المكان عادي جدًا، ما حبيت أني جلست فيه ثلاث أيام بس كانت آخر أيام السفرة وكنت منهكه. ويبعد عن الأماكن أقل شيء 20 دقيقة. ما حوله أماكن تروح لها بالمشي. والأكل مو لذيذ، طلبنا بيتزا وسمك وستيك وكلهم عاديين، ولا يحمسك فصار كل أكلنا برا. المسبح كان كارثة بالنسبة لي، ما في مكان خاص للبالغين بعيد عن الأطفال، فكان غير أنك بتسبح مع الأطفال إزعاج. أكيد ما برجع له.

Amazing stay and amazing people

This hotel has been truly amazing for me. If you’re looking for a place that offers easy access to Phuket Old Town, shopping malls, and entertainment areas while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, this is an excellent choice. What makes this property special is that it gives you a different side of Phuket—away from the crowds, yet close enough to all the main attractions. The swimming pool is noticeably larger than those found in many other hotels, making it perfect for both relaxation and leisure. The service is also impressive and meets a high standard. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the most convenient features is the complimentary shuttle service to and from the nearby 7-Eleven and local market, available until 2:00 AM, which is extremely useful for late-night snacks or last-minute essentials.

The location is in the heart of Phuket, making it easy to get to the city (15 minutes) and the beaches (30-45 minutes). The atmosphere is great and welcoming, and the staff were very welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully made, clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. From our Marina room (which we booked), we could even see the marina! The hotel building is about a 3-minute walk from the main building, and they provide a buggy shuttle service, so you don't have to walk. If I'm in Phuket again, I highly recommend staying here.

Birds at breakfast leaving their mess behind and pecking at the food at utensils which customers use. Choices in foods are very basic. Room was spacious but needed a good clean through.

Marina lifestyle at its finest. NH Boat Lagoon is located amidst a large harbour with views of luxury yachts. It is very easy to depart from the harbour to popular islands near Phuket. Hotel staff were extremely friendly especially the Front Office Manager who was very supportive and caring.

Very comfortable room and a million-dollar view! Perfect location for island hopping to Phi Phi or Phang Nga. No elevator (Marina side), but that’s a small price to pay for such a great vista. The staff are super helpful too. Highly recommended

The resort has a lovely large pool and gardens, close to phuket town and central. The staff were also very friendly. Within walking distance was a restaurant and villa market. More ideal for travellers that are driving or wanting easy access to Phuket town or the Marina

There was a heavy fragrance in the room when we checked it, had to open up the doors. For daily room service I had to call one day as it still wasn't done after 6pm. Apart from the omlette station, the breakfast is more like a dinner buffet which my daughter did not like. I would like to see a larger selection of fruits and a full English breakfast. The beaches are far - I would not recommend here if you'd like a beach holiday. Also we booked the largest room with kitchen, this was very far from the resort so had to change to more a hotel room close to the pool

Warm pool water. While it was relaxing by the pool about 100 children visited for a swim making a lot of noise, making the relaxing time by the pool a very noisy one.

Our stay at NH Boat Lagoon was generally pleasant, but there are a few areas that definitely need improvement. The buggy service requires better coordination. During most of our stay, we were told to wait for the buggy, but it often did not arrive. On a few occasions, the buggy was already parked at the lobby, yet the driver was not around, which caused unnecessary waiting. Secondly, the front desk should be more attentive when allocating rooms, especially considering the age of guests. We were given a room in a building without lift access, which became quite inconvenient and was a major drawback. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had minor issues with the TV and shower, but the staff attended to it promptly and repaired the problems on the spot, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was decent, but improvements in buggy service efficiency and room allocation consideration would make the experience much better.

Staff were rude and very unhelpful. I lost my bag when we first arrived and I was trying to track it and this one lady was very rude and honestly shouldn’t work there. She was then rude when my partner asked about food spots or where is good to go. Around the pool we ordered drinks and food and had to go up multiple times due to them forgetting. One of our drinks took 45minutes and pizza took 1hr so order from pool as early as you want

Grand Marina suite had kitchen etc but no crockery or cutlery .They told us they only put that stuff in the rooms for long term stays .However I paid for marina view, grand one bedroom suite and expect to be able to use all its facilities even for 3 days.

No services, even when I ask for cleaning. They don't believe me ,I had to video call my wife and show them room was not cleaned and stack. And still the would not give me towels or toilet paper . THEY are racist against brown and black people .My advice for brown and black people ,do your research . Before you book.

Für einen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Nächten ist das Hotel schon nicht schlecht.

