駅から近く清潔感あり。外国人が多いが、皆マナーが良い。駅から近くて、すぐ隣にまいばすけっとがあり超便利！マクドナルドやドトールもあり飲食店には困らない。フロントのお姉さんも新人だけどとても親切で丁寧。一生懸命対応してくださった。コーヒーとアイスクリームと朝のパンのサービスがとても嬉しかった。是おすすめしたいシティホテルです。

駅チカなので、電車の通る音が少し気になった。 私は電車の音は平気なので大丈夫だったが、気になる人には注意点。コインランドリー何常に満杯だったので順番を待つことも。

Durante il soggiorno c'è stato un terremoto e l'hotel si è presento stabile e sicuro. Posizione ottima, 2 minuti dalla stazione Nishi Nippori; molti konbini; ristoranti ecc.

Tutto bene, consigliato! Camere un po' piccole, ma è la media di Tokyo. Camera con finestra oscurata e chiusa.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the metro. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

員工親切 會講中文 環境乾淨 住宿空間很大...這次入住很滿意 離JR站很近...走路約2~3分鐘 費用不會太高...下次若有機會 會選擇再次入住

服務員親切，設備好，一樓有咖啡飲水機，早上的可頌麵包很好吃！有DHC備品自取，二樓有洗衣機，房間內蓮蓬頭也是ReFa,整體上小而美卻有點高級，基本上設備都充足，這個價格沒什麼好挑剔。

插座少，檯燈電線有貼布補過的痕跡在，還好沒有影響住宿。確實有鐵路聲很大，還好本身很晚睡 很早起，如果淺眠 早睡晚起的人可能不喜歡。也有其他人提到氣味，確實有點味道，地點距離車站也要走一下。

Location perfect. Two stations is 2-5 mintes to walk. Perfect connection to Narita. Beds was comfortable, room size good for Japans standarts.

Firsrt shock that trains track 5 meters from window. But 3 layers of windows do the job. Need ears plugs if very sensitive. Three nights was not an issue to be honest.

Konumu gerçekten çok güzel metro istasyonuna 250metre, odalar bir tık küçük olsa da, lobide kahve makinasının olması, sabah kruvasan verilmesi, dondurma bulunması güzel düşünülmüş. Ayrıca 2.katta çamaşır makinası ve mikrodalga var. Yataklar rahat, temizlik isteğinize göre temizlik yapıyorlar ve çok temiz oluyor. Kısacası rahat edebileceğiniz bir otel.

Like every review states: Location is key, close to the Yamanote line and the Tokyo Metro and Keisei line to the airport. It is easy to go around. A convenience store nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some free amenities and lots of stuff you can loan ( charger, iron,...)

The train noise during daytime can be disturbing. Earplugs are provided, and between midnight and 5:00am there aren't any trains running. I knew this beforehand. The price/quality was too good to pass up on.

沒有提供早餐，但有提供冰棒或可頌，地點離西日暮里站非常近，旁邊也有aeon開到12點，但東西比較少，像是express的類型，深夜要吃東西的話，附近也有拉麵店跟松屋，算是生活機能不錯的地方。

這個改善不了，就是五點半開始就會有火車、地鐵經過，非常熱鬧，大約每3~5分鐘就一班列車經過；這次訂了4人房，照片上的空間頗大，但實際大約7坪，四人的行李箱建議不要對開式的，要上掀式的，不然會打不開。

しいていうなら古い感じ。お風呂周りの掃除が微妙だなという印象。 翌日パーティがあるためヘアセットが必須であり、 ホテルではストレートヘアアイロンが借りれると画像であったため、念のため問い合わせしてきいてみたら、 あるのと借りれると言われたが、ホテルに着いたらカールアイロンしかなかった。ないなら自分で持って行ったのにそこが1番無しだなと思った。 日本人スタッフがいなかった。

Excelente ubicación

Comparatively large room for 4 people in Tokyo with reasonable price. Room amenities are good. The hotel is located near JR and skyliner station, very convenient for us to go for sight-seeing and shopping in Central Tokyo.

The hotel is relatively new and easy to get to by train. There are a few subway stations nearby so many options available. There are loads of restaurants nearby as well with an Aeon mini mart practically next door. Matsuya and yoshinoya is within a 3 min walk if you need a quick meal. As mentioned, lots of other restaurants nearby for more sit down dinning options.

Train tracks are just a half block away and you definitely hear each and every train passing. There are double windows but it can only do so much give the proximity. I am not a light sleeper so it was fine for me, but those with noise concerns should be aware.

エアコンの冷房の温度調整機能が壊れていたのか、冷房の温度が20℃から変更できず寒さに苦慮した。 部屋に入った直後に変な匂いがした。

El hotel tiene buen espacio para tres personas, dos camas y un futón. El hotel cerca de la estación de metro y de tren, buena combinación de transporte. Desde el aeropuerto de Narita llegas en unos 40 minutos a la estación de Nisinippori. Hay restaurantes cercanos, no hay mucho turistas que los llenen asiq ue puedes comer con gente local sin problema.

