Great location, super helpful staff, nice breakfast, has an elevator! The staff did our laundry for us for a small cost!!!

Our room was very humid. We were unable to get it figured out so we opened the windows at night.

A very lovely hotel in the center of Tomar in a building thst dates back to the 15th century. The room was very nice and spacious and the bathroom modern. Breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is in the center of Tomar, so it's a bit tricky to get there by car. A covered and secure car park is nearby, so parking is not an issue. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was perfect. Easy access from the train station, close to great restaurants and all the local museums and attractions were all within walking distance from the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked the common sitting area where you could enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and water throughout the day. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food. The front desk staff and cleaning staff made us feel very welcome. Im returning to Tomar again and im definitely staying here.

Beautifully designed and decorated hotel with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The staff were charming and friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Immaculately clean, excellent breakfast selection, excellent location right in the heart of town and right near the city parking lot. A tip for drivers: make sure to head to the parking lot reception as soon as you park your car, you need to exchange your ticket to a daily one (which costs €6) - you can also renovate it after 24hrs. Wonderful stay!

Location is superb - close to everything. The hotel is high quality, set in the cobbled streets but close the widows and shutters and the room was perfectly quiet. Excellent decor in the rooms, we had a spacious deluxe suite with beautiful bathroom and separate sitting area. Staff were so helpful and friendly and rightly proud of their hotel.

Albergo ricavato da un palazzo storico del centro molto ben ristrutturato. Ha tutto vicino, anche il garage dove lasciare la macchina a 6 euro al giorno. Personale molto gentile. Colazione molto buona

È difficile da raggiungere in macchina se non si conosce la città. Conviene andare direttamente al parcheggio e richiedere la permanenza per 1 giorno e poi andare in albergo.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel. Die Ausstattung war liebevoll gestaltet und komfortabel. Die Lage sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

La chambre était présentée comme une suite supérieure, mais le sofa convertible pour notre enfant se situait dans un recoin exigu. C'était en fait un petit matelas sur le sol. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles: nourriture industrielle et aucun service. Nombre de tables parfois insuffisant pour la clientèle

El baño pequeño y sin servicio ya que no tenía ni donde colocar los neceseres. No había amenaces. El Desayuno muy pobre, sólo huevos revueltos como plato caliente, pan de semillas duro que no pudimos comer. Yo que soy diabetica lo tuve complicado para desayunar. Veníamos Lisboa de un tres estrellas y mucho mejor. No es un cuatro estrellas

Het is een echt stadshotel, centraal gelegen in de overigens prachtige stad Tomar, maar ook een mooi centraal punt voor bezoeken aan andere highlights in de omgeving. Wij hadden een 'Superior Tweepersoonskamer met 1 of 2 Bedden' geboekt. Wij sliepen daardoor in een rustige (zolder-) kamer op de 2e etage. Er was weliswaar een balkon, maar allen staande en enige 'rekwerk' viel er iets in straat te zien waaraan het hotel is gelegen. Het hotel geeft een huiselijk gevoel, maar verder zijn er geen aansprekend faciliteiten. De service van het personeel was uitmuntend en ook het ontbijt en het bed waren uitstekend. Parkeren is de parkeergarage (à € 6,- per dag) via een parkeerkaart (verkrijgbaar bij de receptie) is wel een aanrader. Overigens, de grote trekpleister in Tomar, het 12e-eeuwse Convento de Cristo (Klooster van Christus), stond van binnen volledig in de steigers en naar het idee zal dat nog wel geruime tijd het geval zijn.

Adorámos o o espaço. As instalações sao bonitas. Gostámos muito da sala de estar e da zona da biblioteca. Estado de limpeza impecável. Cama de casal muito confortável. O hotel está extremamente bem localizado. E um bom pequeno almoço.

Um pequeno apontamento para o sofá cama fornecido para as crianças. A cama inferior do sofá cama, não é confortável para uma criança de 12 anos, e muito menos será opção a considerar para um adulto.. Sugiro encontrar uma outra solução .

Dal primo passo all’interno dell’hotel si capisce subito il suo stile: la receptionist molto professionale e sinceramente empatica. Struttura antica restaurata con cura ed eleganza. Camera pulita e spaziosa (suite). Prodotti da bagno disponibili.

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, nonostante la sua abbondanza, si potrebbe puntare su una colazione più in tono con la struttura. Ad esempio con l’utilizzo di prodotti biologici .

L’hotel è ricavato in un edificio storico ricco di fascino. La posizione è centrale per visitare l’incantevole cittadina di Tomar. Staff gentile e accogliente.

Clean, staff was helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations, room comfortable, bathrobes, spacious room, and a small but functional balcony.

One sink did not work. The common area was too warm to sit comfortably.

Clean, spacious and very very friendly. We appeared with one child which we did not mentioned in the booking and they arranged an extra bed within seconds free of charge. I would definitely stay again.

Pequeno almoço é muito bom, toda a decoração muito cuidada e pensada ao pormernor, condições do Hotel são fantásticas e o serviço muito simpático. Localização otima também.

O quarto recebia muito ruído do elevador, precisa de melhor insoniração, não é admissivel para uma suite superior onde se pretende silencio.

Gostaria de expressar o meu sincero agradecimento por toda a equipa do hotel. Desde o momento da chegada até ao check-out, fui sempre recebido com profissionalismo e simpatia. As instalações encontravam-se impecavelmente limpas e bem cuidadas. Quarto espaçoso, a cama era enorme e extremamente confortável, permitindo um excelente descanso proporcionando uma estadia confortável e muito agradável. O pequeno-almoço foi igualmente excelente, com uma boa variedade, produtos de qualidade e um serviço atencioso, Parabéns pela excelente gestão e pelo elevado padrão de qualidade do serviço prestado. Sem dúvida, voltarei e recomendarei este hotel a familiares e amigos.

Mic dejun simplu, ca in toate micile hoteluri din Portugalia. Aveai ce manca dar fara a fi ceva elaborat. Mezeluri si branzeturi feliate ca cele cumparate din supermarket. Hotelul este organizat intr-un mod original, specific hotelului boutique.

Hotelul este intr-o casa veche si probabil ca planseurile sunt din lemn. Simteam ca se misca patul atunci cand vecinul se deplasa prin camera lui. Am dormit totusi bine si nu consider asta un punct slab.

Wonderful, cozy hotel with lovely and kind and helpful staff. They were so kind to help us with laundry, gave great restaurant recommendations and were overall just helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The location is great and a parking garage is just a short couple blocks away. The breakfast is perfect. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were stylishly decorated. Having air conditioning was also very nice.

A very comfortable and clean room. The room had everything we needed. Good breakfast and great location. There is a parking near the hotel. The receptionist gave me a parking card, and I paid for it when I checked out (6 euros per day).

Da localização próxima ao centro, tudo a pé. Para o Convento de Cristo, uma caminhada de subida animada (não fizemos, fomos de Uber), 10 minutos.

Da cama para o filho algo pequena e desconfortável. A cama de casal é confortável mas os travesseiros não muito.

Amazing lodging. Super modern and very well taken care of! We had a beautiful balcony facing the street which was amazing. They had free breakfast and several areas to lounge, prepare a coffee, or even a little place to make yourself drinks! Was not expecting such nice place so pleasantly surprised. Close to everything too!
