Great location. Very roomy.

Perfect location, close to everything and within walking distance. Very tidy and clean room, had everything we needed for the night. Great stay and would recommend to others to stay here.

There was nothing we were unhappy with. Great place to stay and we were very cosy, warm and clean.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig abseits der Strasse. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Schlüssel holt man sich bei Rezeption ab. - Grosses Zimmer und Bad. Kleine Küchenzeile, wir nutzten aber den Wasserkocher für Tee. Gute Betten, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Alles ok (nur der Gletscher war nicht zu sehen, aber dafür kann das Motel nichts!!)

The individual log cabins are one of a kind and have been updated. The location near along the West Coast and the trails is perfect. I hope to return.

We stayed at the "ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH KITCHEN AND SPA BATH," which is very large and comfortable, with a pleasant living room, a small kitchen, and a table with chairs. It has all the necessary comforts for both summer and winter. The service is simple but friendly. It is very well located, just one block from the main street, where you'll find several bars, restaurants, and tourist agencies. This location makes it very quiet, which is great for a peaceful night.

Nice apartment in excellent location.

I expected a sofa bed for third person in lounge and in fact there were three beds in the bedroom. This didn't work well for our party. Perhaps I misread details before booking???

The electric blanket could really be felt under the sheet, bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location and the room was very comfortable. Really enjoyed drinking a cup of tea and admiring the view of the glacier!

We were in apartment 19 for two nights and we discovered that apartments 18, 19 and 20 back onto a caravan park toilet and laundry so could be noisy at times.

Huge room with wonderful beds, large bathroom with great shower. Kitchen really useful in unit. Available laundry with machines , clothes lines and a bbq and outdoor setting for use. 3 min walk into town with restaurants and grocery shop. Staff were so helpful and kind. Car park out front of room. Ground floor rooms. The Terrace tries hard with eco friendly rubbish management. 👏 Quiet street.

The room we had is possibly a bit dark but fine with lights on and doors open. Not a deal breaker for us

Il manquait une chaise, des couverts et pas de cafetière. Après négociation ,nous avons obtenu 1 fourchette .... La cuisine est équipée sommairement.

Location good to local amenities and the glacier hikes. That’s about it.

Unclean, smell of staleness in the property. Needs refurb big time. No sink in kitchenette- need to use bathroom sink to wash dishes etc which causes clog in bathroom sink which isn’t ideal. “Kitchenette” tiny and has no hob just microwave so eating in isn’t really viable.

Tidy, compact space with everything you need except cooking facilities. Handy to restaurants.

The bathroom does get damp with condensation quickly and heavy after a shower. I guess you have to open the window, but we were afraid bugs would fly in, lol. A central fan would help with that.

This was the most expensive room in our trip at $474 for one night. It is called the Executive Suite but it is anything but. Very dated, the shower is straight out of the early 90’s, the chopping board is a piece of old bench top and falling apart. A lick of paint and fresh carpet does not an Executive Suite make. To use the word executive is very misleading as it is anything but. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else in Franz. Very overpriced.

The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Service was excellent, even on Christmas Day when everything was closed, which was much appreciated. It’s in a great location within walking distance to the main street. The room had a smart TV, a well-sized kitchen, a decent-sized mini fridge, and super strong, reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay.

Parking can be a little tricky if you’re staying in one of the cottages, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Het motel ligt op loopafstand van het centrumpje van het dorpje, waar alles te doen is. Vanaf onze kamer was er - bij helder weer - een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. Helaas hebben we ook regen gehad, waardoor de bergen moeilijk zichtbaar waren. Op 2 minuten lopen van het motel vonden we gloeiwormen.
