Location, close to everything

The construction excavator next door, not their fault, staff was exceptionally helpful to upgrade us to a new place. The staff are top notch and found us a toaster, which we asked for!

There was a building being torn down next door that started at 8am and went all day. Was impossible to relax in the room or on the balcony. The staff did accommodate me in another location but I had had enough and left a day early with no refund.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, patio on the shady side of the street. Quiet at night. Staff where fantastic and answered any questions.

Clean and comfortable bed. 2 minute walk to the beach and then found a secluded spot with shade.

There is demolition in the neighboring lot that started by 8 am. We got over the noise and enjoyed our stay. You do have to pay for an umbrella spot either for the day or with drinks or food if you don't want to walk further for shade.

The location is the best part, right next to the beach but pretty quiet because it’s on a dead-end block that cars don’t really go down. My room had a view to the ocean which was pretty awesome for the price.

The A/C worked okay but took a while to cool the room. The shower never got very hot but it wasn’t a big issue with how hot it was outside. On Friday night a beach bar had loud music from about 6-10pm but I don’t know if all weekends are like that and at least it didn’t go too late.

1 minute to the beach. Close to all shops and restaurants. It was quiet even though it was in the middle of everything.

No hay mucho donde estacionarse, no cuenta con TV la habitación, de allí en fuera todo muy bien, el personal muy atento y servicial.

Me gustó la ducha, el ventanal, las toallas, la facilidad de acceder a sombrilla y sillas de playa, estar cerca de los restaurantes.

No hubo desayuno. La atención fue mala, no hubo nadie en la recepción, esperamos una hora en la calle, con una niña en un clima muy caluroso, y por whatsapp nos dijeron que en cuanto terminen de preparar la habitación se acercarían a darnos indicaciones. Frente a la habitación había una obra y se tornó extremadamente ruidosa la estadía.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble, el cuarto está muy lindo y a solo unos pasos de la playa. Cuenta con una cocinita muy útil y una terracita de 10.

Agradecimiento especial para Manuel qué fue muy amable con nosotras. El hotel tiene diferentes comodidades, pero lo mejor es si cercanía a la playa.

The room I was in did not have a comfortable chair to sit and read in. Just a bed and kitchen bar stools.

Estancia muy comoda, tranquila y segura. Se comunicar por medio de watts y me diero acceso al bungalow en cuanto llegue. El acceso a la playa esta a unos cuantos pasos.

I’ve stayed at Verde Luna more times than I can count. Great option for a clean, comfortable, and calm place to stay in San Pancho. Only steps from the beach and the best water pressure in town! :)

The property was very close to the beach and it got quiet at night around 10 or 11. It was clean and the service was good.

There wasn’t any place to be outside, no lounge or pool. There were a lot of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. The price was a bit high.

The only sitting area was up on the mirador. Nothing on the main level. No bedside lamps. No decor. A bag of ice would have been nice since ice maker in frig didn't work.

For the price, the place feels outdated and in need of a renovation. For all three days, we weren’t able to get hot water, the towels and sheets have holes in them, and the bathroom had a sewer smell. The place is also very noisy, in part because it’s above several restaurants but there is also no insulation at all, so no sleeping until the music stops (which fortunately is quite early in San Pancho)

The hotel is very well located, a minute from the beach and in the heart of the main street. The staff is really nice, responsive and helpful.

The bedroom needs to be updated, specially the bathroom. It's a little noisy beeing above a restaurant.

Location was perfect, our room looked over the grounds of a quiet resort and the beach with its sunset! Staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked 5 nights with the hotel and had asked to stay longer. One night more was offered and we agreed to that. The next day at 11 am we were asked to leave as the room was rented. We were offered accommodation at a different location for just one night. We packed up quickly and left, but not to the same owners offering.

Only the miscommunications and we were fine waiting for the hot water to warm up.

Verde Luna is my go to when I’m looking for comfortable accommodations in San Pancho. Very clean, reliable WiFi, basic kitchen, and best shower temperature/pressure I’ve found in town!

Basic accommodation spacious room nice view of palm trees and ocean 🌊. Quiet after 11:00 pm.

