Room was nice and the bathroom quite big. And there was also some coffee and breakfast in the morning which was just so nice. We felt like having really nice hotel-home in Kyoto :)

We didn't have any problem or complains about the hotel.

Staff gentile e disponibile, pulizia impeccabile, disponibilità di servizi gratuiti come caffè, the, acqua e succhi tutto il giorno, una piccola colazione al mattino con yogurt, panini, piccoli croissant e al pomeriggio ci sono i biscottini per il the. Tutto gratuito. Il bagno con doccia e vasca e separato un piccolo bagno con wc. La cura in generale dei dettagli.

El tamaño de la habitación era extremadamente justo y por otro lado el desayuno era una broma realmente porque no solamente que era inexistente prácticamente era un desayuno de máquina sino que además no había espacio físico para que la gente pudiera desayunar y las habitaciones tampoco lo tenían con lo cual esto fue un desastre

1.整體空間感非常舒適，早上有供應簡單的麵包、優格，果汁、咖啡、水是全天供應。 2.地理位置還不錯，距離清水寺周邊的景點還蠻近，而且旁邊就是鴨川、水岸步道，非常適合清晨、傍晚漫步其中。