El único inconveniente y que no tuvimos en cuenta para reservar era que tiene las vías del tren al lado, justo abres la ventana y lo ves, lo que significa que el ruido de los trenes lo tienes todo el día. Por la noche también hasta ciertas horas. Por lo demás, por el precio, ubicación y la calidad del hotel, se puede soportar a menos que seas de suelo ligero.

Lluny de les zones turístiques, vies del tren al costat literalment, no opció esmorçar, poques opcions d’esmorçar aprop. L’aire de l’habitació feia molta olor a humitat, a tot l’hotel hi ha una olor peculiar desagradable, moquetes velles i brutes, li cal una reforma.

There’s free bread for breakfast, the shio pan is very delicious! It’s near the train station, though maybe in a quiet part of the neighbourhood (?). And you can actually hear the trains come and go if you are sensitive to sounds, they do provide ear plugs. But after a while you kind of got used to it, and it didn’t really bother me.

The bath tub keeps getting clogged up. Even though we informed the housekeeping and they cleared it, it got clogged again the next day. Seems like the shower flow is too much for the drainage.

The property is close to the train station which has a direct line to and from Narita. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Booked this stay for a family of three and they are one of a few hotels that offer large rooms art affordable prices. We book two rooms and one of them is large enough to put 2-3 medium to large suitcases in. They also have free vanilla ice cream as well as some amenities out in the open.

The train noise can be bothersome for guests on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Because of that, I had to switch to a further room with a smaller area.

It is an very nice hotel in a very good location, only few minutes walking distant from the metro. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful (Manda and all included). We stayed few nights and then we came back because we really like it.

Room was clean, soundproof, and the location was just down the street from the station.

My room’s Wi-Fi didn’t work and the staff gave me the password to another room nearby. Also, the AC turned off every couple hours. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night and had to turn it back on. Kind of annoying but not terrible.

Sceglierei questa struttura per i futuri soggiorni a Tokyo.

It seems there is nothing to like as I cancel my stay after few hours of arriving.

The “room” (it’s more like a corridor -2mx7m) is very noisy -unable to sleep- as it’s very close to the train tracks, with the train passing every few mins. Other rooms may be a bit less noisy.

직원들은 모두 친절했고 방도 넓었어요. 어매니티고 자유롭게 1층에서 가져다 써도 되고 위치도 역이랑 가깝고 숙소에서 1분이내 마트도 있소. 좋았습니다.

먼지가 너무 많아요. 이줄만 펄럭여고 털이 빠지고 구석구석 먼지가 쌓여 재체기가 멈추지 않아요. 바닥 커펫에도 먼지가 엄청나요. 비염 환자들은 비추입니다.

My second time this year, first time this January, was much bigger room. This time much smaller. Clean, friendly people as always the big guy is most friendly man I ever seen. Thanks to him 🙂

Ótima estadia com minha família! Equipe muito solicita, localização perfeita, próximo a estação de trem e a restaurantes e kombinis. Hotel muito limpo e organizado, conforme descrição! Apenas o quarto para família que poderia ser um pouco maior, para 4 adultos e 2 crianças achei um pouco apertado.

Dobry hotel z dużym jak na Tokio pokojem z tarasem. Bliskość dwóch stacji ułatwia komunikację po mieście i na lotnisko. W okolicy masa restauracji, supermarket i apteka.Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić pobyt w tym obiekcie.

Bliskość linii kolejowych może niektórym przeszkadzać, ale po całych dniach zwiedzania dla nas był to tylko usypiający szum.

Convenient location. Plenty of shops nearby, I.e. McDonald, 7/11 and restaurants are a few steps away. Walking distance to train station. Hotel room is clean and located in a quiet street.

Location was ok for us. Close by the yamanote line filled up with restaurants all around. Loved the futon in the room and beds were comfy and cherry on top of the cake : coffe was free, ice cream were free as well plus croissants.

O hotel é muito próximo da estação Nishi Nippori. O staff é cordial (um rapaz em especial era muito gentil e simpático com os hóspedes, mas infelizmente esqueci seu nome no momento). Na recepção tem café e sorvete cortesia para hóspedes, além dos amenities (inclusive tampão de ouvidos). A proximidade com a estação é excelente para o deslocamento, porém é um desconforto em razão do barulho dos trens (o que é esperado).

Apenas do barulho dos trens, pois o tampão de ouvido não foi suficiente para mim porque tenho sono leve, mas era algo esperado já que o hotel é muito próximo da estação. Como nossa estadia ali foi curta, eu me conformei pelo ótimo custo-benefício!

Great location, close to everything you may need and to a few central metro and JR lines. You can rent things for the room, and I rented toys to keep my kids entertained before going to sleep. Room was big enough for 4 people and 3 suitcases so all in all great value.
