It was a good location for what we needed.

People were lovely!

A few rooms down an alarm went off 2 days in a row...by the time I was awake and dressed it was already off...but it went off for 50 minutes!

The bed was comfy. Needed a spot to stay the night, and it worked.

Familiarity. Pleasant, efficient staff. Easy access. Quiet room.

The shuttle to the airport!

We could hear the neighbors TV through the wall at night.

I liked the amenities, store, restaurant and sports pub!

My suggestion would be revamp your entrance so it eye catching! Use LED lights outside with upgraded seating area with eye popping shrubs and mini lights. The lobby is not inviting at all. A fire place, seating area, water fountain or something with a calming sound would make it much more appealing to return to, Along with a TV. To put news or special tv events on for people checking in.

Very clean, nice location. Liked the room. Had trouble adjusting temp. Kept blowing cold air on me? The pillows were just lovely but too hard & deep for my head. Needed something not so high & softer. Lucky I brought one in the vehicle.

I just can’t think of anything I didn’t really like except the pillow was giving me a stiff neck

Friendly staff, bar and restaurant on site. The hotel was much nicer than I was expecting! The beds were comfy and room was clean. We were able to get a complimentary taxi to and from the airport and leave my car plugged in at the hotel. On top of that we had breakfast included. It was bacon and eggs and hash browns- the real stuff not powdered egg. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were friendly and understanding. Did not use breakfast because I left early to the airport.

Rates per night was a bit expensive than the near by hotels. Hot water was not available to drink tea/ coffee. The coffee machine in the room was not efficient.

I was working nightshift and the blinds were just a little far off the wall to keep the light out.

Newly renovated, and very comfortable.

I interacted with 4 staff. Two were great, two absolutely rude and had no concept of customer service. The manager who sets the tone for the rest of his staff seemed bitter, argumentative and absolutely no accommodations were made to resolve my issue. Only ' this is our policy ' You would think for the price you pay for a hotel room they could provide a second bottle of juice with the "Free breakfast" company policy to only give one. Complain and you'll get non ¥#@& them .

Parking lot is a bit small. Didn’t like that they shut off the water for 2hours for maintenance and prime time off the early evening when people would be coming back to their rooms. And never told us that breakfast on Sundays was only from 7-9. Nice enough staff but important information not given.

The bed was very comfortable and we loved the pillows. The room was clean and although no daily maid service, if we needed anything it was soon delivered. The rooms are not very soundproof, we had an end room, but when next room occupants talked we heard them. We had booked for 1 night about a month ago, then asked to extend for another night. We used the same booking agent, called the hotel to confirm we got the same room both nights. Their system didn't automatically register our room for both nights and we were checked out and had to check in again for the second night. Very inconvenient, we tried to use the elevator the second night at 11pm, our card didn't work and we had to go to the front desk the have it activated. Glenn at the front desk was very helpful.

The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Good hot breakfast buffet

First I want to say the employee at the front desk (Glenn) was very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant young man always smiling and eager to please. Also the staff at the breakfast for very friendly and efficient. The bed was comfy. Some things that could improve would be having a coffee table in the rooms so there is a place to play cards or put out snacks. The walls must be thin as you can hear most anything outside your room. We did not like that the washroom near the dining was not accessible without going to the front desk to get a key. This can present a problem if clerk is busy with a client and one needing the key has health issues that requires a washroom quickly. Perhaps make the door only accessible with your room key if needing it locked. Having the option to have your Sunday breakfast that is included to have that amount deducted from the Sunday Brunch and customers pay the remainder, so that on a Sunday one didn't have to be rushed. But lots of positives so wouldn't not stay here again but would likely look elsewhere unless some of these things were improved.

45 minutes to check in and a breakfast that starts several hours after most leave for work.

Check in was great, very friendly staff. Bed was amazing, had a great sleep. Hotel is close to a lot of shopping options.

This hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable, the bed was good. The real plus was the restaurant onsite. We got a great breakfast buffet included with our room. The parking was good and the front desk staff very helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay there, the staff was awesome and friendly, we will stay there again on our next trip to Grande Prarie thank you very much.

Your free breakfast in the morning was at an actual restaurant

Breakfast is basic with scrambled eggs and toast. Lots of coffee brought to you. Gets you on the road. Rooms were well equipped with good beds and average furniture.

It is exposed due to its immediate access to the major roadways. So they caution you to protect your vehicle and its load. Hard to have both.

The lady, time staff at front desk was excellent! We chatted with her, she gave us great advice and even showed us pictures of her animals.

Nice rooms. A big plus is the enhanced security in the hotel. Unless you have a card there is no using the elevator or stairs up to the floors.
