Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Der Preis für eine Nacht war sehr ansprechend. Die Lage war mitten in einer belebten Gegend, in der man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants entdecken konnte und für den Zug zum Narita Airport musste man nur ca. 8 min laufen. Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, was aber in Tokyo relativ normal ist. Beim Check-in haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, indem es nicht gut gerochen hat, wahrscheinlich nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl wir ein Non-Smoking Zimmer gebucht haben. Außerdem war es unfassbar heiß. Auch im Gang hat es immer wieder sehr schlecht gerochen. Wir haben dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen, was besser gerochen hat. Dafür ging dann ab abends unsere Toilettenspülung nicht mehr. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten. Um Tokyo zu erkunden, würde ich die Lage nicht buchen, da es sehr weit weg von den Vierteln Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. ist.

Reviewed Sep 13, 20262ème séjour dans cet hôtel qui bénéficie de plusieurs points forts : d'abord une excellente localisation pour qui aime les quartiers vivants. Il est au coeur du marché d'Ameyoko et de son réseau dense de restaurants, cafés, Izakayas. Ensuite, il est à proximité des musées et ud Parc de Ueno et au pied de multiples stations de métro, dont la Yamanote et la ligne Keisei pour aller à l'Aéroport de Narita. Enfin, les normes des hôtels APA sont de très bon niveau pour le prix.
L'équipement général de l'hôtel est un peu en deçà d'autres localisations APA. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de machines à laver, ce qui impose de faire 10 à 15 minutes de déplacement pour une laverie automatique. Moins gênant, mais quand APA vous y habitue, cela peut frustrer un peu, il n'y a pas de Onsen dans l'hôtel. Enfin, le check-in automatisé n'est pas intuitif et peut s'avérer pénible mais avec l'aide du Staff, qui est vraiment professionnel, on y arrive quand même.

Brakowało mi kosmetyków do mycia i pielęgnacji twarzy, podczas mieszkania w innych hotelach takie udogodnienia były. Poza tym nie było nic do czego mogłabym mieć zastrzeżenia

Sowohl im Gang, als auch im Zimmer und im Bad hat es schlecht gerochen. Insbesondere das Bad hat stark nach Schweißfüßen gerochen. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und es war extrem feucht im Gang und im Zimmer. Es war besser, das Fenster geöffnet zu haben, aber das war aufgrund der Lautstärke des Verkehrs nicht lange möglich. Das Personal war ungewöhnlich unfreundlich. Als ich einchecken wollte, haben mich die zwei Angestellten minutenlang ignoriert, obwohl ich die einzige anwesende Person war. Hätte ich nicht gefragt, was ich tun müsse, um einzuchecken und das Gepäck, das ich liefern habe lassen, zu erhalten, würde ich wohl noch immer dort stehen. Es war die einzige schlechte Erfahrung, die ich in 2 Wochen in Japan gemacht habe.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Aun que es un lugar pequeño es PERFECTO para los últimos días, justo yo lo elegí por la cercanía de lugares de compras, estuvo PERFECTO, la mayoría de los APA son peques pero este está justo en le estómago de UENO, me encantó. Aparte puedes tomar agua de la llave.
Para el check in piden muchas cosas, entiendo que es parte de la seguridad del mismo hotel pero fue un poco confuso, ojalá lo puedan hacer más fácil

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026持病で体調悪くなりやすく不安だったのですが、 フロントの男性スタッフさんが話を聞いて下さり、 中々、体調が良くなく チェックアウトを30分過ぎてしまった のですが、延長料金無しで大丈夫ですよ。 お気を付けて行ってらっしゃいませ、と言って下さったのが 本当に嬉しくて、感謝してます。ありがとうございました。 あと、シャワールームで倒れてしまい、仕切りのカーテンを汚してしまった のですが、大丈夫ですよ。お怪我はありませんか？と声を掛けて下さり 大変救われました。次も利用したい最高の場所です。 ありがとうございました。

Keine Sitzgelegenheiten beim check-in, alles voller Koffer, vor allem, wenn man zu früh ankommt, nicht so einladend. Aber dafür lieber das grosse Zimmer.

Frühstück nicht inbergiffen sie geben das lokal nebenan an um zu frühstücken das ist aber nicht empfehlenswert wir haben 1x dort gefrühstückt und waren enttäucht.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026O hotel fica em Ueno, o que é muito cômodo para quem quer ficar em Tóquio: A estação final de uma linha de trem que vai até o aeroporto de Narita fica nesse bairro; o Ameyoko Market fica ali próximo; se você quer ir a Akihabara, são 15 minutos a pé até o famoso distrito - numa hospedagem muito mais barata. Além disso, as quase onipresentes lojas de conveniência (tem uma FamilyMart no mesmo quarteirão), e as máquinas de venda automática, muito próximas. O hotel é da rede APA, então é preparado para lidar com hospedagens curtas de forma eficiente. Logo, microondas, bebedouro (fundamental no verão japonês) e as tradicionais comodidades de hotéis japoneses estão disponíveis. O quarto é pequeno (12 m2), mas funcional: Tem uma mesa, muitas tomadas (em tempos atuais, é ótimo), uma TV que funciona como o hub da sua hospedagem (desde a senha do wi-fi até o prazo da sua hospedagem, está tudo na tela inicial). O banheiro é pequeno, mas adequado e a cama é alta o bastante pra por as malas embaixo. A equipe é muito prestativa, e se comunica bem em inglês (algo não muito comum no Japão), inclusive fizemos o check-out, deixamos as malas e fomos dar o nosso último passeio - eles já tem tudo pensado para essa situação. Enfim, recomendo muito.
Honestamente, não estou lembrando de nada que realmente não gostei. Numa próxima hospedagem, é possível que eu fique nesse hotel novamente.

Mimo że śniadanie jest wydawane do 10.00 to już od 9.30 nie można z niego skorzystać mimo że to tylko bufet samobsługowy a nie serwowane dania wymagające dodatkowej pracy kuchni. Nie pomogły argumenty że do hotelu przyjechaliśmy po północy a i tak kuchnia i recepcja odmówiły wydania śniadania .

Stanza doppia e bagno poco spaziosi, anche per gli standard giapponesi. Check inutilmente complicato (anche col personale disponibile si devono utilizzare le macchine automatiche per check in)

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026部屋の設備、集中電気、エアコン等のSW類は使いやすく、枕もとの手に届くとこで快適に使えました。 また、社長等の著書も興味深く読ませていただきました。 紙コップ等もビニールにパッキングされ清潔、テレビのリモコンも新品のビニールに入れてあり清潔でした。
朝食が、隣接の居酒屋での食事で、やや清潔感及び料理が雑な感じが残念でした。
