Beautiful location in the center of Tomar, beautiful city garden. Excellent breakfast with local specialities (cheeses were great) & great variety of choices. Kind personnel in the reception. Very convenient bed, room spacious enough. Quiet place at night.

Bathroom rather small, also - water goes over onto the floor after showering.

O Hotel é muito acolhedor e bonito. A localização excepcional, restaurante muito bom e fácil acesso ao centro histórico da cidade.

Localização excelente, no meio de um parque muito bonito. Excelente pequeno almoço, com produtos de boa qualidade. A destacar também a simpatia dos funcionários, as intalações e comodidades de acordo com o que se estava à espera, tudo bem limpo e arrumado.

Uma experiência absolutamente fantástica! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Um hotel com uma localização privilegiada, inserido no Jardim Municipal e praticamente construído sobre o rio, num ambiente muito tranquilo e sossegado, perfeito para descansar e desligar. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e com vistas maravilhosas para o rio. O spa proporciona momentos de puro relaxamento, com uma vista incrível. O pequeno-almoço é de excelente qualidade e o restaurante também merece um destaque especial, tanto pela qualidade da comida como pelo serviço. Todo o staff é extremamente simpático, atencioso e prestável, com uma palavra especial para o funcionário que nos recebeu, sempre muito solícito e simpático. Adorei a estadia, senti-me verdadeiramente bem e, sem dúvida, vou voltar! Um local maravilhoso para descansar e desfrutar.

We love this property - Clean, staff is kind, great central location with parking. The breakfast is delicious and they even offered us a gluten free surprise in our room. Love the sauna, hamam and pool right on the river. Water is not very warm though.

For staying in the nicest room they have, we noticed a lot of things that seemed to need to be replaced or fixed like the toilet seat which was loose. It would also be nice to have chairs or something set up on the river balcony side to enjoy the view from there.

The location and the hotel are absolutely amazing! It is beautifully decorated, and super spacious. Food is delicious and the staff is very nice too.

The only thing is the open bathroom to the room that, when you have a kid, makes it a bit more difficult to manage the noises.

Nous avons tout apprécié

Idéalement situé + parking (le parc est un vrai plus). Chambres très confortables et parfaitement propres et équipées. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié (même si la machine à café était capricieuse…). La suite junior est géniale pour 2 personnes. Et la petite ville de Tomar (en plus du couvent) mérite une halte pour un soir.

Personnel un peu « frais ». Mais surtout le spa (tout petit et surpeuplé) était une vraie déception.

Alles! Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Dreibettzimmer. Hochwertige und moderne Ausstattung. Tolles Frühstück!

Toutes les chambres sont très belles, propres et spacieuses, avec vue sur le parc et balcon. Le personnel est EXCEPTIONNEL. Petit déjeuner bien rempli. Spa propre, pas très grand, mais ça suffit pour passer un petit moment tranquille.

The hotel is beautifully located in a park, and is positioned perfectly to enter the main town which is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is a boutique in style, small and very nicely decorated. The bedroom was lovely, and the only hotel on our extensive travels through Portugal & Spain which had a weighing scales which shows the detail the hotel went through in there relatively recent refit.

When entering Tomar even with the satnav I found it difficult to find the hotel because you have to drive across a bridge which for all intensive purposes looks like its a pedestrian bridge, which has “No Enter sighs,” for traffic, but this is the only access to the hotel and car park. So, I think the hotel needs to have a look at their signage.

La posizione, la tranquillità della struttura, una colazione non grande ma curata e di qualità.

La spa: microscopica, la piscina fredda, le sdraio all’esterno (due!!).

Hotel excelente em local privilegiado. Equipe super atenciosa e pronta para te ajudar. Recomendo muito. Tudo no hotel é muito novo e a limpeza e acomodações impecáveis.

Gostei de tudo. Vale muito a pena o hotel e a cidade. Muito agradável. A localização é super privilegiada. Você tem ao mesmo tempo um lugar sossegado e perto de tudo. Uma ilha de verde e tranquilidade.

Our room was beautiful, breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool. The park is beautiful and the hotel is close to the old town.

