The food was excellent

I believe our experience was subjective, due to a broken light in our villa and 2 lights outside with a broken switch and we couldn’t turn them off even after informing the stuff from first night and they told us they will fix it after we checked out.

Me sorprendió he viajado por 34 países y este hotel ha sido uno de los mejores Resort en cuanto a estancia, actividades ( yoga, pilates , kayak y mucjo más) , amabilidad, comida, naturaleza. Me volvería alojar!! la gente demasiado amable, amorosa desde la recepción, hasta todos los chicos que atendían para hacer las actividades. Además tenían diferentes horarios para transportarte de forma gratuita fuera d ella isla e ir por compras etc. El desayuno variado con omelette, huevos duros, Salmón ahumado, ensaladas, arroz, platos preparados ( un poco picantes) mermeladas, mantequilla de maní, miel, chocolate, fruta, avena, café, medias lunas, pastelitos, jugos, té etc. La habitación tenía crema de Coconut y repelente de mosquitos, batas, café, bebidas y té para picar que reponían cada día. Escribiré el nombre de todas las personas que fueron muy amables Nysaphat la mánager un amor, siempre con un saludo y preocupada de preguntarnos como estábamos. Kim la chica que nos atendió cada día en el desayuno e incluso se me derramó ketchup en todo el pantalón y me lavo el pantalón en 20 minutos que justo me tenía que ir ( check out) MAS y Muky especialmente, que fueron súper simpáticos y dispuestos en las actividades de yoga y del recinto en general Fah, zhoo, Luisa, Boy, Aumaemm y Lek todos un 10/10 y cada persona que hacía el aseo, y de recepción, es que amo los felices que son y amables siempre con una sonrisa y saludo!!! Es mi tercera vez en Tailandia y es el mejor Resort en el que estado es enorme, hermoso, y volvería a ir para descansar, y conectarme con mi alma.

el único pero que diría es que los precios del restaurante triplicaban el precio real de Tailandia, en general, platos desde 250-1000 bath, Y tragos por 250-400 bath siento que eso se podría mejorar por que con mi esposo salíamos a comer a un restaurante que estaba a 10 minutos caminando por la salida del hotel y si este estaba cerrado caminábamos un poco más a otro restaurante en una casa.

Die Ruhe und die natürliche Atmosphäre sind wirklich wunderschön.

Meiner Meinung nach ist das hier überhaupt kein geeigneter Ort für junge Leute – es ist sehr schwer zu erreichen / In unserem Zimmer gab es nie richtig warmes Wasser, und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Sie kamen vorbei und schauten sich das an – was das Wasser anging, mussten wir uns mit lauwarmem Wasser begnügen, das wie aus einem Tropfen kam. Was den Fernseher betrifft, muss jemand kommen und ihn reparieren, da ständig die Sicherung durchbrennt. Obwohl es eine abgelegene Insel ist, ist das Meerwasser ziemlich schmutzig – man kann nicht hineingehen.

I am so happy to book at this place, believe me you won’t regret it, everything is amazing and unbelievable starting from the villa size and the private swimming pool to the two restaurants in the resort. I really had a great time and definitely will do it again. The villa is super spotless, the bed is so comfortable, the pool is clean and not deep, the beach is nice. The two restaurants are so tasty, one has international food and the second one is seafood. The breakfast had many variations of selections.

Las instlaciones son preciosas y la atención del personal es excelente. Debo destacar la atención de Fah, quien solucionó de inmediato un pequeño inconveniente que tuvimos. Las piscinas son maravillosas y la playa es bonita también.

Los zumos cuando los pides a la carta, en los restaurantes son artificiales y demasiado caros. La carta de comidas no está mal pero es muy cara. De no ser por eso le hubiera puesto un 10.

Struttura immersa nella natura, stanze ben curate e molto belle, piscine appartamenti e villini fantastiche, colazione e ristorazione a buffet ottima.

La spiaggia purtroppo non gode di un mare all’altezza del Resort, indicato più per ultimi giorni di relax prima di rientrare che per visitare Phuket e località della costa ovest. Il transfer per la terra ferma è funzionale ma non abbastanza comodo per muoversi autonomamente.

