So many things. They had construction works the place was noisy n my rest time was ruined. No wowed by the rooms honestly. The prices of the healthy cafe and spa were a bit too much even for the smoothies or the fresh coconut water plus hotel is soooooo far away from everything

The restaurant was really good. Food and service was toplevel.

Pool was really rough on touch and it felt like sunbeds are not set to sit on. No discount for guest in the hotel. Checkin was really bad experience, felt like the woman was not happy to be there. Checkout was a more normal experience

Lovely facilities, choice of restaurants and range of optional extras! Very relaxing.

It wasn’t clear that exercise classes were extra on top of gym access before booking.

· The hotel facilities are genuinely good—modern, clean, and well-maintained. · The staff are friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

· Poor attention to detail. We booked a suite for three people, but towels, toothbrushes, and drinking glasses were only set for two. No bathrobes or slippers in the room either—we had to call reception every time to ask for them. · The hotel has its own chicken farm on site. Roosters started crowing at 5 AM and kept going until the afternoon, which made it nearly impossible to rest—especially problematic for guests dealing with jet lag. · The location is very inconvenient. You can't walk anywhere—not even to the nearest 7-Eleven. We had to take a taxi for every single trip out.

Great hotel! The beds were super comfortable. Layout of the room is good too. The spa was so amazing. Had the best Foot Massage and Head Massage here. We really enjoyed the sauna and the onsen afterwards too. Bravo to the massage ladies!! It was perfect

We booked a garden room, but we did not get a garden room instead we got a room opposite the Cafe. It was hectic and loud all the time. We could not use the chairs provided outside because there was no privacy. We never once opened the curtain because of the amount of people who walk pass our room every day. Sometimes it was super loud

The 3 bed room villa is very spacious

We needed to change Villa as the first allocated one was very smelly and had mold in one of the room. The staff supported immediately and provided us with another Villa. The bedding is not comfortable the hotel management should do something about that.

The food in all 3 restaurants is very good.

Everything on spot, pleasant stay

We had a wonderful family stay at Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety with high-quality food, the coffee was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Although the resort is in a quiet area away from the busy tourist spots, it was easy to get around by taxi or motorbike, making it a peaceful place to relax after exploring Phuket. The gym, pools, and overall facilities were outstanding.

Needs some maintenance in some pool areas

The villa was an excellent size and offered excellent privacy.

The villa needs constant maintenance; we have to call reception to send someone to do some work or fix something. Also, there's only one key for the villa's main door, meaning the family has to leave and return together. When we called reception, they told us there wasn't a second key, which was very inconvenient.

The entire experience was great. It was calming, refreshing and welcoming. Everything was thoughtful planned and laid with purpose. Loved the greenery, growing their own produce, generating renewable energy that was powering the property, the restaurants and the spa was the highlight.

None that I can think about. Maybe the fact that is is a bit interior and tucked away.

the kitchen lacked some untensils. the pool is exremely shallow, not even considered a swimming pool ! the food was very average. i would rate the resort 4 stars only for the overall quality of apartment, furniture and amenities.

Breakfast was great but the staff were stuffy about bringing a computer and sitting inside, which did not make sense since there were tons of families with roudy children who were allowed to run around, but I could not use a computer past 11am. The cafe by the pool was great. The massage therapists were great.

No one came to my room to assist me with checkout - had to drag the bags through the property by myself to catch my cab. Was sweating by the time I got to checkout. It did not advertise that the group classes and spa access were EXTRA, and it was unclear how to redeem the discount. When you are spending money on a spa package each day, they should at least clearly explain the times to come to enjoy the spa. My masseuses were wonderful, though.

Чудесное место для отдыха и занятий спортом. На территории отеля есть все что нужно - несколько ресторанов, шикарный спортзал, спа. Бассейн отличный. Никаких нареканий в целом. Цены, полагаю средние для пхукета, мне было довольно комфортно.

Как уже тут писали, стоит учитывать, что вокруг ничего нет) но это не вина отеля. До 7/11 нужно идти по довольно ароматной дороге через деревню минут 10-15. Ресторанов каких-то вокруг нет. Маркета с фруктами тоже.

Clean and tidy - food was excellent and pool was perfect.

I left my new dress with a tag, checked out and hung out in the hotel for 4 hours. no one informed me about my dress!

I have visited Stay Wellbeing Resort many times and often choose to visit for a solo trip to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. I always hire a car so that I can easily travel to the resort from the airport in my own time and get around the local area conveniently to visit beaches, restaurants and other attractions. There is plenty of parking and friendly staff to assist with luggage when checking in/out. One of my favourite things about the resort location is that it is away from the busy, tourist areas. The atmosphere is unmatched with a perfect balance of peace, tranquility and energy from the top quality fitness centre, five star spa, wellness clinic and multi restaurant options. The food outstanding, arguably one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel, plenty of options on the menus and staff were very accommodating when I asked for my drink to me made with my own milk at the Stay Green Cafe. The pool access room was spotless, well equipped and one reason I always return to Stay is for the incredibly comfortable beds. Again, because of the location, not a sound could be heard and it was very peaceful. I’ve never had such a good night’s sleep anywhere else! Greta value for money and will be returning again in a few months!

