Bij aankomst was de medewerkster vriendelijk. Het dakterras was leuk. Het hotel en de kamer was mooi ingericht.

Het balkon bij de kamer was piepklein. Voegt niets toe. Je kon er niet op zitten. Je had er totaal niets. Met uitzicht op de parkeerplaats : ( De slaapbank was oncomfortabel. Onmogelijk om prettig op te slapen. De kamer met balkon raad ik af. Kost meer maar balkon voegt niets toe.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, di passaggio durante un viaggio in Portogallo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente, ottima posizione e parcheggio comodo vicino. Colazione ottima e molto apprezzata. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e sicuramente consigliato.

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, le dimensioni della camera erano un po' piccole perche eravamo in tre e aggiungendo un letto le dimensioni si sono ridotte, ma ci siamo adatti tranquillamente.

The staff were great . Friendly and informative especially Sara and Aida. Room was clean and public areas were well maintained. Location is great for seeing the town. Sara managed to liaise with the booking agent and sorted out our issue.

No actual parking on site but we managed to grab a blue badge space nearby. Bed was firm and despite mattress toppers, we suffered a bit as older people. Views from rooms are what you would expect in the city unless you are lucky to get one of the two river view rooms. We only had the option of a larger room but with brick walls in front of windows.

I purchased a superior room with a city view and balcony. I got a nice room with a view of a 6ft concrete wall with a 12 inch balcony between doors and 6ft wall. Not able to see anything other than wall and sky if you looked upwards. It limited the light into the room. Rather than write a long review, I have attached photos of the view of the wall from the room and subsequent exchange between myself and hotel to illustrate my issues and inaccurate description of the room with a city view. Offering to change the room when its 40 degrees and you have one day, mainly in the morning due to the heat, to do sightseeing, is not an option.

Gostámos muito da estadia. O hotel é muito agradável, o quarto confortável e a localização excelente. O pequeno-almoço também foi uma agradável surpresa, muito bom e com bastante variedade. Foi só uma noite, mas ficámos com uma ótima impressão e voltaríamos sem dúvida.

Tudo incrível! A suíte extremamente confortável, com produtos Rituals. Na verdade melhor do que nas fotos. A vista do terraço é linda e o pequeno almoço foi um dos melhores que já desfrutei.

The boutique hotel is a short 10-minute walk from the bus station. Perfectly located in town. With a lovely view from the second floor to the convent. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was very good

Wir waren positiv überrascht von diesem Hotel. Alles neu und tip top sauber, ruhige Lage obwohl super gelegen zur Stadtbesichtigung. Parken ist problemlos. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, komfortable Betten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Quarto excelente! Espaçoso, moderno e bem organizado, com uma limpeza impecável. O andar de cima, onde é o quarto, tem uma banheira perfeita para um banho de imersão romântico e relaxante, assim como um enorme espelho perfeito para momentos de casal. O staff é muito amigável e as instalações gerais do hotel são tão boas como as do quarto. Recomendo 100%

Hotel molto carino e accogliente. Camera non molto ampia (noi eravamo in 3) ma pulita. Colazione ottima e molto curata.

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia. Muito central, bom pequeno-almoço e funcionárias muito prestáveis. Quarto confortável e chuveiro óptimo! Recomendamos vivamente.

A única sugestão seria em relação ao colchão, uma vez que para a o meu gosto pessoal poderia ser um pouco mais mole ou ter um sobre colchão para ser mais confortável!

Localização excelente. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Limpeza das instalações. A proximidade ao centro historico sem estar dentro do mesmo vale muito. Evita os problemas de estacionamento e circulação do carro, dado existir estacionamento gratuito junto ao hotel e pela proximidade aos pontos de interesse o que permite desfrutar da visita andando a pé.

Localização excelente, no centro. Hotel pequeno, mas charmoso, com aspeto novo. Recação impecável, temos água, chá e café no quarto, gratuito. A pé chega-se rapidamente ao rio e à zona verde envolvente. Tem muitos restaurantes perto.

Ouvia-se algum ruído nos quartos (pouco), tanto do interior como do exterior do hotel. Nada que não se resolvesse com tampões para os ouvidos.

Out of nine hotels on our journey this was a good small stop in a town full of history. Maybe a night would have sufficed, but this way we could calmly breathe before continuing on our epic journey through this beautiful country.

The neighbors above our room (probably not part of the hotel) were very noisy at night moving furniture on wooden floors and running around

A localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo da estação de comboio e autocarro. Muito próximo dos pontos turísticos e restaurantes, é possível fazer tudo a pé. As funcionárias, a Eva especialmente e a Sara são muito queridas, foi um prazer ficar hospedada dois dias lá...

Our third stay this year - we feel very much at home here. The staff are the real stars and great ambassadors. The welcome smiles sets the tone for another very enjoyable overnight stay. Room 104 comfy and aircon much needed. Love the bathroom toiletries. Complimentary water very welcome. Booking a breakfast time is a really good idea so the dining area isn’t over crowded. Breakfast choices are varied and very tasty, constantly being replenished. We highly recommend this hotel and we shall return again next year.

Hotel con mucho encanto, buena ubicación, personal muy amable y cama-almohada supercomoda. Desayunamos en el hotel, tenia un desayuno continental muy aceptable. Parking gratuito cerca.

Por decir algo que mejorar la cama supletoria de la habitación triple es un sofá cama y para un adulto se clavaba los muelles.

I enjoyed my stay at Thomar Boutique Hotel. I loved the design of the room and the front desk staff were helpful and kind with answering my requests and providing the recommendations. I loved the rooftop area to relax and have a great view of the city. Breakfast was delicious and everything was very clean. The bed was a little more firm than I prefer but other than that I loved everything about this hotel. The location was also great - right by the river. I did not have a car and I easily walked to the hotel from the train station and then walked all over the city with this hotel as my home base.

The location. The staff were lovely. The room was light & airy & beautifully presented. The staff especially Beatrix on reception were very helpful.

If there was a minor gripe. The tea/coffee making facilities could be extended to include UHT milk/creamer & more selection.

The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was in walking distance of the town. We met the owner, she was very friendly, as was all the staff. The hotel is spotless. And there is a rooftop bar, very nice at night.

Great hotel, clean, good location and really friendly staff.

Great location within easy walking distance of everything. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful - couldnt have been better. Room was comfortable,modern and clean and aircon was great ( very hot at time) . Bed was huge and very comfortable - it was very quiet too. The breakfast really is good - a good selection of quality items and people were having individual dietery requirements met. The rooftop bar area had a fantastic view for a sunset drink. Great stay.

I had some very noisy neighbours in the room next to me so I didn’t sleep very well, but that’s not really anything the property could control.

O isolamento acústico podia ser um pouco melhor, ainda assim não considero nada de grave.

I requested gluten free food options, and I was provided with gluten free bread which was quite good. The other food was adequate. Tomar is a beautiful city but lots of walking.

Probably the breakfast. Also, there weren't many bars or restaurants close by, and there is no restaurant at the hotel.