Soucis avec la climatisation de la chambre. Ne fonctionne pas bien et il fait chaud donc nuit moyenne. Dommage

Albergo posto sull isola nel fiume cge scorre in tomar. Nel perfetto centro del paese. L'isolwtta è anche Parco pubblico e entra passando su un ponte carrabile che porta segno divieto salvo ospiti dell hotel. Google ha indicato perfettamente la strada c9n transito sul ponte suddetto. Poi un cartello con un'indicazione ulteriore per chi arriva in macchina di svolta sul ponte può essere di ancora maggiore chiarezza. Hotel quindi molto bello immerso nel verde con una quindicina di posti macchina davanti all ingresso. Camera ampia moderna letto comodissimo, televisore da 50 pollici, bagno ampio e nuovo. Colazione di ottima qualità e con molta scelta. Un albergo bello e centralissimo in cui ritornerei soprattutto per l'ambientazione veramente particolare. Forse la reception potrebbe essere più calorosa all accoglienza, ma non è cosa certo indispensabile o che cambi il giudizio ottimo sull hotel.

Les habitacions són molt còmodes i amples i les instal·lacions del Spa fabulós . L'esmorzar es molt complet i bo. La ubicació increïble i l'aparcament perfecte. A més de l'amabilitat de tot el personal i d'un restaurant increïble.

We had a bit of a rough start at check in, but everything got sorted and the rest of our experience there was fabulous! Breakfast was good. Staff was great. And, our room was just perfect!

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the city, superb accommodation and facilities, suites are amazing as is the spa and sauna. Great breakfast as well, highly recommend.

Der vermeintliche Spa-Bereich ist ein schlechter Witz. Die Fotos sind alle geschönt. Zum schwimmen und saunieren völlig ungeeignet. Gilt wohl nur dem Gästefang. Siehe deshalb Ergebnis in der Gesamtbewertung. Achtung: Restaurantpreise ohne Steuern!

Beautiful place, very clean and high end. Loved the food, the spa, the entire serene atmosphere.

My only complaint was the AC. It only allowed you to set it within a small temperature range, but I was very delighted that we had AC, so not complaining too much.

The location was perfect: amid an old grove, accesible by car only to hotel guests, a few minutes walk to the city centre. the matress and pillows were excellent. Breakfast was very good, including bacon, scrambled eggs, a wide assortment of pastry and bread, fruit juices and all kinds of coffee beverages from a Nestlé machine. The staff was always efficient and corteous.

Lugar muito bonito, em meio ao parque. Localização excelente, de fácil deslocamento, com restaurantes e pontos de interesse perto. Quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento prático no local. Café disponível no quarto!

Excelente pequeno almoço! Quartos incríveis e com ótima localização. Staff muito simpático, atento e disponível, que nos deixou uma mensagem personalizada no quarto. SPA aberto aos hóspedes com sauna, hidromassagens e água aquecida.

Há pouco controlo no SPA, havendo alguns outros hóspedes que não cumpriam as regras de utilização do SPA (nomeadamente em relação ao uso de touca e ao barulho).

Dans le SPA, il manque un bar ou un moyen de se servir un rafraîchissement; La douche se ferme mal et était réparée de façon un peu amateure, le sol s'inonde facilement.

L'accueil excellentissime les explications claires precises ( en français ... pas le cas ni a Porto ni a Coïmbra) Le restaurant très bien aussi .

La signalisation pour acceder a l'hotel ou il faut rentrer dans le parc ( avec un grand panneau sens interdit) sinon tout a été parfait

Wat een geweldig hotel . Prachtige kamers en zeer schoon . We hebben er nog een nachtje aan vast geplakt . Goed kaart en lekker eten en mooie wijnen. Heerlijke spa . Doordat het ietsje rustig was hebben we 2 dagen hiervan kunnen genieten met uitzicht op een riviertje

Top Lage, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück.

O hotel era exatamente como descrito. O quarto onde ficámos era muito bonito, estava impecavelmente limpo e era muito confortável. A vista para o rio é uma mais valia. Haver estacionamento de graça em frente ao hotel foi um plus. A localização mesmo no centro de Tomar permite percorrer todos os pontos de interesse a pé O staff foi muito simpático durante a nossa curta estadia.

O spa poderia ser um pouco maior.

Da localização, da relação qualidade /preço, da eficiência dos funcionários. A piscina interir é uma mais valia .

Very friendly staff, especially the woman on front desk is very professional and warm. Cleanliness good, comfortable room. Surroundings were lovely, gorgeous gardens and close proximity to town.

On the last day, unfortunately there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom (which is open), likely from the sewage because there had been sudden rain. We are sure it would have been addressed had we not been checking out.
