Reviewed Sep 5, 2026I booked the property, they collected the necessary payment for it but I tried contacting every number they provided but no one responded, they said they’ll refund but instead they ended up not responding anymore, don’t book this place they’ll do the same to you
Their services is bad, once you book they’ll take your money and keep you in the dark.

We booked a Queen Room with balcony and according to the Webpage the following was not as mentioned. There was no safe deposit box, no desk in the room, the seating area was just one chair, Hair dryer was missing, unit was not ground floor but upstairs, plug at the basin in bathroom not working and to top it all we had to call the manager at 9.00 o'clock in the evening because coming back from supper we had to notice that the bedside lamps had no globes. To sum it up this room was not in any way as said on your webside. Further the tv was positioned in such a way that you only can see half the screen from the bed.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Perfekte Lage. Von hier aus war alles in der Umgebung super erreichbar. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet. Es waren sogar bereits Adapter für europäische Stecker in den Steckdosen. Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und wirken frisch renoviert. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Der gesamte Bereich der Unterkunft war jederzeit nutzbar. Das Frühstück, frisch zubereitet von Adam ließ keine Wünsche offen. Man konnte täglich selbst wählen worauf man Lust hat, es gab sehr leckere Optionen sein Frühstück zu gestalten. Adam war immer, zu jeder Uhrzeit erreichbar und hat immer wieder entscheidende und nützliche Tipps geben können. Entweder allgemein, oder wenn man bereits Pläne hatte, konnte er Hinweise geben, wie man seine Ausflüge noch erweitert oder verbessert. Außerdem konnte er auch bei Restaurant Reservierungen helfen, er hat immer noch einen Platz organisieren können. Wir hatten direkt an der Unterkunft einen sicheren Parkplatz. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kapstadt kommen, werden wir wieder Bentley's wählen !!!

He knows all the great spots to go to and his tips on daytrips are fab. The room was impeccable, the bed amazing (it didn't fit into my suitcase or we would've taken it with us 😉) So glad we booked here and would recommend to anyone. And sending extra love to the lovely furry friend, Milo.

The guesthouse was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Adam and Kelly were the perfect hosts, so friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious. Thank you Adam and Kelly for a lovely stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Wish I could have spent more time here, however it was exactly the place I needed after a long flight to unwind and relax, definitely leaving me with the feeling of a home away from home! Kelly and Adam were such great hosts, I felt so at home. Breakfast was really nice and it was made to order, which is perfect as it was freshly prepared. I would definitely return soon!

Our stay at the guesthouse was delightful; it's beautifully maintained with rooms cleaned daily and boasts a wonderful terrace with a pool. However, the true gem are hosts, Adam and Kelly. They prepares delicious breakfasts daily and engages guests, offering recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and more. Adam , Kelly (don't forget about their lovely dog Milo) truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

There was a mini bar in the room but also in the kitchen. Also, there was a storage for kite gear and you could park very save on the property. Would really recommend staying here.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2024Excellent Guesthouse! A modern but still cozy interior. The hosts Adam and Kelly made me feel welcome from the start. Super clean too. And the breakfast is excellent. Not a place for party but rather to seek comfort and serenity.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2023Adam and Kelly went out of their way to make us feel 'at home' The breakfast was excellent. You would have to go a long way to find a better guest house than Bentley's, and we will certainly return, next time we visit South Africa.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2023The food were very tasty and professionally done. Adam and Kelly were very friendly and did the extra mile to let their guests feel welcome. The whole place were very clean and neat. The location is perfectly close to the beach front as well as to Melkbos beach.
I would have loved to have a bath. The beautiful shower did make up for it! Next time we will book the Queen Room.
