There was a ladies pad wrapper on the floor of the bathroom floor and hair as well. The beds had no spring left in them very uncomfortable. Breakfast food was lukewarm at best. Very disappointing left and drove to Queenstown.

Cooked breakfast selections like warm at best. There is no lift for accommodation on the upper floors, making it difficult to navigate stairs while having mobility issues. Somewhat dated accomodation and dining room tables and chairs old and chipped with sticky surfaces.

We were given rooms with the wrong bed configuration. On arrival we checked in and then had the inconvenience of having to move to rooms with the correct configuration as booked on Booking.com. The receptionist stated that we were being upgraded but they were not open about this at check-in. There was no evidence of an upgrade.

Called no 0, i think the front desk pick up, we asked for.additional bath Towel... due to after shower the water from the bathroom leaking through the door. Asked for toothbrush, they said no toothbrush available. And the 4 square supermarket has closed. However No one coming as promised. Our bathroom seems for people with dissability. And the toilet seat was sloping.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Arrived 8pm only to find our $400 a night room had a massive leak in the bathroom, so they moved us to a new room, only to find milk had been left in the fridge which was not working and the foul odor overwhelmed the place... so off to a new room, which was okay, but the bed was extremely poor and should have been replaced a couple of years ago.... I'd like to see the owners of the hotel sleep on that bed and then have to pay $400 a night for it.... Needless to say we won't return.
