Perfeito! Limpeza excelente, funcionários super atencioso e simpáticos, destacando o Brandon, Keila, Pedro que nos deram muita atenção com conversa e troca de informações e cultura do México!! O restaurante do hotel é excelente e muito prático, com ótimo café da manhã e janta(que foi o que consumimos)

Pool area was very hot and deck around the pool was dangerous as it was very very hot.

El desayuno incluido fue excelente, es buffet y la comida está riquísima... el personal en general todos muy amables y atentos... tiene muy buena ubicación. También me gustó mucho que tiene un área para niños, mi pequeña de 2 años lo disfrutó mucho.

My last stay I had to extend 5 days due to closing on condo purchase. I asked if did not use all 5 days if I would get a refund said Yes, when I check out never got the credit as only used 1 day and they lied to my bank for CC told them I stayed the entire time!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Alfonso and Jonathan in the restaurant, and Mari who tried to teach me some Spanish, and Rosario with the coffee— and the hotel was spotless throughout. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with wonderful fresh fruit and an omelette bar. The plants were beautifully cared for, and the pool area was small but very clean. Rooms were also very clean — and our towels were often folded into wonderful and fun animal shapes, and decorated with flowers. And the view of the Marina was fascinating. This was a lovely place to stay.

I think the rooms on the street side might be a bit noisy.

No quality issues with room. Main floor marina view looked better than most, but still pretty underwhelming. If you pay extra for marina view, get 2nd or higher floor.

The pool looked a little suspect, as water clarity was not the best. We were unable to charge bar tab to room which was a bit odd. Towels must be signed out and returned with accompanying paperwork.

The pool was small and never enough cots.

Excellent location close to beaches, marina and restaurants in Santa Cruz. The service and staff was exceptional . The rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The a la carte menu for dinner though not extensive was of exceptional quality.

The pool was quite small for a hotel of this size and shockingly not well maintained.

Great location! Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed our 18 day stay at this hotel. Met many nice people at the pool area and really enjoyed our stay, We had a room with a fridge, marina view. Just wish they had a bigger pool or more pool chairs. I’d definitely come back!

El gimnasio súper viejo, descuidado, solo cuenta con un ventilador viejo y aparatos viejos. Súper descuidado y feo.

The location seemed nice. That has nothing to do with Holiday Inn, they are like a scab on a beautiful face.

We arrived to check in with our two small dogs (as advertised) and weree clearly unwelcome. We were met with rudeness and disdain. Extra unadvertised fees. Second class treatment. When we said we would go somewhere else they were clearly pleased. So were we, let me tell you. A typical corporate slop shop, no customer service or consideration.

Very noisy. A chap on a boat obtuse was with very loud music on Sunday! Food was poor and breversge also poor quality.

Llegué casi alas 12 de la noche y fueron indolente les platique que había tenido un percance en la carretera y poreso llegué tarde Que la carretera están inservible Y ellos abusaron del precio y les dije que la publicidad ofrecía todo incluído y me dijeron que eso era mentira y no me dieron solo el hospedaje

The property was well situated. Very close to the beach, restaurants, tour meetups and a local market. The rooms were large enough with enough spaces for all your things including a safe. There was even a balcony on the room overlooking the pool and the marina. The staff were excellent and worked hard at the English/spanish language. I especially liked that there were a lot of green option like skipping cleaning day, not getting your sheets changed daily and places for recycling. The air conditioning was fabulous!!

I don’t have much bad to say about the property. The one thing I would suggest is the letters that come in the door when you opt out of housekeeping only need to happen once in your stay, not every single time. It is a waste of paper and effort on the cleaning staff, I chose to hang the sign on my door, therefore I am very aware you will not be entering my room to clean, I don’t need to be reminded every time I hang it on the door. Secondly (and this is no fault of the property) it is very loud in the area, there are party busses going by until 11 pm. Sometimes there are very loud gatherings in the court yard and of course lots of children in the pool in the wee to very late hours, nothing to be done for that.

We just stayed one night due to the pool having an issue., staff manager on duty was very helpful to find us a hotel with a pool for our remainder of our one week vacation. Hotel location great, there is a walkway close by that will take you to Huatulco Centro Wonderful to get a refreshment while waiting for our hotel check in - nice touch. Spacious, clean comfortable room.

The friendliness of the staff.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for two weeks in November 2025. We had a large room with two very comfortable queen size beds, overlooking the marina. The air conditioning was excellent, as was the wi-fi. There was a large walk-in shower, but no bathtub. There was a small balcony, with two chairs overlooking the marina. Great place to have coffee in the morning, from the in-room coffee machine, watching the sunrise. In the afternoon, watch all the tour boats return to the marina. We opted to include the breakfast option. There was a large variety of fresh fruit with a variety of hot dishes. There was a grill to order omelets, pancakes etc. We ate at the hotel restaurant a few times – the food was OK. There is a Starbucks coffee bar in the lobby The beach was a 5-minute walk away and the hotel provides towels. There is a small pool in the hotel. There are a number of restaurants along the beach. The beach is sandy and it’s easy to get into the water. There are also a number of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, some of which are cash only. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. While there are vendors on the beach, they are not aggressive. Across from the hotel is a paved tourist corridor that takes you in the town. It is a 45-50 peso taxi ride from the town plaza. The majority of tourists are Spanish speaking – only a limited number of English-speaking visitors. It was helpful to speak a little Spanish when talking to the staff or the vendors in the marketplace. It cost 630 pesos to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but only 250 pesos to take a taxi back to the airport

Los hotcakes del desayuno, aunque por la baja ocupación no era buffet sino que podías pedir a la carta, en particular un señor fue muy atento y amable Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias

Pedimos late check out y nos dijeron qué sólo se da cuando reservas directo con ellos por aplicación cuesta 500 por una hora, la habitación nos la dieron hasta las 2:30 a pesar de la baja ocupación no pudimos tenerla antes, como en otros hoteles

El personal ,más los meseros y bartender son muy amables . Las camas cómodas ,las cortinas no entra luz al dormir,Está todo muy limpio ,mis 6 días en la estancia fue excelente..Es mi segunda vez que me hospedó.