- Wir hatten ein sehr abgelegenes Zimmer im Hafenbereich, somit zum Pool und Restaurant lange Wege. - Im Zimmer angekommen wird man von einem unpersönlichem Raum empfangen. Kein Bild an der Wand, kein Schrank( nur einige Bügel um etwas aufzuhängen), nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit, auf dem Balkon keine Sitzmöglichkeit und sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Gespräch im Flur, das Reinigungspersonal ruschelt bereits ab 7 Uhr im Flur herum. Zum Zimmer gelangt man über eine steile Treppe(Koffer müssen getragen werden). -Das Frühstück haben wir dazu gebucht. Statt wie angegeben 11 Euro haben wir pro Person über 16 Euro bezahlt und wurden sehr enttäuscht. Laut wie in einer Kantine, schmutzige Tische und auch keine große Auswahl z.Bsp. an Obst. Rundum gesagt für 2 Nächte war es auszuhalten. Die morgendliche Taxibestellung zum Flughafen hat bestens geklappt und war überaus pünktlich. Man sollte sich bei dem Hotel nicht von den Bildern(auch auf dem Instakanal) täuschen lassen. Wir haben schon schönere Aufenthalte in nh-Hotels verlebt.

Sistemazione delle camere pessima… un mucchio di camere messe l’una addosso all’altra. I muri che dovrebbero dividere le camere erano praticamente inesistenti per cui siamo andati a dormire a notte inoltrata visto che sentivamo per filo e per segno tutti i rumori delle altre stanze circostanti. Insetti e zanzare nelle camere. Colazione penosa per un 5 stelle, non avevano neanche la cioccolata e la frutta non era fresca, io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo praticamente digiunato visto che facciamo colazione dolce. Eravamo stati in un altro resort a Phuket per 8 notti prima di questo che era davvero un 5 stelle, questo non ha nulla a che vedere.

Very nice location. Beautiful view towards the lagoon. Plenty of restaurants around(in the same land). Specially nozomi Japanese restaurant. Shuttle bus was very convenient to move around even to 7/11 and villa market.

Klimaanlage pustet genau auf das Bett und ließ sich nicht kleiner stellen. Roller kann nur vor dem Hafen-Gelände geparkt werden, weiter Weg zu Fuß. Buggy kann man rufen, hat teilweise aber lange gedauert oder kam gar nicht. Klobrille war nicht befestigt und ist jedes mal abgefallen. Man ist auf ein Taxi, Mietwagen oder Roller angewiesen .

No where was mentioned that the lagoon rooms are not in the main building and that there are NO elevators. Wheen we,arrived the receptionist told us that we reserved a room with no view and she upgrade us to a room with a view. We were pleased about it and than we were directed to the Golf club car to take us to the room. We were disappointed that we are not in the main building but she said thatvthere are no rooms available. When we reached the Golf club car the driver when he saw us he said the the room is on the 3rd. Floor, we said ok and only then he told are that there are no elevators!! My husband is 86 years old and I am only 78.. we returned to the reception where after explaining again and again that staying on the 3rd. Floor is just IMPOSSIBLE for my husband, the receptionist , after several ling conversations came back to us with a solution. She upgraded us to a suit only on the 2nd. Floor. We understood that there is nothing that we can do at this stage so we took it. The staires were were steep so even to go down created a problem. A suit it wasn't as you will see on the pictures, emptu big leaving room, not one picture a d no furniture under TV in the bedroom.

The place was awesome, location is perfect since everything u need is nearby. Getting to the rooms, the rooms were very clean and well presented, appreciate all the facilities. The pool was maintained and very clean. The staff response and interaction was very good. Food was awesome. Overall the experience was awesome

As you can see from the picture my room had cobwebs so I’m not sure how often it gets cleaned. Also, the wifi is non existent. Literally doesn’t work anywhere any time. I went through lots of phone data whilst staying at this hotel.

We were staying in a near by apartment and ate here on three occasions - twice for dinner and once for breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Our dinners were fine. Good sized serves and quite tasty. Service is friendly and good. The buffet is quite acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The buffet caters for western, Indian and Thai palates, and any place that has an egg station lifts a notch immediately - my omelette was quite delicious.

The hotel has 2 wings, one in the msin building the other in the Marina 6 mints walking time from the main building. The hotel provides transportation usualy not too long to wait, however once we had to wait outside the building for 20 mnts. The rooms in the Mrina wing has "NO" elevators!!! This is NOT mentioned!!! (both the fact that the rooms are not in the main building and that there are no elevators!! There are No hand or face towels in the rooms. Dinning room give the impression of a 3-4 star hotel. Definitely not of a 5*