This is a once in a life time resort. I felt like I was is paradise. The layout made it feel exclusive the room was high quality with a tropical view. Access was simple with golf carts on demand

Beautiful and peaceful resort surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming and always helpful, which made the stay particularly enjoyable. The location on the island is lovely and relaxing. The sea was not at its best during our stay, but this is completely understandable given the monsoon season. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay and unwind.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was inaccessible during the last two days of our stay due to an incident caused by another guest. Obviously this was beyond the hotel’s control, but it was disappointing not to be able to use the pool for the remainder of our stay.

Room was beautiful with pool on porch. Buggy’s available on a phone call. Everything was available on request. You were forced to relax, as completely away from the hustle and bustle. Beach activities were great… so much more to explore on island that I got round to 🩵🩵

The options for food were a little disappointing as some of the restaurants were closed and the hotel restaurant only had specific options each night. In saying that, the food was absolutely delicious and staff allowed my son to order from the à la carte menu on one evening as he didn’t like options at the Buffett.

We absolutely loved our stay. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The pool, beach views, and overall atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast had a great variety, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

The only downside was the boat transfer. We had to wait 2–3 hours for the boat from the mainland to the resort and again on our return journey. It was quite inconvenient and took away from the overall experience. A more frequent or better-organised shuttle boat schedule would make the stay even better.

The selection was extensive, featuring a wonderful mix of local specialties and international favorites, all beautifully presented and consistently fresh. Every morning felt relaxed, elegant, and exceptionally well organized. The true standout, however, was the service. A sincere thank you to Sandy, Oat, Tuck, Boy, Doll, and Waad for making each breakfast so memorable. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and attentive service created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. They were always proactive, professional, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. It’s the people who create unforgettable luxury experiences, and this team is a perfect example. Their dedication and passion for hospitality did not go unnoticed. A truly outstanding breakfast experience, and one of the many reasons we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended.

Such a great experience Treated with such care

Even though we only stayed for one night, the breakfast team really made our morning special. I can’t remember the name of the staff member at the noodle station, but they were so friendly and welcoming. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Sandy for being so kind, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed. They both made us leave with a much better impression of the hotel.

Just visited the Sunyata spa and wellness centre at Burasari resort. Was one of the best massages I have had in years. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

Why was it a wow that turned into a frown. The view is incredible when you arrive however 1) upon arrival we turned our head saw a massive business convention , 150 people! We were then informed that they were using one restuarant and one of the restuarants was closed. Therefore we only had the use of one restuarant out of the three. 2) The check in staff offered us complimentary afternoon tea and drinks, this never materialised. I was told they were at the pool bar, the pool bar told me they were at the beach bar and after that I gave up. 3) The buffet served by the only restuarant ,on the beach, was okay, the entertainment was good and lucky draw was fun. Infact when the convention left and everything returned to normal and two out of the three restaurants were available the restuarant we were assigned to wasn't great. The service was terrible, really slow and some of the food offered was inedible. This beautiful hotel deserves better. The buggies were fun, the entertainment good, the breakfast offered was good but in so many other areas it seemed disorganised. We hope you use the feedback to improve some of the issues raised. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We love the location on the island and the pools were so relaxing and peaceful. I travelled solo with two little autistic children and we were so looked after the staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodated to all of our needs and the children had a wonderful time. This will be one of their best childhood memories was coming to stay at this resort.

Da es sich auf einer kleinen Insel befand hatten wir ziemlich viel Ruhe um den Urlaub zu genießen, mit dem Shuttle Boot war man innerhalb von 10 Minuten auf Festland um in die Stadt Phuket zu kommen

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein ausgefallen, das WC war nicht ganz verschließbar😅 und Schränke für die Garderobe haben gefehlt.

I love how many moths and butterflies are floating around here. The staff is so lovely everything tastes so amazing here fresh and clean and what a stunning atmosphere when you talk about bringing a little piece of heaven into your world this be it.

The rooms were lovely and the resort was beautiful. The staff, everyone from the manager to the garden staff were lovely.

