The fact that my room wasn’t cleaned and I wasn’t served breakfast on Sunday. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere before I paid I was mentioned when I was checking in. This means I paid for services I didn’t receive. That’s unfair and unacceptable.

Das Zimmer & das Bad waren grosszügig & sehr schön. Viel Stauraum im Badezimmer. Jeden Tag , ausser Sonntag ,Zimmerservice. Tolle Terasse, Pool, schöner Garten & sehr gutes Frühstück. Im Wohnraum Aussicht zum Table Mountain. Der süsse Hund Marshmellow.

Das Zimmer ist hellhörig. Die Türe ist nicht Schall und Luftdicht. Man hört alles & am Morgen den intensiven Geruch des Bratspeckes.Auch hört man die Wasserleitungen.

Уютные апарты - попадаешь в светлое пространство и понимаешь - вот он отдых, милейший персонал, есть все необходимое и немножко больше. Вкуснейший завтрак. Тут время будто замирает. Ощущение безопасности и уюта. Есть даже халаты. До океана неспеша минут 10. У меня был вылет вечером, хозяин отеля предложил находиться в номере, т.к. после меня апарты не были забронированы. Огромное вам человеческое спасибо! Я бы хотела вернуться. Очень уютный город у океана

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Abstand von zwei Jahren im 5 Options Guest House, weil wir bei unserem ersten Besuch von der Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber und dem Charme der Anlage so begeistert waren. Wir wählten es als Basisstation für unsere Ausflüge an die Westküste. Inzwischen wurde ein Teil der Anlage sogar renoviert. Das Personal ist nach wie vor sehr freundlich und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Jeden Morgen wird man mit einem wunderbaren Frühstück begrüßt. In der Anlage befindet sich ein Pool und von einigen Zimmern aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Tafelberg und den Ozean. Die Anlage ist in einer ruhigen Gegend eingebettet und nur einige Fußminuten vom Bloubergstrand entfernt.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber ( Neli und Mark), die sich um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste warmherzig kümmern. Kinderfreundlich. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auf individuelle Wünsche abgestellt und frisch zubereitet. Schönes Haus mit Pool in einem sehr ruhigen, gepflegten und sicheren Vorstadtviertel. Z.T. Meeres- oder Tafelbergblick vom Zimmer aus. Große, gemütliche Zimmer. Möglichkeit, in der Gemeinschaftsküche selbst Essen zuzubereiten.

Einige Möbelstücke ( Sessel, Stühle, Schränke) in den Zimmern könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen, aber letztlich ist das nicht störend!!!

The location is very close to the main beach, you could drive or walk and it’s a peaceful area. The breakfast was incredible! The staff is very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay here again. Blessings!

The property is located in a very quiet area, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh fruit served each morning. The staff, Neli and Mark, were friendly and welcoming.

I was a bit concerned to find the fruit already served and left uncovered on the table, as it made me wonder how long it had been sitting out. Additionally, while the room cleaning was acceptable overall, there is definitely room for improvement.

I loved the location because it's closer the restaurants and malls. The breakfast was very nice and you have many options to choose from. I loved how our room was decorations it felt like I'm in the Mediterranean.

A beautiful house with five apartments: After three days, we moved to the top apartment, which offered a breathtaking view of Table Mountain and the ocean. The apartment was spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided the utmost comfort. Nelly and Mark, who take care of everything on-site, were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast they prepared to our wishes was excellent and exceeded expectations. The apartments are located a bit outside of Cape Town, but Uber is affordable and reliable, making it easy to get around without a rental car. Additionally, many tours offer hotel pick-up services. The neighborhood is upscale and safe. It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach and a nearby restaurant, which is decent, but shops and stores are about a 20–25 minute walk away. For surfers, Bloubergstrand is a paradise, thanks to the frequent windy conditions. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation in Cape Town. The day tours were fantastic, but returning to our comfortable apartment each evening made the experience even more special. We will definitely be back!

There is not enough parking - there are only 2 parking spaces but there are 5 rooms on the premises.

Nothing, my expectations were exceeded

Nice clean pool, braai facilities near pool area. Safe place for children. Pets are allowed which we really appreciated. Breakfast was amazing!! No load shedding as the premises is fully equipped with backup power. Nice location, close the plenty of restaurant's and bars and 5-minute walking distance from the beach.

The price was abit on the heavy side as it was not value for money.

Mark made us a fantastic breakfast every day at the time we requested. It was like we had our own chef with us. Neli, the manager, did her best to make our stay as good as possible. My sister was even provided a gluten-free breakfast.

The house has nice, cozy rooms, but something needs to be improved here and there. A few light bulbs are broken and here and there you can just see that it is no longer the newest house. But it's not something that repulses you, you only partially notice it.

The Staffs are friendly and very supportive and helpfully, the breakfast was amazing just cooked and delicious. The room was more like an apartment within all the needed and more, big wardrobes. Also, a big bed, the parking also included, and it was private at the same place. It is highly recommended.

Bad communication as we did not get any reply to our mails we sent before arrival. House needs deep cleaning and renovtion. Photos suggest everything nicer, more comfy and cleaner than it it in truth. Did not feel very comfortable due to this.

The accommodation was spacious. The breakfast was very good and beautifully served. The view from the breakfast room would have been lovely if the weather had been better. We appreciated the electric blanket as it was cold weather. There was a patio off the room which where it would have been nice to relax but we could not enjoy it because of the weather. We were grateful for assistance carrying our cases to and from the car.

The lounge area needed more light. The house has rooms on different levels and so there are many steps. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht im 5-Options, supergerne wären wir länger geblieben. Kleines, hervorragend geführtes Haus mit persönlicher Note, Katja ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, man fühlt sich augenblicklich wohl, ihr Angestellter Mark hat uns sehr herzlich und nett empfangen bei unserer Ankunft. Super Frühstück, schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Man ist schnell am Strand und kann dort wunderbar - mit gigantischem Blick auf den Tafelberg - die Kitesurfer bestaunen. Der Tipp für das Abendessen war prima, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn dieses Gästehaus war eines der Highlights auf unserer Rundreise.