Such a relaxing and chilled place. A great Pool & gym with amazing equipment, great sized rooms very comfy bed.

It’s not really located with walkable access to local town but there’s a free shuttle bus & taxis really cheap so you can just get anywhere easily.

great resort with lots of fitness classes, including yoga, muay thai and hyrox training. restaurants are nice too, a lot of healthy options and food are freshly made. great spa with complimentary sauna and hotbath before 4pm. highly recommended for people looking for reset and retreat!

Everything was wonderful and we had a great experience overall. The only unfortunate thing was that the water massage features in the pool outside the room were not working, which was a bit of a shame. Also, this trip was with my girlfriend and friends, but unfortunately our rooms were not arranged next to each other.

The room, stay green cafe and most staff were great. Except the Fresca restaurant. Especially the manager. Refusing to make scrambled eggs knowing it’s the only thing our baby can have after we expressed yet they respond was. Scrambled eggs are for breakfast only.

We had an amazing holiday in the Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort. As plant based family, we managed to enjoy breakfast without any issues, the resort provided a range of options (watermelon, papaya, dragonfruit, bananas, sourdough bread, homemade peanut butter, maple syrup, soya milk, lentils, beans etc…) The breakfast team is extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our time enjoyable and delivered high standards of customer service every single day and I would like to thank them for that, particularly Ann, Mike and all the Fresca team members. It would have been great to be able to have lunch at the resort but unfortunately the plant based options were limited for lunch and dinner. Whenever we stayed in the hotel, we had to order from the Grab app which was super convenient. The resort is clean, well organised and peaceful. I will definitely return again.

I had the most incredible experience at Stay Wellness; from the moment I arrived Vanessa showed me the entire grounds and I felt at home right away. The staff the training the food. The amenitieswere all top-notch and amazing and I could not recommend staying here more. This place is a 10 out of 10 no doubt and I will be returning.

This place has everything you could possibly need in one place! I had a wellness drip one day, nad+ the next, unlimited visits to the gym, the food is so tasty and also healthy, which makes it guilt free! My housekeeper Nitaya deserves a special mention, as always insured my room was spotless for when I got back from my morning session. So clean and fresh for a day of working remotely! I honestly couldn’t rate this place enough! I’ve extended my stay already, and it will be a hotel that I come back to time and time again!

The pools, the room size, the kitchen, the gym and the spa were top tier! The restaurant and the cafe were incredible but very expensive.

We had many problems with the AC and it took them a few days to figure it out, they did maintenance work while we were there and they didn’t inform us because our arrival

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal da. Es ist für uns als Sportbegeisterte einfach das Nonplusultra. Überragendes 3-stöckiges Fitnessstudio mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Eine Poollandschaft die riesig ist. Die Lage auch top. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber gleich in Phuket-Oldtown und auch in Rawai. Eine riesige Auswahl beim Frühstück und alles aus eigenem Anbau, selbst die Eier aus der eigenen Zucht. 3 Restaurants die super sind, allerdings auch ein bisschen teurer. Zimmer sind super ausgestattet. Klar alles nicht unbedingt für den kleinen Geldbeutel, aber dafür bekommt man was geboten.

Eigentlich gibt es hier nichts zu schreiben, einzig finde ich die Kursbelegung im Functional Bereich (Station 10) nicht optimal geregelt. Der Kurs findet immer um 8-9 Uhr statt, dass ist genau die Zeit wo es sich Temperaturmäßig noch top trainieren lässt (da der Bereich in der Regel offen ist). Da die Kurse immer Klimatisiert stattfinden, könnte dieser auch erst ab 10:00 Uhr starten. Aber das ist nur unsere Ansicht!

Its a very peacefull setting. none of the accomodation blocks are higher than 3 stories. lots of plants and foilage everywhere and really beautifull pools. the resteraunt was also a big surprise. excellent meditaranean menu and small thai menu. we never got bored and the food was a very ggood standard. extensive wine selection at very reasonable prices.

Le cadre de l'établissement est tout simplement superbe et l'ensemble des infrastructures est magnifique. C’est un lieu idéal pour ceux qui cherchent des installations de qualité supérieure. De plus, l'expérience culinaire est au rendez-vous : on y mange très bien et le restaurant est véritablement excellent, ce qui relève nettement le niveau du séjour.

En revanche, le constat est beaucoup moins reluisant concernant l'hébergement. Les chambres sont malheureusement horribles et le rapport qualité-prix des catégories "standard" est affreux. Un lit et une chaise, c'est tout sans aucun autre aménagement. Il faut également savoir que cet hôtel s'adresse quasi exclusivement aux sportifs souhaitant un suivi particulier. Si vous n'êtes pas dans cette démarche, vous paierez le prix fort pour des services et des infrastructures de sport que vous n'utiliserez pas. Une belle piscine ne suffit pas à compenser le manque total de confort des chambres. 600€ pour 3 nuits...
