Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Vraiment c'était une mauvaise expérience de toute ma vie, Il était mon premier jour d'arrivée a 8h du mâtin j'attendais jusqu'à 15h pour le check in, alors quand je ne suis arrivé personne à la réception, la chambre que j'ai réservé est déjà donné à un autre client, j'ai appelé le propriétaire sans réponse et finalement il répond sur WhatsApp dit que je dois payer par transfert bancaire alors que sur booking mentionné que je dois payer cash. J'étais trop fatigués et je veux juste dormir j'ai accepté ses conditions de cash avec un dépôt de garantie, mais la chambre était petite et ennuyeuse j'ai pas pu dormir ni WiFi ni télévision ni climatisation, ainsi l'endroit semble dangereux. J'avais beaucoup de peur, et le pire il a refusé de me donner le dépôt de garantie cash à peine il a accepté de me faire un virement mais avec déduction des frais bancaires qui s'élève à 20% du montant déposer.
Cet hébergement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.

Rumah agak berhabuk di kawasan wayar TV dan nampak dinding baru di lap sebelum kami check in. Bayaran parking juga tak sampai 24jam dah masuk kira rate parking lain masa nk exit

Ada peti ais kecil, TV berfungsi dgn beberapa channel (Njoy), ada sterika/papan, hair dryer, micowave, jag elektrik dan pinggan mangkuk juga. Ada kemudahan lift dan parking (berbayar). Kedai2 makan juga banyak di tingkat bawah bangunan. Host juga sgt membantu dan friendly. Self-check in, perlu ambil kunci di box yg diletakkan di kedai makan(senang nak cari) Overall, saya berpuas hati.