We stayed in the penthouse which was a three story walk up with a very nice rooftop patio. The two lower rooms have AC which worked well and kept things fresh. All of the linens and towels were fresh and clean. Lots of space for friends to have a good time. The energy outside is lively . . . Until 4:30am, lively so if you’re looking for a quiet place maybe look at a hotel further into the surrounding neighborhoods. This was right in the mix which could be great for some people. This probably wouldn’t be a great unit to stay in with kids smaller than seven. The people running it are very attentive but aren’t always on the premises use WhatsApp to communicate. It seems they’re always close by though. Overall, a great stay.

this property is practically next door to the beach in san pancho. easily walkable to all the shopping and food options. no designated parking but we found street parking a block away during the off season. was super affordable for a last minute booking. check in was somewhat confusing. the booking stated checkin at 3 but no one staffs the front desk. after multiple attempts to find a staff member we located a QR code which put us in touch with staff who came from another location to let us in. they were extremely responsive to us on whatsapp from there onward but were not present at the property full time. our room was large with a balcony overlooking the main road in san pancho and a kitchen (gas stove, filtered water, coffee maker) but no mini fridge. there were many ant-like bugs in the kitchen. AC unit was not high powered and our room didn’t fully cool off until we woke up in the AM. sleeping was difficult as temps were in the 80s at night. definitely turn your AC on immediately upon checkin. bed was comfy and sheets appeared to be clean but we both woke up with small red itchy bites on our skin. not sure if these were from the bed or san pancho in general. overall this place served us well for a last minute stay (we booked with less than 12 hours before checkin) and the location can’t be beat, but we would look for other options before booking here again.

Great place, a block away from the beach. Clean and quiet, nice staff, and great bed. Nice to have a kitchen too. Probably one of the best value/money in this area. Highly recommend!

The location is great except for the noise. We were facing the street, above a restaurant and across from a large construction site. Pretty hard to sleep some nights and noisy during the day as well.

The service by management during our 3 day stay was very good. I had Whatsapp & used it a few times & Frederico was very helpful & made our stay enjoyable. The location was awesome. Very very close walk to the beach. All the restaurants are on that street too. If you go further, you can find some street vendors beyond most of the higher tourist priced restaurants. Portion sizes were small at most places, not all. We left our window opened to hear the ocean at night & loved the bird noises in the trees. Our bed was comfortable. Was able to wash my clothes & hang on the drying racks provided in our room & they dried over night. A Broom & dustpan for use for the sand brought in.

The accommodation was mediocre and not good value. It was too expensive. The picture on my booking form was not the room we were given so it was false and misleading. The pillows were lumpy and stained and the bed linen stained and thin. I would not present my guests with bedding of such a low standard. Only 1 bedside lamp worked. The other 1 had no light bulb and no socket close enough to plug in. The kitchen cupboards were broken. The crockery was dirty and the sponge supplied for cleaning dishes was disgusting. The room had not been cleaned properly and there was still a tube of toothpaste behind the bathroom sink from previous guest. The staff were excellent and very polite which is the only good thing I can say about the accommodation and it was close to the beach. The room was very disappointing and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I really enjoyed the location, the space was open and large. Really good sized kitchen. And had a good bed as well. I enjoyed the beach view out of the small window. I didn't have a light bulb in the small reading light, and they were prompt to help resolve the issue.

I had to ask for the floor to be cleaned again, and I waited nearly 40 mins to have someone come and meet me from another office to provide me with a key. It seemed a bit disorganized overall.

Excellent Location. However no parking.

No AC except in 2 bedrooms. The unit was at least 95 and upstairs ridiculously hot. The bedding appeared old with stains. Had to have toilet fixed. Guests put towel over pillow and sheets. Coffee remains never cleaned out of coffee pot. See pic. Service was virtual based thru WhatsUp app.

You need to call the hotel and the host(staff) will come and meet you in about 3 minutes. They have another property nearby so the staff comes from the other property.

The sheets were not very clean with some stains on them. And the water flow was not good so it took long time to clean yourself in the shower.

Wonderful location, just steps from beach, restaurants, bars, shopping. Front desk staff very helpful, lugging our suitcases up and down the stairs.

We weren't informed that Verde Luna was literally at the end of the road. Which made it a bit of a challenge to back our car out of the last part, amidst streetside merchants, pedestrians, and such. It was fine thereafter, but the first time was rather disconcerting.

The room has all you need to relax after a day at the beach. The staff are super friendly and very responsive. The little kitchen works very well, as does the fridge. Bed is super comfy. Good for early risers since the blinds are thin and you wake up to the sound of birds, which wasn’t an inconvenience for us since we like to make the most of our days at the beach.
