Surprising exceptional staff with beautiful view, food paradise around the vicinity. Permises clean , rooms tidy.

Actually the deco room cabinet needs repairs some varnish of furniture. The aircon needs upgrading as into the night the room feels warm. Upgrading of furnitures will be great. Thank you.

The room was dark n d aircond not cold. And d bathroom was very very outdated. And i can't lock my room door cuz there's no lock on d door... just a door latch only!!How can they allocate such room to customer in such dire condition. Front desk receptionist must be held responsible for their apathy attitude!!!

The aircond not functioning, after reported they offer another room, unfortunately again that room air-conditioning not working too. I think high time the management need to upgrade the ac system or service regularly.

Will need to avoid the floors nearer to the pool especially 4th floor facing the pool. Was very noisy.

Big, very comfortable rooms. Bathroom is clean enough. The big hall and the variety of available services provide a sense of comfort

Rooms are old, doors and armchairs show clear signs of decadence. Security box and fridge were not working (but promptly repaired indeed) Bathroom design is poor and very old style. Staff behaviour is somehow inconsistent. Some attentive members were kind and helpful, some other were hardly able to smile.

The location because there is a mall across the road and traffic surrounding is fine.

Breakfast should be free for this room rate and most hotels of same rating serve complementary drinks upon arrival / check-in.

This time I got a large room, thank you. However the quality of the TV broadcast was quite unsatisfactory (line interruption & picture quality - old version tv. Nowdays most hotel provides digital & high resolution tv). I often stay in this hotel but this is the first time i got room with with this kind of tv. Beside of this, overall i am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room spick and span. Staff in the executive lounge were warm and friendly, and they have a wide range of food items for breakfast & evening cocktails. The Hadramot restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel served the best Mohamara, Mandy rice and kunafa I've tasted in a long while.

The interiors are dated, and the furnishings look worn and shabby.

The room is huge and was lucky to have a balcony . The toilet seat jet spay not working and maybe need repair ? Shopping there is a little disappointed .

Kind of very old facilities. They need to do major refurbishmet.

I really liked the variety of breakfast options available. The room was also very comfortable, especially with the bathtub and well-provided toiletries, which made the stay more enjoyable.

The room size is quite small for a family of four, making it a bit cramped and less comfortable for our stay.

All staffs are warm and friendly. They greet the guests politely and with smiles on their faces. The food in the restaurant is up to my expectation. I am not fussy about food, though. The rooms and toilets are clean. Beds comfy.