This was our second visit during our honeymoon trip, and it remains one of our most treasured memories. We truly appreciate Khun Patty, Khun Tong, and Khun F for checking us in and giving us such a warm welcome from the very beginning. A special thank you to Khun Min, the best buggy driver, for the excellent service. We were also delighted by the beautiful room decoration prepared by Khun Aom and Khun Nong Lek from Housekeeping. It was such a wonderful surprise when we entered our room, and their warm smiles made the experience even more special. However, the person who made the greatest impression on us and truly embodied genuine Thai hospitality was Khun Don. He continuously surprised and delighted us from the moment we arrived until our departure, making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back soon!

There wasn’t anything we could fault the staff or our stay.

We have enjoyed a very relaxing few days at Burasari Island resort. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation for families is well set out and the food has been fantastic. A special thank you to Aud, Boy, Dol, M, Judd, Sandy and Ned who looked after us very well in the restaurant.

We are on our last day and we are so sad to leave -it has been amazing !! We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but also are in the restaurant a few of the nights … breakfast was lovely with lots of choice for different tastes and nationalities .. fresh fruit, freshly made eggs, choice of ice coffees - our daughter loved being being able to press a button for Nutella on tap. The staff were so friendly , accommodating and amazing with our little girl. Special mention to Aud. Dol, Boy,Ped, Sandy,M & Jurd. Would 100% come back !

The hotel is great. It is located on small island and u get there by boat. The boat scheludes are very good. The food is amazing. The view from Italian restaurant is very beautiful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Pools are also very pretty. All people are so friendly and nice. Drivers are so friendly, especially driver Hoom. I recommend the hotel.

Tutto, la posizione, la camera, lo staff e i servizi. La pulizia è davvero impeccabile, le camere sono belle, lo staff è gentile, il sevizio di animazione non è invadente un perfetto 5 stelle. La spiaggia naturale è stupenda, il cibo è ottimo. La colazione merita davvero 5 stelle. L’isola è meravigliosa! Un vero paradiso

Wonderful resort experience. Restuarant Chef (AG) went beyond expectation to prepare meal for us. And Bar tender Roy to care of us with drinks.

We have booked a spa massage. When we arrived, Bambi the receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. She really made us a feel at home. Then Ming and Emma escorted us to the massage rooms. The rooms were very tidy and cosy. The massage done was amazing. We even fell asleep. These girls were also very sweet and good with the way they spoke to us and made us feel comfortable. Definitely recommended!!!

This resort is very nice. It is a more secluded vibe than being inland. The pools are great. The food is among the best you can find at the beach Thai restaurant. It was my second stay there and it was a great one.

Frühstück ist stark verbesserungswürdig Kälteanlagen zu nah an den Häusern daher zu laut.

Le personnel a été particulièrement chaleureux, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient confortables et bien entretenus. Le petit-déjeuner était de bonne qualité, même si le choix aurait pu être un peu plus varié.

L’accès en bateau entre l’île de l’hôtel et Phuket est soumis à des horaires très stricts. Si l’on manque de peu l’horaire prévu ou si l’on a besoin de se déplacer en dehors des créneaux fixés, il faut payer des frais très élevés pour une traversée privée. Pour un établissement situé sur une île, il serait appréciable de proposer des navettes plus fréquentes, voire disponibles à tout moment pour les résidents, afin de faciliter leurs déplacements et d’améliorer l’expérience globale. Par ailleurs, nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la piscine principale, mais à notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée offrait seulement une petite vue sur le jardin. Cette différence entre la réservation et la chambre reçue a été décevante.

Nous avons pris une chambre avec accès directe à la piscine ce qui est très pratique et la piscine est immense. La chambre reste calme même si elle est proche de la piscine. Un service de buggy est proposé à tout moment sur demande au sein même de l'établissement pour pouvoir se déplacer plus facilement. Un service de transfert bateau (gratuit) est proposé toute les heures depuis l'hôtel à la jetée de Phuket. Petit déjeuner assez varié et bon dans l'ensemble.

Restaurant de l'hôtel : reste cher pour ce que c'est, choix très peu varié. Pourrait faire mieux

Island Escape Burasari war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Es gab viele Pools, an denen man sich entspannen und sonnen konnte, sowie einen schönen Strand. Jeden Tag wurde Unterhaltung angeboten, z. B. Aerobic und weitere Aktivitäten. Das Essen war 10/10 und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die angebotenen Schifffahrten waren ebenfalls top 👍🏻

Der Strand war teilweise etwas dreckig, möglicherweise wegen der Nebensaison. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
